I was at the Dover, DE store yesterday in which I purchased a brand new TaylorMade Qi35 Max driver…read morefor $599.99 brand new. When I used the club today, it broke in half completely. I went all the way back to the store, which is 45 mins each way, to which they were no help. I believe Dave was his name, the manager, who told me to contact TaylorMade directly and go through some warranty. They would not even help with contacting TaylorMade which is what the attached says to do. I am distraught that my brand-new top of the line club would break in such fashion and instead of the store making it right and providing me either a refund, or a different club, they did not & are telling me I have to contact TaylorMade personally. That may take weeks, and they may not even replace it. I simply do NOT want a replacement of the same club; I want a refund or a DIFFERENT driver which I explained to the store associate, and they would not do. Why is it that on top of being out on an item I just purchased yesterday for a significant amount of money, I also have to go through a 3rd party and wait weeks for a replacement, that I DO NOT WANT & they might not send. It is beyond me that a product I purchased a day ago IN STORE I cannot refund or replace. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER be taking my business to this company again.

And to add insult to injury, I had the head of my deodorant pop out and fall on the floor. So needed to restock on at least one item. I am sure I had more items on this visit to get, but I was hyper focused on the need to not stink. First, I hated how hard it was to navigate in the parking lot. Why did it feel like I was a pinball going up the track to plink my way down to a parking spot? Next, the layout of this store was a bit hard to understand. I felt like this location didn't follow the norm for the layouts that stores usually follow. I was about halfway through the store before I felt like giving up and finding a register. Not to worry, I did find my deodorant, saving me another stop on my way to my destination. Made my way to the registers, and I feel like this location pushes you towards using the self checkouts. There were not many registers open that allowed a customer to be dealt with by an associates. In fact, I feel like there were more associates surrounding the self checkout area. With that, why only have four of these and push a majority of people here. Not everybody knows how to use them, and with that, not everybody SHOULD used them.

I thought this place was ok at first, but after the third visit I changed my mind. I previously…read moreordered two and had them shipped there, did the back ground check, no issues. The third visit things went down hill from there. I ordered another gun had it shipped there as I did the first two times. When it came to the back ground check, I forgot to include my SSN on the form. The person on the phone from the FBI background check agency asked him for the SSN, and he the stated (none given). I asked him if I needed to write it down and he said NO. Well I was delayed and got denied later. I called the and talked to some one from the agency, and she said it was because of the information given or not given, and that is was best if gave my SSN, that help distinguish me from someone else. I ordered another gun and had it shipped there, thinking I would go back there fill out the paperwork using my SSN number, and it would be ok. Well I was wrong, because he refused to let me do the paperwork and run the back ground check again. If fact after filling out the paperwork he took it and ripped it up in-my-face and smirked about. I knew it was something wrong, because I've bought 3 guns since then (from other FFL dealers). And he still have my guns (if the crook haven't sold them). The appeal process with (NICS) takes months to process. I was talking to someone about this location, and they said they can believe he did it on purpose, because of some things he has done in the past.
