Review #1,064 Posted on 6.4.26…read more We came here for dessert after dinner on Friday night the 29th. This spot is located on Naglee right next to Kid's Care Dental. I wasn't sure if this was a chain or not, but looks like it's not. It's got its own unique style of stuff and ways of serving ice cream. 100% the way to go is to get the 4 flavor sampler for $9.75, the scoops are basically normal size. My favorite ice cream I tried was the Taro Mochi, it had little chunks/bits of chewy mochi in it, so good. They've got a countertop to sit at with connect 4, tic tac toe, and other games to play. This place is awesome, will be back for sure.

Really loved…read morethis place, my wife and I would drive 25 minutes here and it was my favorite spot in the 209. Everything I tried here was incredible, and my wife loved all the dairy free options. The cotton candy and bubblegum ice creams were some of the best I've had, the cookie butter cream soda float is great and creative, but my favorite are their shakes- same with my wife. I tried white chocolate cookie butter, oreo, and my favorite was chocolate, but they were all really good. Anyway, the last 2 times before my last visit, on their regular shakes, and on the dairy free also, something was off. I've seen other reviews mention this recently. For us, both times they tasted too milky. We hoped it was just a fluke. Our last visit we decided to get ice cream, and it looks like if I go into too much detail they will try and get this removed. I wonder how many other reviews they've done this for? Tthe ice cream was pretty good, but it didn't hit the spot like it usually does. Also dealt with a very rude and unprofessional employee- first time I'd seen her there. All the other employees there have been very friendly and professional. I probably won't be returning, but I think 3 stars is fair. I don't know if they changed their process, made ingredient changes, or if employees aren't making things correctly, but there's been a drop off in quality and customer service.

Kay's Creations offer Filipino American fusion items like Cheeseburger Lumpia and desserts (French macarons). Friendly service, low/moderate prices ($10-$15), and only waited ~10 minutes for the food. My family opted to share the Hawaiian Chicken Plate, which came with their signature fried mochiko chicken. Literally so fire...I was in awe with how tender the chicken was with the outside crispiness from the mochiko flour. The seasoning and glaze on that needs to be discussed as well because yummy in my tummy for real. Sweet and savory! Good rice portion and I liked how their Mac salad had a more subtle mayoey flavor while still being creamy. Will be back and can't wait to try more of their menu items (:

Usually I'm used to ridiculous restaurant prices but the onigiri was $4.50 and the snack mix was $5. The lumpia was actually pretty delicious! And presentation was beautiful. The birria I think was more for dipping than sipping bc it was pretty salty. Will definitely be trying the rest of their menu when they're back! My sister tried the cheeseburger lumpia and it got good reviews!

Most recently, I came in with an idea for my son's 7-Eleven birthday theme, and the only things I knew were that it had to be a donut cake and with specific theme colors. I ended up changing the layout anyways because I found a better tray later on, but I loved how it all came together! They only missed out on one design detail, but I didn't care. When we arrived around 1:00pm, there were only a couple of people there, yet the place was messy and had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the facility (like armpit). To make matters worse, just a couple of minutes after we walked in, the employee started cleaning while visibly rolling her eyes, which didn't make us feel very welcome. It's a shame because the venue really does have great potential, but the lack of cleanliness, organization, and customer service made it a big letdown. I hope they improve these areas because the space itself is lovely.

The overall taste was extremely palatable. The Thai broth was so addicting and packed a punch of flavor in every single bite. The abundance of proteins and vegetables also enhanced the dish. The dish was priced nicely at $19.95. For the beverage, I had the large Strawberry Banana smoothie. It was prepared to perfection. I loved the fruity, refreshing taste in each sip.
