Whenever I travel from LAX, it is undoubtedly the best option available. I find it tiresome to wait for the bus that shuttles passengers to another parking lot, only to have to wait again for an Uber or Lyft afterward. This hassle is completely eliminated by LAX Valet service, which is a huge relief, especially after a long flight. If I were to be nitpicky, my only complaint would be regarding my last trip when my car was returned with bird droppings all over the passenger side. I make it a point to wash my truck before leaving, not only to facilitate easier inspection for both ALX Valet Service and myself, but also because a clean car makes it easier to spot any blemishes, dings, or dents. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise satisfactory experience. In terms of value, it is important to note that you are primarily paying for the convenience provided. However, I must admit that I am not particularly fond of the additional $20.00 gratuity they have included. As someone who tends to overtip when the service is good, having a gratuity automatically added removes any sense of obligation on my part to tip again. Overall, LAX Valet service is the go-to option for flying out of LAX. While there may be a few minor hiccups, the convenience they offer outweighs these issues. I accidentally made a reservation with this company. I used to use a different company but when I Googled their name I ended up with LAX Valet Service. I am happy I did! This company is actually better because they meet you at the departure curb (rather than you picking up the driver just offsite of LAX). So you are never in your car with a stranger. I booked my reservation late at night for an early morning flight. They were very responsive, friendly and professional and I handled the whole thing via text. It did cost a bit more than I'd expected but I haven't used an airport valet service in a while and it was probably comparable to the others. I had the option to have my car charged and or washed while I was away. They sent me a photo of my car once it was parked and I was still gong through LAX security. Once I returned to LAX 3 days later, they tracked my flight and reached out to me. The driver suggested we meet at dropoff because there was less traffic. He was outside waiting for me and everything was perfect. read more

Easy. Simple. Efficient. It's $45/day plus a mandatory $20 tip, but you basically give them your flight info when you sign up and pay in advance. Then, when driving to LAX you share your waze data with them and wherever you decide to pull up at the curb/terminal, the driver is there in about 3-4 minutes, so very convenient. Because you also share your flight info with them, when you turn your phone back on at landing, you have a text waiting for you to determine if you are picking up luggage or coming direct to the car. You meet them at the curb, your trunk is open and you are off. (You can also opt to have them wash your car while they have it, but that is an extra fee of course). I don't think I would use this for long travel, but for going in & out for a day or two its so much more convenient than a car service and about the same price. read more

This is the best service and parking at LAX. if you are not using this service then you are over paying and struggling to get in out and out of LAX. They provide the ease of traveling. The company texts you prior and communicates when you are arriving, when you arrive they are right there at your terminal to get your car so you walk right in. Upon your return they text you a reminder and you let them know when you get your bags or if you don't have checked bags they are ready to be there outside. I have used this service 3 times and every time they are right there so I can get in my car and go home. Best part you can get your car detailed or washed if you pay the fees. I recommend them to all my friends and family and I'm telling you reading this review you will never travel again out of LAX without using this service once you try it!! read more

I used this company for the first time. Absolutely outstanding! I didn't quite know what to expect but their customer service and communication was fantastic. As soon as I pulled up, the very helpful and courteous individual was there to greet me. He insisted on helping me with my bags and simply couldn't be nicer. Upon my return, I wasn't even off the plane when I received a text message from them letting me know that they know I have landed. I have been using LAX Valet Service for several years. Always had a great experience. Reserve online, then text ~10 minutes before arriving at LAX. Someone is always at the terminal & they help with my luggage. Upon returning, I text when I & land & my car is outside waiting. Unbeatable convenience. Easier & cheaper than parking inside LAX. This past weekend I used LAX Valet Service for JSX, at Signature FBO. Even easier than, going to one of the main terminals at LAX. At the drop off, the valet met us at the entrance to the terminal. He took the keys & off we went. Upon returning, my car was outside. I did not have to call because LAX Valet Service was tracking our flight. read more

Wow!! What a fabulous service!! My mom has already used them twice in the last month, this time we were able to experience this amazing company with her. We have also used a different parking structure near by, but this is seriously game changer! What a luxury to drive right up to your terminal and someone was there waiting to take the car, they are very thorough with the pictures and help remove your luggage! As soon as we landed, I had received a text welcoming us back and as soon as we got our luggage, they were there again! No waiting whatsoever! This may be one of the best kept secrets in Los Angeles! If you have to fly in and out of Los Angeles, especially on a 1-2 day trip, this is the service for you. Drive your own car to the airport (saving the car service fees & worrying if they will actually show up and be on time), text LAX Valet Service when you are 10 minutes out and they are waiting at the curb for you. Hand them your keys and they take your car to an indoor parking facility. I Found LAX Shuttle Service a couple of months ago. They are worth every penny and every minute saved getting in and out of LAX. Communication is flawless and timely. Send your text and drive up to see your agent waiting for you as you reach your departure terminal. Send your text and see your car waiting for you as you walk out the terminal doors. I've used this service several times and it has always been exceptional. Most recently we had a group of 15 people arriving in 3 cars with many bags, early in the morning. Then they track your return flight on the way home and text you as you land! Especially helpful when you're delayed and with kids and just want to get home. LAX Valet Service is a game changer. They are literally waiting at the terminal curb when you arrive at the airport to depart on a trip. They then track your flight on your return and when you walk out of the terminal they are waiting with your car at the curb. I cannot adequately describe how unique and great their service is.
