I have visited and smoked in numerous lounges across the tri-state area of pa, del and NJ and I have never been asked to pay more than $20 and I would be allowed to stay all day if I wanted. Even though the woman working the counter was very nice, I believe this requirement is in place to discourage a certain crowd from frequenting their lounge. Just my opinion... and their selection of cigars was okay.

The other chairs were uncomfortable & run down. It also needs some ambiance, maybe a paint job and some photos or cigar boxes on the walls. Something that shows that management wants it's customers to be comfortable. I would go back to pick up cigars to smoke outside when it's warmer.
