She's courteous of mine and my house's needs in more ways than I can count. When I needed her to go above and beyond and clean my disaster of a kitchen, she made it seem like the easiest task and no concern of mine. I really appreciate the thoroughness with which she cleans generally, too. Never have I ever spotted places that could use extra cleaning after she leans. Truly grateful for her cleans! The people working behind the scenes are always proactive with getting my cleanings set up, giving me alerts, and doing the other administrative parts of the business without disruption. It seems small but that's huge. Great team, great cleans- hire them if you want stress-free cleans. They live up to their name.

I never leave reviews but I am at a loss of what to do at this point. We booked a move out house…read morecleaning a week ago so the house was completely empty so we assumed the cleaning would be smooth and easy. After the initial clean many areas of the house were skipped and still dirty. The initial cleaning took 2.5 hours and we paid $345 plus tip. We contacted them within the 24 hour period to let them know we were not happy with the results and we are busy moving so this is an added stress, they offered to do a reclean. We scheduled the reclean for a week later/today and they gave us the window of 2-4pm for arrival. It's now almost 6pm and they are not responding to our calls, voicemails, or texts to get an update on their arrival or reschedule. Still unclear if they are going to do a reclean and have no info or updates. This has been extremely frustrating because we are trying to coordinate with our land lord and have been busy moving so this was the last issue we needed. We are now going to have to drive back to the house an hour away and clean it ourselves. Update- after I posted this review they finally got back to us and said they were cleaning the house at 6:36pm. We drove an hour the next day to check and it seemed sufficient. Still would not recommend given all the added stress this caused during our move. They didn't offer any type of refund either.

The next day during my Move-Out Inspection, received no dings. Being handicap, I could have never did that quality of work. It was money well spent. Thanks Teresa the Owner, and Teresa one of the Cleaners. My apologies, I didn't get the other Cleaners name.

This time we brought them into our new house and we knew they did great work, but they really went above and beyond. They have been great to communicate with, a pleasure to work with, and they are complete professionals. When they say deep clean, they mean deep clean. They are so thorough. They did a better job than anyone else we've ever had to clean either of our houses. And then the special touches they added such as putting trash bags and our secondary little trash cans in the bathrooms, and even creating cute little designs out of the toilet paper in the bathrooms - it was not expected, but so appreciated and made our day when we got home from work. We will definitely be working with them in an ongoing basis. Their pricing is fair and upfront. Highly recommend for any cleaning needs! Also, Teresa, Lorena, and Naty were phenomenal!

I really want to give more stars because the owner is lovely and charming. The cleaning that did…read morehappen was pretty good and no problem at all there. The reason for three stars only is because when she left and I went around the house to get happy about everything being clean, I noted that the kitchen hadn't been touched AT ALL. None of the counters were wiped down and the stovetop was still dirty and the sink hadn't been cleaned or wipes down. Then when I went into my bedroom the dresser and nightstands still had layer of dust, not touched at all. When I contacted her about it, I asked if that was intentional and do those services cost more. She replies that yes, indeed, they do cost more. And when I inquired how much more, I got no response. So after paying her $160 to clean a 1500 square foot condo, I felt the service didn't really match the price. I would recommend her for the skill because what was done was done well, but the whole experience left me less than satisfied...
