After reading countless reviews involving half a dozen cleaning services, I chose this company based, of course, on their positive reviews but mainly due to the way they responded to a negative reviewer. They were very straightforward in addressing this person's concerns and diplomatically pointed out how unreasonable their comments were. I figured this is a company that cares about their reputation because they take pride in their work. Great to discover that I wasn't wrong in my choice. First of all, they contacted me shortly after the cleaning started to let me know that it would be a bit more expensive based on what I had asked them to do. I suspected that would be the case. I totally anticipated the price increase and had no problem with it whatsoever. It turns out to have been worth every penny. The first thing I noticed when I returned was the wonderfully clean, crisp smell. The floors were so clean they looked brand new. As for my stove... I wish I had a "Before" shot to share, but honestly, I probably wouldn't because it looked so disgusting! I now have a brand new stove as far as I'm concerned! I have a few allergies, and dust is the main one. They dusted every nook and cranny of my apartment, dusted (and cleaned) the ceiling fans and walls and even cleaned the exhaust filter on the stove. I suspect this company is at the higher end cost-wise, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and every penny I spent was worth this. The workers, Alex and Adriana, are genuinely good people you wouldn't mind hanging out with and I will definitely request them for future cleanings. read more

A&G Cleaning - My stove and oven... So bright and clean it almost hurts my eyes to look at it! - Home Cleaning Near Me - San Diego, California

the team that came out to clean was very sweet & seemed trustworthy. However, after they left I noticed a lot of things got overlooked. Dust left on the floors from them dusting & not vacuuming after, still scuff marks on walls, dirty baseboards, my kitchen sink un touched. They did a decent job with the blinds & ceiling fans but for $300 for a 1br 1bth I don't feel like I noticed THAT big of a difference & probably wouldn't book with them again unfortunately. read more

Although it is a bit more expensive than I am used to paying for cleaning, the efficiency and professionalism was worth it to me. I was able to book my appointment very promptly and they completed what I needed to have done e within the four hours I booked. Adriana and Alex make a great team! read more

Adriana is a queen of cleaning. I am so impressed by her. She and her team take time to thoroughly clean the whole property, in great detail. Adriana also has great organizational skills and she even organizes things inside the cabinets and closets. Adriana provides superb cleaning services, and updates with photos as she works. She is super smart and has a natural talent for all things home. On top, Adriana is super sweet, friendly, communicative and just a sweetheart. She cares about your home as if it were her own. If you are lucky enough to get in her schedule, (she is busy and her calendar is booked far out), run don't walk to hire Adriana to clean your home or office. I was amazed by how thoroughly she cleaned my home and organized all of my cabinets, drawers and closets without even being asked. Adriana made my home sparkling clean and shiny! She also made some helpful suggestions. Adriana is Marie Kondo, and even better! I never had anyone clean my home so thoroughly the way Adriana did. read more

I'm sitting in my living room while the team finishes up. I can't even look yet I'm so excited. But from what I can hear, omg! Job well done is such an understatement. They've cleaned and arranged things I literally dream of (I love to clean but am very disabled). My mom via text is impressed. I was burned by HouseCall. Set up an early appt (and I'm not a morning person at all but it's all they had). No show. No call. Nobody to replace. I accidentally exploded a can of Coke in the freezer and can't reach to clean it myself. Plus, you know how you kind of make your place less of a nightmare before cleaners come? I was NOT going to do that again. A and G to the rescue! Kind, efficient and thoughtful. I feel like a spoiled queen on the couch watching tv with my Jamba :-) But darn it! We all deserve a treat. Mine is just an apt sized one. More once I look at the whole place!!! 20 minutes later...OMG OMG OMG. Best ever. Best service. Best clean PERIOD! Better than I do myself, which you know you clean little places others don't. Complete opposite here. I was like YOU DID WHAT???!! There isn't enough space and time to include everything. I'll prob be updating one million times. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND MORE. Don't worry. These people mean business. Helpful and sensitive to my disabilities. Going to include just one shot now. It will say it all, but I'll include more later ;-) Thank you guys endlessly! Tears of joy! Maybe 3 hours later... even the AIR is cleaner. It might be cleaner than when I moved in. My reflective surfaces all sparkle. They took out my trash and my recycling. Worked their booty's off with no complaint or slowing down. Who knew places like this still existed?! I mean, they cleaned every blind. Took off couch cushions and cleaned. I swear my couch is more comfortable. I must add I did the deep cleaning. Rephrase- I requested the deep cleaning upon recommendation and THEY did the actual cleaning. Lol. 9/3/18 Yanna and Fabian were my crew. So if you get them, you'll know you have nothing but how much you're going to love your life after! read more

