No voice mail was left. It's a good thing she called to find out what the missed call was about before going in, otherwise we would have driven there to find out they cancelled our appointment without telling us. We can't comment on the place itself, because they won't be seeing a dollar of ours. I'd suggest you consider the same. It was a total disrespect of our time to do this.

The best part of the experience were the sonographers. I enjoyed chatting with them and the conversation they held was perfect for keeping your mind off of what was going on. I found myself still wanting to chat with them as I was leaving but my appt was over and I had to go, lol. The front desk staff was also super polite and helpful. Everyone had great temperaments for dealing with a diversity of patient health issues.

I went to NextCare in Pearland because I was having intense abdominal pain. While I was waiting to…read morebe seen, I was told that I would need an MRI and since they didn't have one, I would have to go to an emergency room. So I left NextCare without being seen and went to the hospital ER. After a full day at the hospital and a $13,000 hospital bill later, I was home and recovering. That was a pretty unpleasant experience but not as unpleasant as receiving a bill from NextCare for $200 for them to tell me that they can not see me. I called NextCare right away and despite several requests, they would not not remove the charge. Apparently, they are more interested in gouging people for every penny than doing the right thing. There are plenty of Urgent Cares out there so please take my advice and learn from my terrible experience and find somewhere else to be seen.

When we arrived at Grace ER, instead of receiving urgent care, the doctor (Dr. H -- didn't catch his full name) told the nurse he wouldn't treat my child because we have TRICARE insurance. What makes this even more frustrating is that Grace ER's own website states: "We are committed to caring for you and will always work with you and adjust our rates accordingly even when you have no insurance." So according to their policy, someone with no insurance would receive care--but a child with TRICARE was refused. In the middle of a medical emergency, his health was dismissed without hesitation. As a military family, this was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If you value your safety and your family's well‑being, especially if you're active duty or covered by TRICARE, please stay away from Grace ER.

I have no idea what made Maria o. From the rose call me out of the blue this woman called me and when I explained to her what had been going on, within a day I had got all my reports imaging and everything all together and submitted them to the Rose for a biopsy review this was less than a day people. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for this lady helping me as a matter of fact the whole staff at the Rose is so much on top of their assignments, things that they have to get done with their patients and everything else every single person that I have came in contact with have been such a blessing to me. I don't know if anyone knows but it is so scary when you have been told that you have a mass in your breast and can't get anyone to listen to you. Thank you Maria O. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Rose. I was told I needed an imaging order…read morebefore scheduling, so I went through telehealth to obtain one. After getting that, I was then told the order had to be worded a very specific way. I corrected that and obtained the updated order, only to be told AGAIN that it still wasn't acceptable because it did not include both breasts--even though my concern is in one breast. This process has been confusing, inconsistent, and unnecessarily stressful while I am trying to get evaluated for a breast mass. Clear, accurate instructions should have been provided from the beginning instead of repeatedly changing requirements and delaying care. For a facility that serves patients dealing with serious and time-sensitive health concerns, this lack of clear communication is unacceptable. Patients should not have to navigate multiple barriers just to get an appointment.

I've had different experiences, all negative ones. Tonight I took my son for earache, bleeding. He was in a lot of pain, I just did not want to go the night without taking him to be seen. I had to book the appointment online while I was on the phone with her to make sure we got in. When we arrived there was no one there and no wait. The receptionist wanted my wife to wait outside. Once we saw a doctor my daughter was misdiagnosed. We brought her in because we thought she had an ear infection. This doctor took one look at her ears and said her ears were a little red on one side but not an infection. She preceded to want to test my daughter for strep, flu, covid and a uti...mind you there were no symptoms for any of these...just a high fever. Strep and flu came back negative and the Covid results we STILL have not received. She also stated a yeast rash under my daughters arm could be a rash caused by strep throat. When we told her we weren't vaccinated for covid the whole appointment turned into her judging us and reprimanding us for not being vaccinated. When 2 nurses came in to give my infant a catheter to test her urine we said no thanks, and did not allow that to happen. We left there without any antibiotics, no medicine, and no diagnosis and did not receive the urgent care we needed for my daughter. We took her to the pediatrician the next day where a nurse practitioner quickly and expertly diagnosed my daughter stating her ears were fully inflamed and it was good we brought her in because they may have ruptured. We also got her a rapid Covid test which came back negative to be on the safe side. I had high hopes for Texas Children's Urgent Care, and they let me down. What a shame to the Texas Children's name, and a detriment to the healthcare industry all together.

You are allowed up to 5 guests at your ultrasound and masks are required so I felt very comfortable with their covid precautions. The facility was very clean and ultrasound technician was very friendly and was able to explain the image on the screen well enough that even my dad finally saw a baby and not just an inkblot. We chose to do the platinum package with the HD images and they turned out better that I could have imagined. When I shared them with friends, some of them thought we had delivered early and they were actual pictures. If this is something you are considering doing, I would highly recommend it.

I did not, however, I went to the store the following weekend to try my luck on its availability. Surprisingly, they still had ONE MORE in MY size! Then, this weekend, I came back because I eyed the plaid shirt jacket from the FB video. OMG, I had to have that one too! It turned out that all the "new" items were at the vendor booth at Pearland Town Center Winter Market so the cashier offered to call the lady at the booth and asked to hold the jacket for me. When I got there, like an hour later, they still had it waiting for me. Great customer service!! The store has the cutest stuff and the best part is that they keep their website up to date so you can always check on availability. I'm definitely going to be a regular here.
