Not only as Mother-Daughter time, but as our self-care time as well. The eyebrows might be what frame one's face, but it is the lashes that are the red carpet leading to the soul. Well, needless to say Covid hit and our self-care turned into home-care. Have you ever cut your own hair and it turned out to be not as bad as you thought, but then when you actually go to a salon you're like, "What was I thinking?!" Doing my own lashes...same concept. So it's 2025 and my daughter and I decide that we wanna do something for ourselves again that involves a professional. This is where Divaforeva Lashes takes our needs and wants to another level. I called to inquire about services and it was the owner, Gennifer, who answered the phone. Not only did I get all of my questions answered, I made appointments for both my daughter and I and immediately felt the personal service & quality we were going to receive...and this is just over one phone call. Not to mention there were three additional phone calls due to my daughter's work schedule which they were more than happy to accommodate as it was within their policy. The day had finally come. I was so excited! There was plenty of parking and when you walk into the establishment the atmosphere was elegant, inviting and more importantly pristine. The seating area where Gennifer sat with me as a new client is very comfortable and inviting. And talking with Gennifer is like talking with a friend. You can tell she's very proud of what she's created and very humble for the clients she has. As you walk upstairs to the private rooms you're asked if you'd like to use the restroom first as a full set is a two hour long process. The bathroom is just as clean as the rest of the salon and very nicely decorated. Once in the room there's a very comfortable seat where they continue the interview which is very personalized and informational. You're then welcomed to lay on a heated and extremely comfortable bed where the magic takes place. Full disclosure, I actually fell asleep during my session. When I woke up I was ecstatic to see the beautiful art that Gennifer had done with my face. Yes, she only did my lashes, but you know how when you mount an exquisite piece of art on a wall and now that entire wall just looks amazing? That's exactly what she did to my face. I would say the experience was beyond words, but if you've made it this far then I guess you could call me a liar. Oh!!! And I cannot forget to mention that on this day Divaforeva Lashes received the Best of Glam/Lashes in all of Snohomish County and is also the Best Overall Business in all of Mill Creek. Gennifer is also extremely active in the community. Such an accomplishment! I am so proud of Gennifer and her crew. And I am now proud to say that I am one of her most satisfied clients and friend. I suffer from anxiety that flares up when getting lashes done (having to keep eyes closed for long period of time). During my sessions, Gen played a calming playlist and talked me through the entire process to make sure I was at peace. After my appointment, she went over how to care for my lashes and even gave me a cleaning kit. I've gotten my lashes done for years and no one has ever thoroughly explained how to care for lashes. I'm not here to talk about her quality of work, because she is a talented artist. I'm here to talk about Naysha's business practices, as her professionalism and reliability are severely lacking. Last summer, she ran a promotion for a prepaid bundle of eyebrow threading sessions ($100). I found her availability extremely narrow and ultimately incompatible with my work schedule, so it was already hard enough to see her. I wish that I hadn't given in and prepaid for her services. Naysha had earned a reputation of being tardy to her appointments or like in my case, not showing up at all. In October of 2024, I had an appointment on a particularly cold and rainy day. Sensing she might be late, I texted her in advance. The studio isn't open unless she's there, so I didn't want to be left waiting outside. She never showed up. Emergencies happen, but failing to communicate with a paying client is unacceptable. With the exception of my first visit, I never used the bundle I paid for. I requested a refund, but to this day, I haven't received my money back. At this point, she leaves me wondering whether I had been scammed. Naysha is kind and skilled, but I can't recommend her business. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before committing to a prepaid service with Posh Parlor.

Lost a year plus client. I feel like my cancellation was handled unprofessionally. I had to cancel an appointment due to a sick child at 23 hours plus some minutes. So very close to 24 hours. Lindsey immediately charged me full price for my first cancellation & said "I charged your card on file" . I understand the loss of a service but not even a " hey, is everything okay" "I want to give you the benefit of the doubt" & maybe charge half price. Now I will not return I even waited a day to think about if I should leave a review. I have been flexible for her over the 1 1/2 years but I was not treated the same. My hair services were average btw not suburb or anything so pretty easy to find another hairdresser. Sad I had to write this.
