It seems that Chely's House Cleaning and Gallardo's Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Service are the same business, run by Chely and her husband. The call happened on a Friday, and I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Sunday and showed her what I wanted cleaned and she gave me a quote. We then scheduled the time for the cleaning on the Thursday of the same week. I scheduled it for 1:30 pm and Chely was there at 1:15 pm ready to start. Very prompt and extremely easy to work with. I had some objects I didn't want cleaned and Chely was perfect about my request. The service was excellent and I felt that I was able to trust her and her husband. I was not present during the bulk of the cleaning and when I returned, the rooms were spotlessly clean.

When we were told that we might have white mildew and/or black mold in our attic, we knew that some…read morerestoration companies will "find" mold or mildew even if it's not there. Our search for an honest company led us to West Coast, and we hoped the reviews were true. The good news is, West Coast is as honest as it gets. Askia came out and looked around the attic while I watched from the ladder. First, he showed me that the supposed mildew was some sort of harmless sandy clay-ish material. And the supposed black mold was just "lumber mold", an industry term for "stain fungi"--the common dark streaks in lumber that originate at the sawmill or in the forest, don't weaken the lumber, and are not indications of moisture. Who knew? Well, Askia knew. And he actually spent time convincing me that we didn't need their services. So do I recommend them to you? You betcha! An honest company is a joy to find.

I wish I could rate this company and the owner, Sebastian, 0 stars because of how awful my…read moreexperience was. I was quoted over $400 for a move-out clean but was offered a one time $388 price if I booked the same day of the phone call. I spoke with Sebastian over the phone and asked if I would be refunded if I changed my mind about needing the cleaning, and he said yes. I have multiple food allergies that impact the cleaning products I can come into contact with, so I was advised by my doctor to do the cleaning myself. I let Sebastian know this via text and he responded two different times asking how he could keep my business. These messages insinuate that "losing my business" meant a refund. After realizing I was set on cancelling, he informed me that refunds can only be issued when the service was unsatisfactory. I reminded him of what he shared over our initial phone call, which was that a refund would be issued if I decided not to get the service, and he said I would be forfeiting my payment if I withdraw the service. So ridiculous! I submitted a claim to PayPal two days ago for my nearly $400 back, and will update with what the findings are. Today, I received an email from Sebastian's personal email with the subject title "a reminder of our zero refund policy" and a scrambled together cancelation policy document attached. After I replied informing him that since the document was provided AFTER payment, I cannot be held to whatever is written in it. He then proceeded to call me selfish and make fun of my allergies. I hope future potential customers truly think twice before giving this owner and his terrible company their hard-earned money. He is not a man of his word and, in my opinion, is a scammer. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews I read before booking. PayPal update: PayPal refunded me my money because it was blatantly obvious that Sebastian is a scammer. Please do not book with this company.

I contacted this company to have my home cleaned as we are getting it ready to sell. The person I…read moretexted asked about square footage and the condition of the home. I let him know it's an old home and needed a lot of work including walls and windows. He quoted me a price of $685 but said windows and appliances weren't included. So I requested that we add those 2 things on because we were moving and need everything cleaned well. That brought the total to $958.96. I immediately paid that and waited to hear back about when he would be coming. 3 days after I paid the original invoice he texted me again and said that he had reviewed my original request and saw that we wanted our walls cleaned too and that it would be an additional $175 to do that. I was a bit annoyed because I had already paid about $1000 so far and wasn't even sure when this person was going to be coming but I needed my house cleaned so I agreed and paid it right away. I was unaware that the person I was talking to was not the person who would be at my house to clean it. We agreed that he would come Thursday May 15 at 11 am. On Wednesday may 14th at 11:30 am there was a knock on my door. Someone named heather was there to clean my house. I was not prepared for her as we were still trying to pack up our things for the move but she assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and that she would work around and even help if I needed her to. She worked for 3.5 hours and then at one point she came out and asked me if I wouldn't mind telling her how much I paid for this service. I told her, about $1200. And she said ok and went back to cleaning. Shortly after that she took a quick break and when she came back inside she said she was going to be done for the day and that she would be back tmr to finish and she would bring extra people so that the job could get done well. She left here at 3:30 pm. At 4 pm I received a text from who I now know is Sebastian, the owner of sentimental cleaning. He told me "hello ma'am, you were to never disclose payment to my vendor. That is highly against everything." I said I didn't even know that heather was a vendor or what that meant. He got very upset. He called and talked to my ex husband. He told him that he was going through a divorce, although I am not sure how that was relevant to my home being cleaned. My ex said that we would be requesting a refund and that because the service wasn't completed as agreed upon that he would need to take him to small claims court. He said he would figure it out and get back to us. After about 2 hours we called him to see if anyone would be coming to finish the cleaning and he said absolutely not. Then he started rage texting me and threatening me. He called me a liar and said I was a dick. He said he suggests I keep my mouth shut. He claims that what I paid for was in fact completed and that he has proof from his vendor that she had cleaned my whole house. I then asked for his photographic proof and he said I could see it in court. Sebastian Valemont is unprofessional, to say the least. Not only would I not recommend his business I would actually say stay away from him. He is shady and untrustworthy. I hope that people read this review before booking with him so they don't get scammed like I did.

After reading countless reviews involving half a dozen cleaning services, I chose this company…read morebased, of course, on their positive reviews but mainly due to the way they responded to a negative reviewer. They were very straightforward in addressing this person's concerns and diplomatically pointed out how unreasonable their comments were. I figured this is a company that cares about their reputation because they take pride in their work. Great to discover that I wasn't wrong in my choice. First of all, they contacted me shortly after the cleaning started to let me know that it would be a bit more expensive based on what I had asked them to do. I suspected that would be the case. I totally anticipated the price increase and had no problem with it whatsoever. It turns out to have been worth every penny. The first thing I noticed when I returned was the wonderfully clean, crisp smell. The floors were so clean they looked brand new. As for my stove... I wish I had a "Before" shot to share, but honestly, I probably wouldn't because it looked so disgusting! I now have a brand new stove as far as I'm concerned! I have a few allergies, and dust is the main one. They dusted every nook and cranny of my apartment, dusted (and cleaned) the ceiling fans and walls and even cleaned the exhaust filter on the stove. I suspect this company is at the higher end cost-wise, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and every penny I spent was worth this. The workers, Alex and Adriana, are genuinely good people you wouldn't mind hanging out with and I will definitely request them for future cleanings.

When he arrived, he said the bedrooms, the hall way and the living and dining rooms were too big and the charge would now be $600. The person with whom I made the appointment never told me the charges would be dependent on the size of the rooms.
