I really don't think I'll be doing laundry at my mom's anymore when I can just come here and relax and get my 4-5 weekly loads done within an hour!! Washes are a little pricey but worth it! Free dryers on the bottom row!! (That makes up for the pricey washes ). Thank you very much Laundromat of Downey! So clean and convenient!! So easy!! The owner here is so friendly he was nice to me and my kids . But the reason is the lady that works here is always rude to me she's mean and I let it go but this time she accused me of braking a glass window from the washer machine i told her " wait a minute no I did not and said yes you did this wasn't here before and honestly I told her I don't need to lie about this idk what she was doing during her shift that she never noticed it there was no signs not to use it . I had enough with this lady I told her I don't wanna argue with you. Please call the owners I don't want you to make up a lie that I did this when I know I did not . She refused to give me their number and refused to call. She said I'm gonna report it and I told her call them so they can check the cameras because I know I did not do this unless she already knew about it and she needed someone to accuse. I heard her talking to ppl about what happened and I went up and told her your mean and rude and you have a nasty attitude:/ idk but honestly she probably thought I'm a teenager or in my 20! While other nearby spots might not have as nice of a shop, the cleaning quality is the same for less money. On top of that, I recently caught a major overcharge on my receipt that I had to bring to their attention myself to get fixed. Also, I was disappointed that they did not apologize for the mistake.

Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.
