Worst experience ever!! I asked for expedited service for a special event. When my husband and I…read morepicked up the dry cleaning , we were shocked to see the wrinkles in the suit We were pressed for time so immediately we called back to peak with a manager. When I was told the person speaking was the manager. I expressed how disappointed we were with the dry cleaning and noted the disservice we received. The young lady on the phone said I should have brought the suit inside like a normal person. I then said this conversation is going nowhere and ended the call. However, later I received a text message from a personal number (see attached) Identifying themselves as the owner. I got called names , never got an apology.. Typically I use TCC cleaners, but only went to Laba because they agreed to have the ability to clean it and have ready in a couple of days turn around. This explains why TCC dry cleaners decline and said it was not enough time because they actually out source the clothes to ensure good quality. This is by far the worst experience ever!! I love their dryers as well it's 25 cents for 7 minutes. There are tables to fold your clothes on as well as carts to use to unload the machines. Considering that the price is negligible, I never checked my bank when I went there. Today I learned that they count on that and it's my intention to stop it through whatever channels are necessary. These people stole from me and they should pay just like any other thief. Let's use today for an example. Today, I went and washed and dryed my clothes. The machines told me it would cost $7.00 for the wash and $2.00 for the dry. I went to my banks app and found out it was actually $12.00 for the wash and $4.00 for the dry. That's a small but proportionally large example of them stealing from me. There were no signs saying it would cost more or that there would be any fee and there was no separated fee. Just charges to my bank account that.m were higher than what I was I told which is, by definition, stealing or "fraud" which is how I will write it in my report. The point is, don't go to spin city if you don't want them to steal from you because they will. If you don't believe me, go there, use your card and then look at your account. If enough people did that and realized they were getting ripped off, we could solve this problem as a community. I'm all about supporting small businesses but I'm also all about exposing thieves who steal from me. If I'm effective, this review will be outdated. If I'm not, you're being ripped off by Spin City laundromat. Maybe they are using some loophole I'm not aware of but if I can prove fraud, this will stop.

But as I walked in an associate stood up and asked me if I needed help.. so many machines, so many different sizes to choose from Honestly it's been 40 years since I had to figure this out... my home washer was on the outs and I needed to get the laundry done... so off I went. And yes I'll be back, I have three comforters and quilts that need a larger machine... I only have a smaller size washer.
