I got my insurance bill later and the bill for the consultation was $500 with a $190 charge for surgery. Their office was not helpful when I called regarding the bill and my questions and just told me that the removal of ear wax was considered a surgical procedure in their office.. I was never informed of this being an additional cost when the doctor was cleaning out my ears. It was in no part in relation to or to address the reason for my visit. I am extremely displeased with the handling of my visit and the responses I got back from the billing team with my concerns. I would not recommend going here.

Dr Tojo has a way of treating you that makes you feel you're the only person on the planet. He patient and sits with you explaining everything with a compassionate side that makes you feel like you've seen a doctor that really cares about your well being.
