I have 16 months before Mary Jane(showing my age) is recreational here so I needed something to take my edge off. I searched for a Delta 8 smoke shop and found one a couple miles from my house. My first and not last visit to Puffsters. I still had some questions and reserve about Delta 8....The owner was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. Green crack is my favorite to smoke, guess what, they have the terpenes and I am not disappointed. my creativity is flowing. My reviews are usually only 1 to 2 sentences. There's nothing more aggravating to me than walking into an establishment that we spend money in and not even being acknowledged by the owners. There is another place here in town, which I will not name, that I purposely say hello to the owner when I walk in, and he will not even say hello let alone look up at me. it's all about customer service! If they don't have something you want, all you have to do is ask! Us as well of friends have asked for certain products and they are there before we know it. The other great thing about red light is that their hours are longer than any other place here in town. that might not sound much to Sam but when you are entertaining, I need to possibly head out for additional spirits. You can always count on them to be open! The third visit things went down hill from there. I ordered another gun had it shipped there as I did the first two times. When it came to the back ground check, I forgot to include my SSN on the form. The person on the phone from the FBI background check agency asked him for the SSN, and he the stated (none given). I asked him if I needed to write it down and he said NO. Well I was delayed and got denied later. I called the and talked to some one from the agency, and she said it was because of the information given or not given, and that is was best if gave my SSN, that help distinguish me from someone else. I ordered another gun and had it shipped there, thinking I would go back there fill out the paperwork using my SSN number, and it would be ok. Well I was wrong, because he refused to let me do the paperwork and run the back ground check again. If fact after filling out the paperwork he took it and ripped it up in-my-face and smirked about. I knew it was something wrong, because I've bought 3 guns since then (from other FFL dealers). And he still have my guns (if the crook haven't sold them). The appeal process with (NICS) takes months to process. I was talking to someone about this location, and they said they can believe he did it on purpose, because of some things he has done in the past.

I started buying cards from this Magnolia location a couple of months ago. At first, very friendly,…read moreand customer friendly. They preached that they do not over price any of their cards. And initially they stuck by that, but in the last week. They've gone in the complete opposite direction at least in terms of Pokémon cards. I got one Shining Fates ETB for the normal price of $55. While other customers received 2-3 at a time. Darkness ablaze booster box for the usual $144. I am a frequent customer and spend a good amount of money in there. This week, everything got bumped up, not a little but significantly. $6 a piece for a darkness ablaze pack, $200 for a booster box. Tins for $45-$50, and good luck finding any shining fates because they are held for others. It's just sad. Everyone is scalping and getting top dollar elsewhere and they decided to follow suit. I'll be avoiding them until they return to their normal practice.

I had already agreed to the cleaning cost when I dropped the instrument off. After waiting 16 days and hearing nothing from Music & Arts, I called them. The employee I spoke with claimed that they had made multiple attempts to contact me with a repair estimate for me to approve. When I later spoke directly to the repair technician, he admitted only having called once, 10 days earlier. There was no message left. The employee I originally spoke with said that my voicemail box must have been full. It clearly was not. To top it off, there was no estimate given other than the original cleaning cost, which I had already agreed to when I dropped off the instrument. I was now told that it would take still an additional week to do the cleaning and repair, neither which had been started after 16 days. I had no confidence in this time estimate. I drove to the store and retrieved my instrument, which had not been worked on at all. After I returned home from picking up my instrument, the service technician texted me a screenshot of his computer application "proving" that he had left a message for me with an estimate, 10 days before I had retrieved the unserviced instrument. I replied to his text with a screenshot of Verizon's call records for my phone, showing no calls had come from either him or Music & Arts ever since I first brought the instrument to be serviced. Despite Verizon's documented call records, the technician still continued to insist that he had left a message with an estimate and was waiting for me to return his call (which he never made). And that is supposedly why he had not done any work on the instrument. What a waste of my time.
