They are very personable and friendly, especially the CEO, Natalie Viani, and my recruiter, Jessica Bailey. They are also very professional and efficient. They pay me weekly. Total time between invoicing and electronic payment is 11 days. They have never been late. Once, I forgot to invoice for one week, and I didn't realize it until the following Monday. I sent the invoice then and told them I didn't expect payment until the following week, but they paid me that Friday, just four days later! That is outstanding service! Their recruiters are very good too. They have never wasted my time by contacting me about positions that aren't a good match for me, and they helped me get two of the best jobs I've had. I can't recommend VIA too highly. You won't regret working with them.

It was a pleasure working with A-Star Staffing, the onboarding and transition to full hire employee with the new organization I work for now was seamless! I tried calling them multiple times but nobody ever answered the phones. 10+ days go by and I'm calling but nobody ever answered or returned the calls so I proceeded to email a follow up after that since I wasn't getting anywhere and Woow! Weeks after I finally hear back with the classic "we don't have anything that fits your skill set" SO THEN WHY EVEN TALK ABOUT A POSITION THAT YOU WERE NOT EVEN GOING TO PRESENT ME FOR??? So unprofessional! They need to figure out their stuff because why even try to help others when your office and staff isn't working properly. She approached me in a professional manner and was very instrumental in getting me what I needed from an employer. She interviewed me via Zoom and listened to what interested me and my likes and dislikes. I had a few interviews and by the second interview I had an offer. There are many recruiters out there that promise this or that and fall short of getting back to you. When Jazmin said she would get back to me, she meant it. She gave me some good advice, and her emails were quite thorough. She was very transparent, diligent and always on top of her game. If you are looking for a dedicated professional, I would highly recommend Jazmin from TalentZok. Ramona Barron

I have tried contacting multiple people at this agency by phone and text, yet I rarely receive a…read moreresponse. When I have managed to get someone on the phone, I was told to use the app and show interest in the jobs that are posted. I have done exactly that several times, but weeks go by without a single text, call, or follow-up. It has now been over a month, and I still have yet to receive any response. Eventually, the job posting just disappears, and the same cycle repeats over and over. To make matters worse, even when you comment and they give you a phone number that the agency provides in the comment section of the job posting, it does not help whatsoever. There is still no response, no follow-up, and no communication. This has become extremely frustrating and exhausting. It's honestly hard to understand how this agency continues to operate with such poor communication and lack of follow-through. This level of unprofessionalism is exactly why people struggle to take staffing agencies seriously. If you expect people to take the opportunities you provide seriously, then your agency should also take its responsibility to communicate with applicants seriously. If you're looking for a solid job or a staffing agency that is actually persistent and communicates with its applicants, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the energy, and the frustration. Based on my experience, this agency has consistently failed to communicate or follow through. **The reviews are very bad **

Tammy called me within 24 hours and asked me to come in and fill out their application and take their basic testing. Their receptionist, Jessika was very helpful and so sweet! The testing was quite easy (considering you know the basics of Word, Excel, etc). It was very easy! Within a week, Tammy emailed me (she is VERY email responsive.... you will always get a response via email within hours!) She found me a "temp" assignment at the San Diego Regional Center. Wow, I absolutely loved this job immediately. I was there for about 3 months when unfortunately, my assignment came to an end because the person I was covering was to return to work that next week :( I was VERY bummed out because that was the best job I've had in over 15 years! Well, I immediately emailed Tammy and thanked her for the wonderful opportunity and to please keep me informed of future "temp" positions. She emailed me the SAME day and offered me a position for another temp/seasonal position. That job didn't work out for me.... so I again, asked her to keep me in mind for future job opportunities. LONG story short, she emailed me and said that the San Diego Regional Center called her and "specifically" asked for me to come back :) I was super stoked and of course took the offer! After a few months, I was hired as a permanent employee by the SDRC and the rest is history!! I moved here with nothing but the clothes on my back.... and as cheesy as this sounds, Tammy was a Godsend and changed my life for the better. Thank you, Tammy! Thank you Jessika for your amazing customer service and professionalism when I would call you a hundred times a day asking about job openings or emailing me my W2 forms LOL!!! TriStaff is the best! They pay MUCH better than other "temp agencies" from my extensive research and I'm so glad that I went to them before the "others". -Cynthia K.

My experience started off great with this company, then went downhill from there. Just like I read…read morein a previous review, everything seems great when you are first starting out just to bring you on board then from there it seems your opinion doesn't matter. When I first spoke with the hiring agent I explained what type of work I was willing to do and the only job I was not willing to do which was a call center type job. What's the first job I get thrown into? Yep, a call center job even though I specifically said those jobs are not for me. I went ahead and gave it a shot because my agent kept bringing it up. After just 2 days I realized that it was not the job for me. I called my agent, MARIA BALSEIRO, to let her know about my experience and that I no longer wanted to work at the call center. Her response was very unprofessional, I quote "oh so you would prefer to have no income at all, than to work at this place?", who says that? Then she went off judging my work ethic when she doesn't even know me. And if I do prefer to have no income over a call center job, that is my decision to make. I don't go to a hiring agency to be judged, they are there to help find you jobs that are a good fit for you. Maria said she would give me a call when something else popped up, and no surprise here, I never received another call nor email from her. A few weeks later a different person from the company called to check up on me, Denise, who I had a short pleasant talk with. I will not be going back to this company, and for anyone who does, I don't recommend Maria.
