Anytime I am in Houston during the summer, this is my spot to go to. It's like fresh fallen snow put in a cup with some of the best flavors to choose from. Not to mention the many flavors to choose from. It can be a bit overwhelming with so many flavors. That just means you'll have to keep going back until you've tried them all. And if you are lactose in tolerant or diabetic, then I would definitely say to make sure you add cream on top. read more

I got a sugar free sno cone. I really changed the ice. It was clumpy. Lady was very nice. read more

Haven't been here in about 5 years or so but all I can say is this place has gone to HELL! Got the cherry and cotton candy flavors and could barely taste the flavor of either. For 11 dollars, I would expect at least there to be enough juice. Also the ice was chunky and not smooth at all. From a snow cone connoisseur, DO NOT GO HERE! read more

They are huge snow cones. Service was fast. Workers were nice. Area was well maintained

There is nothing negative to say about this place. The sno cones are super tasty, the price is right, the vibe is very cute and the people working are so friendly. I recommend anyone come try it if you haven't already! There are so many options and I haven't tasted one I don't like! read more

Great flavorful snow cones, owner taught the staff well excellent syrup pour , pleasant, mannerisms are top notch , 1 negative( technically not)they don't take modern pay options Cash is only currency accepted shaded area to enjoy the treats read more

Great spot for a cool treat! Staff are super friendly and they have a bunch of flavors to choose from. It does come super sweet as they don't go light on the sugar or the cream, but isn't that what you're looking for anyway? It's great that they have ample parking and plenty of tables and seating. That said, it's about 60 degrees out so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. They do clean/sanitize regularly and because you're outdoors, this feels like a safe spot to hang out during these crazy times. read more

Sno Beach - Tigers blood - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Friendswood, Texas

I've been going here with friends for our sno cone fix for nearly 10yrs. This is definitely the go-to for sno cones if you're in the Friendswood/Alvin area! But unless it's super breezy or you're with a large group, it might be better to sit in your car as the seating is a bit limited (it's usually very crowded during the summer) and in this summer heat, youre going to have sugar soup in minutes. The tables get very sticky (it's understandable but not the most pleasant) and the location is sometimes tricky to get to or get out of if traffic is backed up down the road. The location and cleanliness is where I had to take off points. The sno cone flavors are yummy and usually the ice to syrup ratio is great! The high schoolers who usually work the stand are very nice and work hard to get the long lines moving quickly. I'll be back for sure read more

Sno Beach - At sno beach with my cousin - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Friendswood, Texas

SOOOOOO glad there is one somewhat near Houston. If you've read my Sno Beach Austin review, you will know that I am absolutely, head over heels, in love with sno cones. I dropped by this past weekend on the way to Galveston. It's not right off of the highway, but worth going to especially since I've been itching for some sno. Only takes about 10 minutes with all the lights. They have the same flavors as the two trucks in Austin. It is actually a small building, instead of trucks. Perhaps this was the first location. There's also plenty of outdoor seating underneath huts, giving it a tropical feel. Unfortunately, the ice was not as soft and fluffy as the one in Austin but beggars can't be choosers. The flavors were pretty on point. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I go to Galveston! read more

If it's you are craving the shaved ice visit this place. If you want a sweet juicy great flavorful snoball go somewhere else. This is the 1st time I've seen ice cream flavor snoball stain my son's clothes & forever in my life Wedding Cake is clear and is deliciously sweet!!Not sure if it's their own version or someone used a flavor bottle of a different color and didn't rinse it well because this Wedding Cake was not clear. Not sure if the condensed milk spoiled or was cut with water or something but it was not thick and it foamed up on my son's when he placed it on table. So 2 stars because they have nice area to sit out, prices are comparable to area. Wish their snoballs were as great read more

On a really hot day in Friendswood, Sno Beach is easily one of the most crowded areas in town. Interestingly situated by the cemetery in the Perry's Grill parking lot, the stand features a huge selection of snow cone flavors and picnic tables covered with tropically styled umbrellas for shade. Oh, and did I mention its own parking spaces? The selection and flavors are phenomenal as they allow you to mix and match to your desire; and you can always get cream and/or ice cream on top of that! I could not imagine a better treat on a sunny and hot Texas day. To high schoolers, Sno Beach employs a lot of Friendswood High School students. So, if you're in need of a job in the spring or summer, I'd suggest you check it out. Also, it seems as if it's great for seasonal college students as well. And to junior high schoolers, I remember walking over there for P.E. every once in awhile for good behavior as a class. Even though that only happens a few times a year, it's just a short walk from school, so it's always a nice way to end "hard-earned" school day. So, if you're bored in Friendwood on a hot summer day, which, if you've been there, can happen very often, visit Sno Beach! You won't regret it. read more

