I told her want I wanted on January 18th and she messaged me on January 20th. So my order began on the 20th. She responded oh "Oh okay great , we can definitely do that". So when she reached out to me she said that the owner Christina will handle my logo stickers and the front desk lady will handle the business card. I responded great.I paid the amount in full through cash app not thinking of anything. Little did I know was that she planned on taking my order through her small business. I didn't know that until I asked I wanted a refund. She said she doesn't do refunds. I was under the impression that my order was being handled through T&C and not the lady's small business. Every time I would get on social media I would see that so I would message her about my order. So as the days went on yes she messaged me on how I would like the business card. I told her how many I wanted and what I wanted on them. As days went on I asked for proof or examples of how the cards were turning out. She kept saying that she will send a picture of the cards. Days went on she never sent anything. I messaged her and she kept giving me excuses on why she didn't send proof of business cards. She said "I don't normally send pictures of how my work looks" which is weird wouldn't you want to update your customer on how the item is coming out. I mean I have a small business myself an I know how to treat my customers. She kept going on and on about her personal life and how her husband got covid and all this stuff. I responded back "I'm going through this pandemic just like you and everyone else in this world, but I'm sorry you're having to deal with it at a higher level right now. Please send me a progress pic tomorrow so that I can see what it will look like and if any changes need to be made before it goes to print". Let me know when it will be finished. It is now 22 days and still have not received a single photo of the business card or anything.

Hobby Lobby is now right across the street. One thing I particularly enjoy/appreciate is the ability to order stuff online and pick it up curbside. Hobby Lobby doesn't have that. HOWEVER, don't expect quick service. They usually take at least 15 minutes to bring your items out. They'll mark your order as picked up and then 10 minutes later, they actually bring it out to you. I've had to call before to ask about my order. I couldn't just run in because I had a sleeping child in the car. So that's annoying. Also, I would check your order before you drive away because I've used the curbside ordering 3 times and 2 of those times an item was missing... so while I really like that curbside is an option, it's not the BEST option.
