Based on the shop's own description of handling "formalwear," we believed it would qualify. At the entrance, a sign stated the shop was by appointment only and for bridal and formalwear. Since we were already there, we stepped inside to confirm and possibly set up an appointment. Inside, the woman (presumably Maria) was sitting on her phone. She stood up when we walked in, and after we asked about the dress, her response was simply "no." There was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to help point us in a better direction. The interaction was short, dismissive, and left us feeling unwelcome. To be clear--the problem was not that the shop has limits on what it will alter. That is understandable. The problem was how it was handled. A professional response could have been as simple as, "I'm sorry, we only take bridal gowns, but you might try this other tailor." Instead, there was no kindness, no helpfulness, and no effort to provide good service. While older reviews may praise the quality of the work, our experience suggests customer service is lacking. If you are considering this shop for an important dress, especially something sentimental like a wedding gown or prom dress, think carefully before booking. Professionalism and respect are just as important as skill, and unfortunately, that was not what we experienced here.

Worst experience ever!! I asked for expedited service for a special event. When I was told the person speaking was the manager. I expressed how disappointed we were with the dry cleaning and noted the disservice we received. The young lady on the phone said I should have brought the suit inside like a normal person. I then said this conversation is going nowhere and ended the call. However, later I received a text message from a personal number (see attached) Identifying themselves as the owner. I got called names , never got an apology.. Typically I use TCC cleaners, but only went to Laba because they agreed to have the ability to clean it and have ready in a couple of days turn around. This explains why TCC dry cleaners decline and said it was not enough time because they actually out source the clothes to ensure good quality. This is by far the worst experience ever!! Please don't go there save your money, time, and integrity