As far as snow cones go, this is as good as it gets. I guess it just feels weird reviewing, well... ice. Nevertheless they deserve nothing less than 5-stars for their quaint little snow cone stand. For the price of $4 or so, you can walk away with a deliciously flavored (or multi-flavored for the same price) shaved ice snow cone. The ice is soft and the flavors are tasty. My personal favorite is the Tom Collins, and no, no, no, it's just a coincidence that I share the same surname. There are tons of flavors to choose from. Last time I was there I tried half strawberry and half kiwi - it was pretty awesome. I've tried a few other flavors but mainly come back to the Tom Collins cause it's the bomb. Check this place out this summer (or all the way until like November since that's when it might get cooler? Probably not) and enjoy yourself something cool in the heat of Houston! read more

I've never been a fan of snow cones until I discovered this place. I've been here over a dozen times this summer and even though its a bit of a drive for me, it's well worth it! First off, their ice. I love the shaved ice here! I know it's kind of weird to like ice but it's true. Other snow cone spots just don't compare to this one. I hate ordering a snow cone and getting crunchy crushed ice. At Sno Beach you get shaved ice! It's amazing. My favorite flavor has to be Wedding Cake. I get it every time. It's sweet, but not too sweet, and tastes like heaven. I love that this place gets great business, I won't have to worry about it ever closing down! Keep cool in Houston's disgustingly hot weather with a shaved ice snow cone from Sno Beach! =) read more

I like sno beach. Loved walking past the scenic graveyard on my way there as a kid before. The sno cones are great and it's actually ice shaved so that you can eat it and not feel like you are eating ice croutons. The flavors are good. The tables are sticky. When it's hot I don't care that much, but they are sticky and there are bees or insects that it attracts. Some might not think it is a big deal, but I can't eat my sno cone when there's a bee near my sno cone. So there's that. Also, I've always received perfectly made sno cones all the way back from when it was a middle aged hispanic lady working there when I was little. Now they have teens who are probably high schoolers working there and it's been that way for years - and I still have perfectly made sno cones except for twice so far. And I hope i don't get that one girl again. But other than that, I love this sno cone place. They take cash only. And last I saw you can buy a tshirt that will donate money to a children's charity. Then if you wear that shirt on Friday you get a free sno cone or something like that. read more

Ice texture: fine Flavor selection: extensive Staff: friendly Ambiance: tropical Snow cone: delicious (clear coconut with cream) Overall, the snow cone was great but not the best I've had. It could possibly be the best snow cone stand in Friendswood, but I still need to try the others. read more

Very friendly! Smooth ice and a ton of flavour to choose from

Best snow cones in the area. They are also open already! Can't wait to stuff myself with snow cones. So many flavors. Every kind imaginable.

Great place for refreshing (and affordable) snow cones, but beware: it is cash only! They have super soft shaved ice, much finer than the ones you used to get in grade school. There's a large selection of flavors and you can add cream too! There are wooden tables beneath dried-grass umbrellas to make it look tropical, but they're not always clean, depending on how the previous patron left it. Parking is a gravel lot, so it might be a short bumpy ride. read more

Really liked coming here on a hot day. Be advised - they accept cash only! I'd give them 5 stars if they accepted credit cards.

Always go here for Sno cones! They have ice cream in the bottom of your cone option and cream on top options. Lots of flavor options too. CASH ONLY! read more

The ice sucks with the sugar free flavors, but not with the regular ones. Crazy A's is way better.

Great place for a snow cone if your passing through or driving from another city. Always good, always friendly.

This place has the best sno cones in the area. We visit here regularly, fast service and nice outside seating.

The best snow cones hands down! Bummer they only take cash since there's square apps and easy cost effective ways to use cards now.

We went here to try out their sno cones for the first time and didn't realize that they only took cash. We were bummed but didn't want to drive to atm etc... Owner ran out and gave us a sno cone for our 2 year old because she felt bad. She really didn't have to do that and it was incredibly sweet. It was appreciated. And the sno cone was delicious. Our son loved it. We will be back for sure and remember cash this time :) read more

While this location has been in business for some time and their hours are convenient, they seriously need to update their menu. The flavors are bland, the toppings are very limited, and they are seriously stingy with the syrups. Their prices are decent for the quality at best. Their service is subpar which is no surprise when you hire bratty teenage females with snobby attitudes right out of Friendswood. Tikiman on 528 and Snowball Cabana on Hope Village Rd. have this place beat by a landslide. read more

My family loves this place, best shaved ice around. I wish it was open later though.