Wow! Our family has to move from an apartment to a house, and we hired A&G Cleaning to clean both places. We were wow'ed by their attention to detail, promptness, and professionalism to get the cleaning done. Here is an example where they went above & beyond. Our oven accessories were so tough to clean that they offered to take an accessory with them home to soak & clean to bring it back to us. The team takes a great deal of pride in their work, and it shows. Their communication is also top notch. Alexis responded to every single text & request within minutes with the greatest attitude! In addition, our movers took an extra day to move so we had to postpone cleaning by 1 day. They were so kind and flexible to clean for us even on their day off. BEST CLEANING COMPANY IN TOWN. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. read more

A&G Cleaning did a very good job on a deep clean of our house. They were fast and thorough. We plan to use them again in the future.

Very good service and value! I was initially going to defer getting housecleaning service because of a busy schedule (the reason for my need of housecleaning) but Adriana contacted me and said she could come over in less than 12 hours to handle the work. Adriana arrived with a second person and all the materials needed to clean my very dirty and dusty house. I spent two deployments nearly back to back, retired and began working FT almost immediately thereafter. My house was badly neglected and I had no illusions about everything being made right in a couple hours. Adriana and Ruth told me precisely what they could accomplish in 3-hours and did exactly as promised in the that time and more. I was not counting on them addressing the disorganized clutter that accumulates on/under coffee tables, bookshelves, closets and countertops but that is exactly what they did in the process. My kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are spotless and organized. The clutter was removed and consolidated throughout most of the house, every corner of my large entertainment center and bookshelf was cleaned to include every book being dusted and wiped. There is more to do and not only would I use them again but I have already scheduled an appointment in a few weeks. read more

Adriana; the owner of this cleaning service, came to my rescue last week in North Park when I had to get a condo ready for rent providing the most delightful service in the most professional manner. She is very detail oriented as well as personable. It was a seamless process from the moment we talked on the phone to set up the appointment to the end when I actually ended up hiring her for a floor stripping task that turned my nasty old waxed-coated floors into brand new shiny floors. Her expertise saved me thousands in floor replacement. I couldn't believe it when she insisted on pulling out the oven to clean under it and then managed to pull out the refrigerator as well to get every bit of dirt. Needless to say the condo looked and smelled magnificent after Adriana was done with her magic. I highly recommend her very professional cleaning services. read more

Amazing service! Adriana and her team works better than a Swiss watch. I was on the hurry to move out from a place a was renting and needed someone to respond to an emergency call, big mess big time. I got in contact with A&G and was doubtful because of the few reviews. However, the price and the quick respond got me. They made an amazing work, she got to my place in time and the started working right away. The result was outstanding and every little corner of the place was clean, something that I definitely did saw in years. The price was so fair with the effort they made and the result of it. I will definitely put their contact in my list and will call them again. Had a deep clean of my house last week and everything was great. The cleaning team arrived on time, explained their process, completed on time and within the quoted dollar amount. We had recently moved in to our house and didn't have time to do a thorough cleaning beforehand and they did a wonderful job. They even cleaned in those spots that never get cleaned (track of the sliding door, ceiling fan blades). Highly recommend. read more
