I have never been the type of person to lash out at someone for a mistake and I didn't. But then I was offered the really crappy deal of picking out a pair of their horrible looking frames for $50 or pick out the more expensive frames and I would have to pay the difference. Long story short; if they break your frames on purpose or accident they will screw you by either telling you to buy one of their frames or take the refund of $30 for the lens. I decided to take the $30 refund and I'll never be going back to those thieves.

The entire process (intake, exam, frame selection, checkout AND the frames prepared on the spot!) took a little over an hour. The staff was super attentive, even with a full house, and made sure we got an amazing price with BOGO (frames and lenses) and an extra discount..which helps when paying out of pocket. 10/10 recommend, great price point, wonderful service, minimal time investment and a wonderful assortment of frames.

I happened to come here out of convince. Dr. Pham was really nice. However, she wasn't very mindful of timing. I've let her know I had a hard stop at 12, because I needed to leave to get to work on time. I've let her know my hard stop was at 12. She wanted to do a bunch of tests on me, which took a lot longer than what I scheduled for. At 12:05pm, we finished our first round of tests, and she wanted to do more. I said no, I had a hard stop. It was already 12:05pm. She seemed kind of pushy about me taking the second around of tests, not matter at what costs. The more you tests, the more you bill I guess. So I called into Walmart to stock up on contacts, and apparently they don't take orders over the phone. Also they don't provide one an extra pair of contacts to hold you over, till you receive them. I had to call over to Dr. Pham's office to see if they can get a spare. It's $25 for the spare. AND they don't even have my exact prescription. She' definitely nickel & dime her clients. I'm definitely over it to be honest, and will be switching providers ASAP. I'm just disappointed that the customer service isn't great to be honest.

I made an appt and they promptly brought me in at 3pm. Dr. Winter is such a nice lady. She took care of me and seems very patient. The optician at the front helped me choose my frames. Now, I know that this office DOES have limited frames and there aren't a lot to choose from. I ended up choosing one, but still is not very satisfied with it. I just needed to see again. I also ordered contacts from here. My glasses + contacts + exams ended up being a total whopping of $240~. I thought it was very nice that they had a comparison chart with their pricing + VSP insurance plan pricing. They broke down each of the components from exams to minor details such as polycarbonate glasses, blah blah. I would recommend this place, but if you are picky about your frames then I would look elsewhere.
