In the time I was there, the doctor cleaned out some of the excess ear wax in my ears while doing his analysis. I got my insurance bill later and the bill for the consultation was $500 with a $190 charge for surgery. Their office was not helpful when I called regarding the bill and my questions and just told me that the removal of ear wax was considered a surgical procedure in their office.. I was never informed of this being an additional cost when the doctor was cleaning out my ears. It was in no part in relation to or to address the reason for my visit. I am extremely displeased with the handling of my visit and the responses I got back from the billing team with my concerns. I would not recommend going here.

Dr Tojo has a way of treating you that makes you feel you're the only person on the planet. He patient and sits with you explaining everything with a compassionate side that makes you feel like you've seen a doctor that really cares about your well being. My next appointment I waited over an hour just for him to spend about 10 minutes with me to prescribe two more nose sprays that again, were never sent in. After getting an allergy test, Dr. Dougherty assured me on the phone call that he'd tell the office to reach out to me to schedule my next appointment to discuss other treatments, which never happened either. And then I was charged a copay for that short phone call that I was not informed I was going to be charged for. Horrible communication, minimal effort and did not feel like he was listening or caring about my problems once. Do NOT recommend.

It's 2019 now and I can say that hearing is 99% better. Dr. Vaughn is a wonderful doctor with awesome bedside minor. He is very helpful and really show that her care about me as is patient. I referred my wife to him and he helped her with her sinus and allergy problem. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
