Even though the woman working the counter was very nice, I believe this requirement is in place to discourage a certain crowd from frequenting their lounge. Just my opinion... and their selection of cigars was okay.

I have 16 months before Mary Jane(showing my age) is recreational here so I needed something to take my edge off. I searched for a Delta 8 smoke shop and found one a couple miles from my house. My first and not last visit to Puffsters. I still had some questions and reserve about Delta 8....The owner was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. Green crack is my favorite to smoke, guess what, they have the terpenes and I am not disappointed. my creativity is flowing. My reviews are usually only 1 to 2 sentences. I could continue to type but do not want to bore you. Check this place out. love the care I was given. I'll be back for more.

However, there is no requirement to scan a driver's license with the Point of Sale terminal. Most stores will be cool and type your information in if you don't want to share your information for free... DOT people flip out over this, they start making up laws out of their butts and truly ignorant mannerisms and overall unpleasant. I'm sorry they are too stupid to type a birthday, google a statute, or treat others as they would want to be treated. Next time I'll go to a retailer that at least gives me a discount for helping them with their marketing. Also the cigars I bought were stale, no excuse with a walk in humidor except for sorry staff. Maybe if they did their jobs more and made up law out of thin air to hassle people less they would be more favored?
