There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. The designs and care they've done for me over the years have been amazing, and I always leave (and return) happy. Highly recommend! All pictures are of my natural nails.

The lady begin to work on my nails and she was using the brush. I asked ma'am I wanted the dip nails and she said it was the same thing... the price cost the same as the powder fill in so I just let her finish. WRONG. My nails came out horrible and she took so long I didn't even have time to have her fix them. Brand new set that looks awful. They're not filed down smoothly, some are crooked, some go past the cuticle others far away from it. Some have the color buffed right off on the edges. Some have the color going under the tip of my nail in a huge blob that they couldn't really drill off. She said to come back so she can fix them. I'll be back Monday or Tuesday. That really sucks though because I have to go the whole weekend with some horribly, ugly looking nails. I was so excited because the nail tech Cindy showed me all the pictures of the nails she had done and then I was let down. I kept saying I had to go back to work and she was moving sooooooo slow. If only the final product reflected her speed of service. I would have been more grateful if my nails looked as amazing as I thought they would for the time it took and for as slow as she was going. It's pointless to even put powder on the nails if you aren't going to spend the time to file them down to the point that they actually look like normal nails someone would grow on their feet instead of having glued pebbles you found in the yard onto your feet. A normal pedicure should cost $20-$30 at most, not $90 just to look like you glued rocks onto your toes. It's all upsell - no quality.

My nail tech asked what I would like done & I requested a removal of my acrylic tips and just a manicure w/ a basic nail polish. She then refuted that shellac would stay on longer and continued to remind me throughout the session prior to applying the polish. I kept declining as I told her that my nails are very brittle and sensitive so they just needed a break from the filing, soaking, & other jazz. I feel because of my decision to do so that she didn't want to waste her "time" in someone like me and rushed the polishing. Clearly the two thin coats of polish aren't even & didn't realize how bad they looked until I got home and my husband noticed. I paid $28 for a removal and polish, but I feel I was ripped off from my price based on the photo. I even tipped generously because she was sweet, but I don't appreciate being rushed on just because I choose to do something simple. If anything, that job should have been executed much better in my opinion. Seems like this place is frequented by millennials towards the evening time. They served red wine that was in a chilled wine glass. Every employee here knows what they are doing. They are very thorough and you can tell that it is not a quick buck for them. There is a reason why they keep accumulating a loyal clientele.
