OMG! I love this nail salon so much. They are so friendly, funny, and kind. The prices are very reasonable and they have such a cute store. I paid 55$ for short all acrylic french tip. They came out perfect, literally have no complaints, bumps, or imperfections. Always when I go to nail salons there's many problems like uneven, thick, bumpy nails but no they're so clean and chic. Brendan did them, he was so kind and did french tips in less than an hour. Okay that's it. read more

I had such a great experience at this nail salon. The nail tech was incredibly skilled and paid so much attention to detail. The shape of my acrylic nails came out absolutely perfect -- clean, balanced, and very flattering on my hands. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Everything looks so neat and professional, and the finish is super smooth. I've gotten so many compliments already! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for beautiful nails and precise shaping. I will definitely be coming back again! read more

Ms. Snow did such an amazing job on my nails! She was so sweet, patient, and paid attention to every detail. The lady who did my nails was kind and careful. However, I feel like there was too many layers of powder added. My nails actually are pointing upwards at the end. I'd prefer they stayed flatter. Not sure how to fix this? It has a tip and then powder to fill in. read more

I went to Lavish Nails for the first time yesterday after I found them on yelp. Hannah provided my service. She took her time to ensure my experience was great and the service was as desired. I had both a gel pedicure and gel manicure with fill. The pedicure was on the of best I've had. My nails also look great and are the shape I asked sought. Thank you, Hannah! read more

Unfortunately getting good customer service from this place is a luck-of-the-draw situation. Today was my third time here and out of the three times only one time did I actually feel welcomed. Today the young lady who did my nails did great work but I seriously contemplated walking out within the first 5-10 minutes because her hostility was palpable. After a bit it improved some but as I watched customers come and go I really felt bad for those walking in because the whole staff is so unwelcoming. I will say Mrs. Ly is the one who did my pedicure and not only was she thorough, precise but her nature was calming. Very thankful she was my final encounter before leaving here today otherwise I would have left in a terrible mood. read more

I had an appointment with Le Tran and she did exactly what I wanted. The facility was clean, staff were friendly and the cost reasonable. Just went to Lavish Nails yesterday and LOVED IT! I'm extremely picky and have had acrylic nails since 1980! Hannah has been doing nails for a long time and does perfect work! New salon next door to El Bosque in the green shopping center. I tried this place out based on a recommendation from Facebook friends and also after looking through the company website. Locally owned and operated! Support small business! The salon is beautiful. Everything appears brand new, the building is set up nicely. Very light and bright giving off such a nice vibe. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. I feel like they are up to date as far as nail styles go - which, believe it or not, is so hard to find. There are many different nail salons in the area. I've given my time to most if not all over the course of 10 years. I grew up in Montgomery and there have been plenty just come and go. I cannot be happier there is a salon of this quality in town. It's worth it. Nice selections of shellac, dip powder, and regular powder - as well as your basic nail polish. The execution is incredible. I've never had the shape of my nails turn out this perfect. My nails are lasting 3 weeks, and looking just as good as the first. They offer several different kinds of pedicures, waxing, and nail services. Literally something for everyone. I look forward to my next appointment. Thanks for the exceptional service! read more

Called up here to see if they had any open appointments, as my usual place was majorly missing the mark. I was answered by a very kind girl, and she told me to come in, they would be ready for me. I was greeted as I walked in, and recognized as having called 15min prior. Stellar! I wish I was better at remembering names, but the sweet lady that did my nails was seriously the best. She was sweet, very attentive to the condition of my poor wrecked up hands lol, and she takes pride in what she does. My nails and cuticles were a WRECK, and she made them look better than I could have expected. I will 100% be calling this my new manicure place! read more

Took a long time but I will say they did a good job on the mani/pedis for me and my husband.

Had a 10 appt today. They sat me in a chair for 55 minutes and never started my pedicure. I also needed a manicure so I guess the expectation was for me to stay there for 3 hours! Absolutely insane. The absolute worst thing these business do is tell you they have time and to have a seat when in fact they don't won't be returning. read more

Really disappointing. First even getting a appointment is difficult. Then, they are not welcoming. They soaked my whole hands to remove the dip so now they are incredibly dry. She didn't prep my cuticles at all before applying the new dip. She used shellac for the top coat instead of the correct curing top coat for dip so I already know it will start lifting in 4 days. On top of that she didn't clean up my "manicure" (if you can call it that) at the end to remove any residue. So ragged cuticles dried out by soaking in acetone, stained with dip powder that are too thick, uneven, and not shaped the way I prefer--too bad I wasn't asked if they looked ok. No one gave me a name so I have no idea who "they" is. Pedicure was fine, but there was no liner in the tub so I hope they clean well. Overall I feel like I wasted 120.00 and I am very disappointed in what I consider my relax time. read more

