We stopped by for a few beers and some eats. As we proceeded to the bar we noticed it was not very crowded this Sunday afternoon. It's large on the inside with plenty of seating but also there is an outside dog friendly patio. I had the Big Peach which was pretty good and my husband had the darkest one, Black is all the colors which he really enjoyed. Nick our bartender/ server was very knowledgeable about all of the beer and did an excellent job. The chili was delicious and had a different type of chili flavor like it had a little 5 spice or something in it. The salad light and fresh and burata sweet and savory. Inside is very clean, high ceilings and has an industrial vibe. We've been in one other time and it was a crowded Friday night. It was fun also. We'll be back, I recommend.

Location: East Lawrence. 5 minute walk from downtown Ambiance: Brewery. It is a nice place with indoors and outdoor seating. Service: Excellent Food: When reviewing a brewery, I don't expect a michelin quality dish. This place have very good food. Burgers are delicious and so far in Lawrence, it is my second favorite place, besides de burger stand, which is my top 1 by far. Beers are ok.

We come here every time we are in Lawrence! The beer and seltzer are so good! The one thing you must try is the pretzel bites--the cheese is so good! Sometimes we get the fries with extra cheese too. This time I also got the shrimp pasta which was so creamy and the shrimps were plump and delicious. The restaurant is always clean and orderly. The service is friendly and the food is usually prompt, would recommend!

I always like to pop in when I'm in town. I really haven't had their food but the beer is good. On the last visit I tried the Big Wonderful which is a sour saison. It was really tasty, not too sour, and at 9% it went down a lil too easy. My other favorites are the 'lectric, double 'lectric, and the Big Peach. They also have an excellent patio outside. I did try the chips and Queso. And it was good. It's chips and cheese...what's not to love?!

I enjoyed meeting my fellow OSU Alumni last fall; however, the beer and menu in general were too expensive.

Mediocre beer, weird and sub-par service, dying-on-the-vine/closing-early atmosphere, and the food has gone downhill.

Great menu recommendations, solid knowledge of the beers, and good balance of checking on us but giving us time to talk. bar: I drank the Hopular Sovereignty ($6 as of 12/2023) which is a solid, West Coast IPA. Not as bitter and citrusy as some, but still a very well executed version of that style. That said, with their tap list, there's a beer style for every person. Appears to be full service bar with cocktails also. food: We started onion rings ($9) and they were great. Clearly house made. I had the bacon burger ($9) with tots. Especially for the price since it was the daily special, this is an awesome burger. My wife had the turkey club ($14) with beans. The sandwich is a real slice of turkey breast! It was incredibly good and the beans were great. Another person had soup of the day, broccoli cheddar ($8 for bowl), and reported it was good. Details: Lots of surface parking outside. There are also outside tables when the weather is better. Plenty of TVs with sports behind the bar. An incredibly long bar with dozens of seats. Bright, open space with high ceilings.
