We wasted all summer with them trying to get a lemon of a dishwasher repaired or replaced under warranty, which was the THIRD appliance we'd purchased from Shore Appliance in three years. Even as a regular customer it seems, you won't get its promised "highest level of service" -- what you will get is a repair service phone tree seemingly designed to maximize your time on hold, which may or may not let you leave a message, which messages may or may not actually be returned, and which if you finally do get to interact with an actual human being by email or phone, you'll get a lot of excuses about how busy they are, if not indifference. The bottom line is we did get our replacement dishwasher from Bosch in September, but no thanks to Shore Appliance, which appeared to be completely happy to be out of the picture at that point. Next time, we'll just go to one of the national big box stores, where we'll probably get better prices, and where we already expect that if anything goes wrong we'll just be treated like a number.

My mistake, but they got on the phone to their warehouse, found the gas dryer, picked it up and brought it in. All after 5pm on a Friday. The store stayed open also so I could go down and pay the difference in price. I was more than thankful to everyone involved. The delivery and installation was expertly done. The installers certainly put the customer first. I recommend them 110%. Oh, and the washer and dryer, installed, cost less than Lowes and Home Depot. It pays to show local at Dave's.

We were selling an older house and needed to get in new appliances quickly. They helped in picking our the right units that could be delivered on our tight time schedule. Learned one item we tried to order from Lowes was on 6 month back order; another was a discontinued item!! In any event, they handled our needs and committed to delivery within 2 weeks except for one item (which ended up arriving in just 17 days.) Communicated with us every step of the way; coordinated with our installer well and more. Highly recommend them; service was top rate and prices were within 3% of Lowes prices. Next time we need applicances won't go anywhere else.

Had a service call to fix an issue with refrigerator in which they said refrigerator was operating…read morenormally, only to come down to the property about a week later, find out the refrigerator was not. No diagnostics done expecpt a visual. In 10 seconds, through the door panel pad we were able to diagnose it with an E01 code, which means ice maker issue, which could lead to other issues and also, irregular temperatures in the refrigerator. Called for service again.They said they would be out in the morning of the next day, only to get a text message from the A I robot telling me my appointment was canceled, and I was rescheduled on monday, which we were not going to be there. It was very hard to raise someone in the service department, and by the time they got back to you it was usually the end of the day. We ended up buying a new refrigerator because our whirlpool, that was only four years old, was demonstrating an issue that could lead to further costs. Totally not impressed with whirlpool, and will never buy again.When asked if the sales department could help us possibly on the price, they basically just said no, there was nothing they could do.They did not even offer to see if their manager would do something for us. When the woman behind the counter found out we were from out of town she suggested a place to stay overnight and some local restaurants which was right up our alley.