Husband And I were rather anxiously excited to pick our very first pedicure experience. We picked Lavish Nails due to the excellent reviews and it being close to home (literally 2minute away.) Upon greeting ourselves in Lavish Nails shop, two ladies were very sweet and cherish. Linda and Ling assigned to us and they did an exceedingly excellent job, which we appreciated and enjoyed their conversation. They made Lavish Nails a 5 star experience for us. Thank you both very much and we shall return next month. Jay & Sean read more

I would NOT recommend going to this nail salon. I have been here multiple times now and the first time was okay but the next was a horrible experience. The first time I got "Ms.Lyn" and she didn't impress me and she kept telling me how skinny I was. So the next time I booked my appointment with "Hannah" and when I got there I got Ms.Lyn again instead of Hannah when I asked she said Hannah was busy so I decided to just give Ms.Lyn another try. Big mistake. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was torture, I had an ingrown nail she was digging at so much my whole toe was dripping blood I kept telling her to stop then she kept doing it saying she didn't get all of it!? Then she put stuff on it that burned so much I started crying and I'm usually pretty good with pain. I couldn't walk right for days my toe hurt so much and now it looks like it's getting INFECTED. Not sure why I even paid for this service. Save your toes. Don't go here. read more

Lavish Nails truly gave me and the fam a lavish experience! We started off at our excellent massage which was amazing! We also got mimosas and some wine to go perfectly with our hot towels, service, and pedicures/manicure! Another five star additive are the absolutely best employees. They were so nice and really made us feel like we were in a dream! They were also very upbeat and positive. Aside from that, they did a flawless job on our nails! You will also receive a pamphlet explaining all of the different packages for example I got the Lavish Pedicure which included a leg massage, hot water pool for our feet, lotion, and so much more!!! So thank you ladies again so much for the best experience possible! Five star in our books for sure!!!! read more

I am so happy I made the drive (from Huntsville)to this location. I was looking for a place for my daughter and I and wanted the best. I have had the pleasure of Ms. Lee doing my nails in the past and was so excited to finally visit the new location. One of the cleanest nails salons in Montgomery county in my opinion. First of all I tried to call to make an appointment at 5:38pm when it stated they close at 6pm. No one picked up, the recommended you making an appointment online. SO I went online and made an appointment for 10am the next day for me and my husband. They then called me the next day at 10:02 when I was pulling in telling me they couldn't do me and my husband at the same time cause the online system only shows 1 person with two pedicures cause that makes since. So they only had 1 technician there. I guess if I was a walk in I would have to wait too. So the lack of answering the phone and online system I gave it a one star. read more

The job they do is okay. Nothing spectacular. Made an appointment didn't get attend at that time and someone showed up after me and they got attended before me. I had called and made an appointment and even showed up 10 mins before my appointment. Ridiculous!!! Also, if you care about social distancing they are not social distancing the customers and are not requiring clients to wear mask. It's a small and clamp up place. Cute but small. read more

Well - I can't speak for the quality of their work, but I can speak for the quality of their timing. In town for a wedding, made an appointment for a dip for noon. Arrived to the salon at 11:53am. Salon looks very presentable and clean btw! I was told it would be an additional 15 minute wait. Not too crazy about it that - but waited patiently. No one BOTHERED to apologize for waiting 25 minutes - no one even offered me a drink while I waited. Left the salon at 12:21pm unapologetically. Would NOT recommend. read more

My nail tech was Dee and she was amazing! New to the salon and the area, I brought her in a picture of what I wanted for my pedicure and she exceeded my expectations. She gets 5 STARS in my book!! HOWEVER; I noticed a few things during my appointment that gave me pause and the reason for my review. I did NOT like the way my nail tech was treated by what looked like the owner. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable watching the owner disrespect my nail tech. I tried scheduling an appointment to get a full set with Dee 2 days later because I LOVED my pedicure and wanted my hands to match. After scheduling online, I called the shop to confirm my appointment with Dee. The tech on the phone said Dee didn't have the available appointment time I wanted but I could come at 5pm. I told her that I just booked my appointment for 2pm and she said that time slot is no longer available (they went in and canceled my appointment while I was on the phone). When I asked why my appointment was canceled they told me that Dee is new and a SLOWER nail tech so I can have the last appointment time of the day if I would like. I was taken aback but agreed. During my appointment the owner/manager hovered over my nail tech watching her and even suggested she do my left hand since Dee wasn't moving fast enough for her. I was appalled! Im so glad my nail tech was professional and continued working hard. I was beyond excited about my nails and the shop was opened 15 minutes past closing and I tipped the owner/manager for her time as well. She was gracious for that! I had a feeling Dee wouldn't be there long because the terrible treatment was obvious and I was right! I tried booking an appointment today and was told Dee no longer works there so I refused the appointment and they hung up instantly. Some advice...Learn how to treat your staff!!! A little professionalism goes a long way and just costed you a customer that tips 40% read more
