So if you have multiple scans, you need to make more than one appointment. Come early to fill out your screening paperwork. They have lockers to lock up your things. Make sure you remove all jewelry, watches, phone and metal. Better to wear a bra without wire and sports bra. You can keep your street clothes on if it's appropriate (meaning no metal zippers or clasps), otherwise they have gowns to change into. I'm saying this to be funny but very serious: if your hair extensions or wig has metal clips in it, it has to be removed. The machine is loud and they do provide ear plugs. Be prepared to lie flat for about 20-30 minutes. They do give pillows and blankets to make you comfortable. Most importantly please be absolutely still and do not move inside the machine! They have to stop and start over and that creates delays. Both of my appointments were delayed 30-45 minutes because of previous patients. I like that they provide you with a CD right after your test and it only takes them a few minutes to make the CD. This review is Brought to you by Nurse Mahwish.

When they have called for a confirmation for my appointment, I always tell them I would go into today if you had an opening! They make a note and have actually called! Amanda, their MRI professional, is a top notch customer service professional; compassionate and takes times to ask questions before getting you ready for your MRI. She ensures that you are comfortable during the procedures and checks in ensure that you are doing well and are comfortable. No voice mail was left. It's a good thing she called to find out what the missed call was about before going in, otherwise we would have driven there to find out they cancelled our appointment without telling us. We can't comment on the place itself, because they won't be seeing a dollar of ours. I'd suggest you consider the same. It was a total disrespect of our time to do this.

She is one of the most gentle yet efficient people that has done a sonogram for me. She has made my experience with seeing the development of my baby one to remember. Dr. Davis isn't what I thought she was. She super failed me. I came here because I had an infection…read moreand needed some medicine to cure the problem. The visit was all well until I took the medication. With her being a doctor she should have been more alert that I was a young adult and couldn't take a high dose of medicine. She gave me 500mg of Flagyl and I took that as the directions told me too. That medicine gave me the worst allergic reaction. All of the side effects that is under that medication I went through. When my mental state changed I called her office to let her know that I was having complications with the medicine and she put in a lower dosage to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy and then was told that the medicine was never called in by the doctor. The doctor was careless and pregnant. She should have been more aware because after all that I had went through I had to be rushed to the emergency room and stayed there for 6 days. Then after that I still couldn't get my mind back to normal. I had to be rushed to another hospital and stayed there for 15 days. Horrible. I will never come here again, I will just have to find me another and BETTER DOCTOR! After all the hospital visits, I had to drop all my classes from college and quit my job. She nearly killed me and with that medicine. But thank God, I pulled through! Beware of this doctor, or enter at your own risk! I am a living testimony! She may be nice, but there's always a price you have to pay with niceness. I paid that price!

Ugh, finding a new OB-GYN -- probably one of the most underrated female fears of moving. Having visited Houston Women's Care Associates in the Med Center for my well-woman exam last year, I was pleased to find out that The Woman's Place here in Pearland was one of their partnering offices. Scheduling an appointment was easy: the receptionist returned my call promptly, she was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, and I was able to schedule an appointment two days later w/ Dr. Morgan. Their office is located in a small plaza on Broadway/518 near 288, devoid of insane traffic or parking fees like their main office in the Med Center. If you're a new patient, arrive early because of paperwork... paperwork that contains basically the same information you provide to the receptionist when setting up your appointment. Weird. The office is nice and cozy; big waiting area and such. However, after being spoiled at the main location, where the examination rooms have plush pillows, chairs, changing curtains, and other little goodies, the rooms here are more... traditional. Nothing fancy. Nothing extra. Dr. Morgan is very sweet and has great bedside manner, but my visit felt very quick. Again, perhaps I'm spoiled by my experience @ the HQ, where my OB-GYN took the time to talk to me in her office before bringing me to an exam room and getting down to business. I have no major qualms about The Woman's Place -- I mean, Dr. Morgan told me right away that everything felt normal, and I got my BC refilled -- but it was definitely one of my more impersonal visits.

She made me nervous because she acted so strange! After she finished with her procedure she did not wipe off the gel she used for the procedure. This is the 1st time in 10 or more ultrasounds that have had that the tech didn't do this which further added it to my concerns! This is the first negative experienceI have had at Herman Memorial imaging center, and truly, I could've done without it! If it were possible, this experience would rate zero stars! There is hardly ever a crowd so you always get the appointment times you want and the doctors are usually on time!!! The facility is brand new, which makes it ultra clean!!! I have no idea what made Maria o. From the rose call me out of the blue this woman called me and when I explained to her what had been going on, within a day I had got all my reports imaging and everything all together and submitted them to the Rose for a biopsy review this was less than a day people. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for this lady helping me as a matter of fact the whole staff at the Rose is so much on top of their assignments, things that they have to get done with their patients and everything else every single person that I have came in contact with have been such a blessing to me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Rose. I was told I needed an imaging order…read morebefore scheduling, so I went through telehealth to obtain one. After getting that, I was then told the order had to be worded a very specific way. I corrected that and obtained the updated order, only to be told AGAIN that it still wasn't acceptable because it did not include both breasts--even though my concern is in one breast. This process has been confusing, inconsistent, and unnecessarily stressful while I am trying to get evaluated for a breast mass. Clear, accurate instructions should have been provided from the beginning instead of repeatedly changing requirements and delaying care. For a facility that serves patients dealing with serious and time-sensitive health concerns, this lack of clear communication is unacceptable. Patients should not have to navigate multiple barriers just to get an appointment.
