Their prices are fair and they do good work. I was very happy with the service and the place is ever so clean and pretty. The photo I took is not of my care, I just like the sign. They have made this place really nice. The staff is great. They know what they are doing and they pay attention to what you want. I know they do a lot of detailing and I just had my car detailed at the dealership and I was not happy. Next time I will just take it to Impero and get it over with. They also do car raps and I am pondering that, but need to save a little to pay for it. We have 3 cars and then their is my daughter's car. I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. They offer tea, coffee and water while you wait which makes the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. 100/10 across the board for service, quality and overall experience. If shopping for estimates - Most companies don't automatically add caulking borders which renders the security film useless. The burglars just push the glass through. Charles always includes this in his estimates. So I initially thought he was more expensive but he's not and doing it the right way! He also can help keep your skin beautiful!!!
