Even though the woman working the counter was very nice, I believe this requirement is in place to discourage a certain crowd from frequenting their lounge. The other chairs were uncomfortable & run down. It also needs some ambiance, maybe a paint job and some photos or cigar boxes on the walls. Something that shows that management wants it's customers to be comfortable. I would go back to pick up cigars to smoke outside when it's warmer.
