Nothing like my inspo photo. I wanted a simple two color design, and it was completely different than my image. They can only do plain colors, not any sort of designs. Not even the simple ombré that I wanted. It was also super unprofessional because they dropped the colored powder on the ground and continued to dip the brush on the floor. - Ripped them straight off when I got home because they were so bad. read more

I'm an older gentleman and I can't bend over to cut my own toenails. I go to lavish nails to have them cut and they're very responsive to me. They get me back as soon as they can, which is no more than 55 minutes and do a great job taking care of them. The price is very very reasonable and they do such a good job that I give them good tip every time! read more

It takes a LOT for me to give a poor review. But start to finish, my experience was not good. I made an appointment with a nail tech based on positive reviews of her specifically, but when I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, was told it would be a 15 minute wait (the person she was with was still in her chair when I left 35 minutes past my appointment time). I was offered a different tech and accepted (I was getting a gel manicure and figured it couldn't go wrong). I knew right away things were not going well. She was so aggressive in filing my nails and pushing back my cuticles that I had to ask her to lighten up a little. She never sent me to wash my hands before she began painting. She did not seal the edges (I don't get a ton of manicures but do my own, and know that is Manicure 101). When she finished painting and doing the top coat she again aggressively filed my nails, causing the gel to chip on multiple nails. I pointed all of these issues out and to her credit, she offered to fix them. By that point though, all trust was lost. I asked her to remove the polish and after some back and forth she did. They still charged me $10 for "a manicure." My nails were so ragged when I left, I had to come home immediately to file them. If one of these things had happened (the messed up appointment time or the very shotty work), I may have been okay giving this place another chance. But this was too much. just a heads up... First-timers beware. I had no idea what I was doing. I was extremely rushed to pick a color (the moment i walked through the door) from the seemingly hundreds of colors they have to choose from. And then I was talked (sorry, no...pressured) into doing something without any explanation of what it would do to my natural nails (though I don't know if I would have understood it because my tech spoke such broke english). everything happened so quickly and once I realized my nails would be ruined, there was no going back. 9 days in one of the nails (double dipped with tips) flew off when i was opening a plastic container, which prompted me to start the process of soaking this stuff off (which is a nightmare by the way). Now I know why they usher you in with no explanation, once you start doing it you have to keep coming back--because your natural nails look absolutely terrible without it!!! I'm never going back though, now I start on my (sad) months-long journey to heal my nails. read more

There is a reason I stick to Amber when I visit this salon. The last 3 visits have been so terrible that I have made the decision I will not return, and neither will my 19 year old, my 14 year old or my husband. The ownership will nickel and dime you to death, they lack any comprehension of being in an industry meant to be customer centric, respond as if they are the only ones who work hard or work long hours, they are greedy, lack integrity, accountability and responsibility. First of the three visits: I was a walk in on this last visit and didn't get to have Amber. Everyone knows that Amber is the best in town; and as a walk in, I knew it was unlikely I would see Amber. The gentleman I did work with; cut me with a manual / regular file. The man blew it off like it was no big deal. But did I die? No. I didn't lose a toe but it hurt like hell and was bleeding!! Solution: Rolling of the eyes and Charged full price. Second Visit: Oldest Daughter's nails weren't the length she requested and this was after stating several times exactly what she wanted. Tip of the day: Chefs know you cannot take away salt if you add too much to a dish - betted to start with less and add as you go if necessary. Nail technicians should know you cannot add length back once hacked off. She wore them for a few days and then she soaked them off. Waste of $70. Third visit (will be the last) - Youngest daughter had a nail break in less than 4 hours after leaving. She was devastated. She flew out the next day to see my family in another state. My Mom took her for a repair the day after landing. However, it was now 2 nails that needed repairs- and in less than 24hrs. She also paid for a Polish Change because the salon did not have the color match to the other 8 nails that managed to not break off! Solution: A flippant reply about how tired the owner was and a willingness to have Amber make them thicker if I wanted to do that. Silly goose....you were so tired you missed the duration between visits and half ass read the emails from me then...The ship sailed for that to be reasonable. Did you miss she was OUT OF TOWN immediately after getting them done. By return and you all finding the time to get back to me...she was legitimately due for a FILL IN!! I asked for them to be filled for free because we spent well over $100 for her to get them done and repaired over one day!!! I tried calling like the ridiculous email asked me to do....got the runaround by two individuals... and finally just hung up the phone. Once the obnoxious attitude came over the line; as if customers are to just accept shitty service and zero customer service or care for the money they WORK HARD for, I was done. Perhaps the owner needs a new line of work if they are too tired to run the shop like a professional and think anyone cares about their sleep schedule when they lost a good chunk of money in their shop!!! Do not go here. Amber isn't even worth the headache and head-cases running this circus. Sad because I cannot say enough kind things about her. Off to find a salon who actually cares to treat their customers as if they want them to come back. read more

No more. This last time the nail technician took nearly 2 hours to do dip nails (usually a great job can be done in 30 min.), while yelling on the phone to someone. My nails were uneven, and poorly filed. Not okay for a $60 mani. Worst- I told the staff I wanted just an eyebrow cleanup. This person waxed off half of one eyebrow- totally uneven with the other. Now I will have to pencil fill in for several weeks and hope it grows back fast. Disappointing because I was hoping this salon would succeed. read more

