When it was our turn, she spoke to us in the same unhelpful and condescending manner. We left without buying anything. Customer service like that is unacceptable--especially in a jewelry store where professionalism should be the standard. Based on her demeanor, she might be better suited for a job that doesn't involve customer interaction.
