Unfortunately getting good customer service from this place is a luck-of-the-draw situation. Today was my third time here and out of the three times only one time did I actually feel welcomed. Today the young lady who did my nails did great work but I seriously contemplated walking out within the first 5-10 minutes because her hostility was palpable. After a bit it improved some but as I watched customers come and go I really felt bad for those walking in because the whole staff is so unwelcoming. I will say Mrs. Ly is the one who did my pedicure and not only was she thorough, precise but her nature was calming. New salon next door to El Bosque in the green shopping center. I tried this place out based on a recommendation from Facebook friends and also after looking through the company website. Locally owned and operated! Support small business! The salon is beautiful. Everything appears brand new, the building is set up nicely. Very light and bright giving off such a nice vibe. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. I feel like they are up to date as far as nail styles go - which, believe it or not, is so hard to find. There are many different nail salons in the area. I've given my time to most if not all over the course of 10 years. I grew up in Montgomery and there have been plenty just come and go. I cannot be happier there is a salon of this quality in town. It's worth it. Nice selections of shellac, dip powder, and regular powder - as well as your basic nail polish. The execution is incredible. I've never had the shape of my nails turn out this perfect. My nails are lasting 3 weeks, and looking just as good as the first. They offer several different kinds of pedicures, waxing, and nail services. Literally something for everyone. Really disappointing. First even getting a appointment is difficult. Then, they are not welcoming. They soaked my whole hands to remove the dip so now they are incredibly dry. She didn't prep my cuticles at all before applying the new dip. She used shellac for the top coat instead of the correct curing top coat for dip so I already know it will start lifting in 4 days. On top of that she didn't clean up my "manicure" (if you can call it that) at the end to remove any residue. So ragged cuticles dried out by soaking in acetone,stained with dip powder that are too thick, uneven, and not shaped the way I prefer--too bad I wasn't asked if they looked ok. No one gave me a name so I have no idea who "they" is. Pedicure was fine, but there was no liner in the tub so I hope they clean well. Overall I feel like I wasted 120.00 and I am very disappointed in what I consider my relax time. read more

I would NOT recommend going to this nail salon. I have been here multiple times now and the first time was okay but the next was a horrible experience. The first time I got "Ms.Lyn" and she didn't impress me and she kept telling me how skinny I was. So the next time I booked my appointment with "Hannah" and when I got there I got Ms.Lyn again instead of Hannah when I asked she said Hannah was busy so I decided to just give Ms.Lyn another try. Big mistake. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was torture, I had an ingrown nail she was digging at so much my whole toe was dripping blood I kept telling her to stop then she kept doing it saying she didn't get all of it!? Then she put stuff on it that burned so much I started crying and I'm usually pretty good with pain. I couldn't walk right for days my toe hurt so much and now it looks like it's getting INFECTED. First of all I tried to call to make an appointment at 5:38pm when it stated they close at 6pm. No one picked up, the recommended you making an appointment online. SO I went online and made an appointment for 10am the next day for me and my husband. They then called me the next day at 10:02 when I was pulling in telling me they couldn't do me and my husband at the same time cause the online system only shows 1 person with two pedicures cause that makes since. So they only had 1 technician there. I guess if I was a walk in I would have to wait too. So the lack of answering the phone and online system I gave it a one star. read more

My nail tech was Dee and she was amazing! New to the salon and the area, I brought her in a picture of what I wanted for my pedicure and she exceeded my expectations. She gets 5 STARS in my book!! HOWEVER; I noticed a few things during my appointment that gave me pause and the reason for my review. I did NOT like the way my nail tech was treated by what looked like the owner. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable watching the owner disrespect my nail tech. I tried scheduling an appointment to get a full set with Dee 2 days later because I LOVED my pedicure and wanted my hands to match. After scheduling online, I called the shop to confirm my appointment with Dee. The tech on the phone said Dee didn't have the available appointment time I wanted but I could come at 5pm. I told her that I just booked my appointment for 2pm and she said that time slot is no longer available (they went in and canceled my appointment while I was on the phone). When I asked why my appointment was canceled they told me that Dee is new and a SLOWER nail tech so I can have the last appointment time of the day if I would like. I was taken aback but agreed. During my appointment the owner/manager hovered over my nail tech watching her and even suggested she do my left hand since Dee wasn't moving fast enough for her. I was appalled! Im so glad my nail tech was professional and continued working hard. I was beyond excited about my nails and the shop was opened 15 minutes past closing and I tipped the owner/manager for her time as well. She was gracious for that! I had a feeling Dee wouldn't be there long because the terrible treatment was obvious and I was right! I tried booking an appointment today and was told Dee no longer works there so I refused the appointment and they hung up instantly. Some advice...Learn how to treat your staff!!! Went here for the first time to have my nails done, I've never done dipped nails so I decided to have my acrylics removed and the dipped ones applied, when I left I noticed some cracks in a couple of my nails. I was really nervous to go back and ask them to correct it because I hate confrontation but the woman who did them originally fixed them and even asked me if I was okay and happy afterwards.
