It's a full service experience. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a glass of prosecco and a piece of a pomet. It's particularly nice because the restaurant fills up quickly and many customers wait outside. The service is very knowledgeable and attentive. Our waitress explained all of the items in detail to us and made some good recommendations. Upon leaving, you are parted with some of their special limoncello. The hospitality was outstanding.

I tried to address this with Arafat and with the manager, but instead of listening, he was dismissive and actually walked away mid-conversation. I found this behaviour completely unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional. I've dined at many restaurants around the world, and I have never experienced such disrespectful service. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously, provides training on basic respect and cultural sensitivity, and ensures that no other guest has to go through something similar.