This new nail salon is amazing! There are tons of chairs, tons of manicure stations and plenty of options to choose from! I was visiting family from Florida and we decided for a little girl time. Searching around, we found this place. It's only been open for 3 weeks. It smells new, all the machines, chairs and sinks are all new! The workers were super friendly and although we waited about 20/30 min for them to begin, they sat us in our pedicure chairs. They gave us a nice little fruits plate and a glass of cold water! The customer service can't get any better. They also offered to paint my nieces daughters toe nails. She's 5! They took their time and I didn't feel rushed. I got the coffee pedicure and it was $45.00. Not too bad since it included hot towels, a yummy scrub and callous removal. Everyone in our party was happy! read more

I walked in to get my toes done here on a Monday morning. The employees weren't super friendly. They didn't have the pedicure stuff ready and the chair massager barely worked. I wanted to try couple of colors and I was met with a slight hesitation. I got the orange pedicure that is suppose to include callus removal but mine wasn't done. The leg massage that was given was really rough and hard, I was sure I was going to be bruised. I just felt that it was rough. The painting wasn't done great either. I paid $50-60. read more

This is a really nice salon, I personally have not had problems with staff. Each time I go everything is clean. It's a friendly place, I used to go there for a specific technician named Kirsten but unfortunately she had to move to another state, before she left she spoke highly of another technician and told me to try her. I did so today, and I will be coming back to see Audrey. Details I like about my technician is that her tools look clean, her station looks in order, she takes her time to give me the most natural looking nails and i feel comfortable telling her when something needs to be fixed. I honestly wish I could tell you the name of the older gentleman that did this horrendous pedicure. I asked for the coconut pedicure and was charged for the lemongrass. The entire time the man kept messing with my seat so I was very uncomfortable. My water was also cold within minutes of me putting my feet in. Normally they use a tool to get my calluses since I'm rough on my feet. He completely skipped that portion. The shaping and scraping he did on my big toe was painful as well. $58 for a pedicure that will have to get redone elsewhere correctly. 1000/10 would not recommend. read more

I got Carla she was just so nice when she was scrubbing the stuff on my feet it felt so good but it did hurt my pinkie toe a little bit but it's ok when you get a pedicure which is what I got to I kinda forgot to say that but if you get a pedicure you get to take a seat on a massage chair it was so comfortable but it will shake you . They did a fantastic job and the employees are very nice that is the end of my review and I rate this place 5 stars. read more

Spent 75 dollars on the worse nails I've ever got done. Just for shaping it was 8 bucks on top that I ask for a French tip with silver on the bottom and it looked awful. I said could you make the line thinner and she got mad saying, "first you want thick and now you want thin" and rolled her eyes. There was black left over polish from cleaning off the French tip and didn't even wipe the access off before she put a clear coat on top so it's permanently on. She didn't even fill one nail to the cuticle. Don't know her name they don't put on name tags and in the beginning I asked for a gem and she didn't know what I was talking about and so I said like a jewel or a gem and didn't listen and said all done. Will not be returning!! I got a full set and asked multiple times about the price and was told it would be $60. Technician (don't know his name) made my nails a lot longer than I asked for despite me asking for short/medium. I asked for pink and he painted them silver and told me it was pink in the light. It was not. When I requested a different/more pink color than the random one he chose, he was exasperated and quickly repainted them. He then charged me extra for the special polish that I never asked for and the "long length", which I also didn't ask for. Tried to charge me $85!!!! When I asked about it they dropped it to $75 which was also way more than I was repeatedly told. Rude staff, scammers, and my nails are crooked (which I pointed out early on). I have friends that have also had bad experiences here. Unprofessional, uncomfortable atmosphere, scammers. I have heard some of the female nail techs are great but I will not be walking in ever again as to not risk getting a bad tech with an even worse attitude. Never in my life have I had a nail experience as bad as this one. read more

This is a beautiful nail salon. Unfortunately they recently lost their best nail techs. Personally the other techs working there are not good. Not just mediocre, but truly not good. After reading the reviews it sounds like others have had similar experiences. Not very accommodating and helpful at trying to get you in.

Technician did not file or trim nails, edges are rough, would not use skin removal tool for calluses despite being asked. Only initiated conversation with colleague, not with customer. Did not check to see if water was good temperature. Would NOT recommend. Likely will not be returning. PS - you may want to make sure your technicians are adults and licensed. I've been told she is a minor and not licensed. BTW, allowing your employee to call me and leave a threatening voicemail is not great customer service either. I'd be happy to share the transcript of the voicemail with anyone who is interested. read more

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the manicures and pedicures are overpriced for what you receive. There is no significant difference between the least expensive and most expensive pedicure. The person who did my manicure and pedicure was very kind but I was not pleased with the way my nails were shaped and some of my nails could have used another coat of polish. In my opinion, the attention to detail when you are paying a lot is important. Although I felt attended to as the customer, thus nail salon did not stand out among the others in this area. read more

My husband and I went to get a dip manicure for me and pedicure for him after work and were told they were not able to accommodate us even though there was an hour left to closing and nobody waiting. However the receptionist was getting her nails done and had to pause her manicure to stand up and tell us that. She offered to make an appointment for the following day however the point was that we are not able to come during work hours. I should point out that I got a dip manicure from the same place about 9 days before and needed another one because 3 nails were already broken. I had one of the worst pedicure yesterday! Not only did I make reservations 3 weeks in advance to arrive and no one available without waiting an extended period of time. I was told that owners had just changed a couple of days prior and reservations were not transfered over. I received no notification of this! This is not the way to start a new business! The pedicure itself was lame to say the least. VERY little time was spent on smoothing. I could have done better with an emory board! I came away with rough heels, callous buildup and $30 wasted!
