They were very straightforward in addressing this person's concerns and diplomatically pointed out how unreasonable their comments were. I figured this is a company that cares about their reputation because they take pride in their work. Great to discover that I wasn't wrong in my choice. First of all, they contacted me shortly after the cleaning started to let me know that it would be a bit more expensive based on what I had asked them to do. I suspected that would be the case. I totally anticipated the price increase and had no problem with it whatsoever. It turns out to have been worth every penny. The first thing I noticed when I returned was the wonderfully clean, crisp smell. The floors were so clean they looked brand new. As for my stove... I wish I had a "Before" shot to share, but honestly, I probably wouldn't because it looked so disgusting! I now have a brand new stove as far as I'm concerned! I have a few allergies, and dust is the main one. They dusted every nook and cranny of my apartment, dusted (and cleaned) the ceiling fans and walls and even cleaned the exhaust filter on the stove. I suspect this company is at the higher end cost-wise, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and every penny I spent was worth this. The workers, Alex and Adriana, are genuinely good people you wouldn't mind hanging out with and I will definitely request them for future cleanings.

After the deep clean, they said they would give me regular fixed pricing for maintenance, which was $220 every 2 weeks for 3 hrs each clean. They kept mixing up my text with other clients so it was very confusing on time, price, and duration. After they came 1 time for the regular maintenance, the management told me I had to give them cash in person from now on. The second time they came I went to the atm and by the time I came back they were already gone (only worked 2 hrs). They shamed me for not having the cash and told me it was embarrassing to ask for payment. Now after servicing my home 5 times, they tell me that my home needs picking up and changing of sheets (which the cleaners offered to do the first cleaning) is extra work and my home is so big that they should be charging me $50 more each time, but they will give me on $20 increase and if I want to pay by Zelle, it's additional $10. I tend to keep missing the cleaning ladies because they only come for 2 hrs instead of the 3hrs I thought I was paying for. They also continue to mix up my text messages with other clients. Clearly they don't know what FIXED PRICING is! Never going back!
