I think the washers are a little on the pricier side, but still close to standard for larger size. You access everything with a card ($1) loaded by credit card or cash, which is nice except the card dispenser was broken when I was there and it was my first time here. Thankfully a nice guy was finishing up his laundry and passed on his card to me, which had $8 remaining and he refused to accept my quarters in return! The dryers are the style where you pay $0.25/6 minutes, which can be frustrating to guess how many cycles you'll need. They have the rolling carts to bring your laundry around and, even better, a few parking spots right out front for you to get up close!

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.

He helped me buy a card to use on the machine and showed me how to put my already wet and apparently soap-soaked load in. Then, a few minutes after I had added too much additional soap, i walked outside to make a phone call. Josh noticed the error i had mad and he removed the excess liquid soap using a turkey baster. This corrected the problem and avoided a real mess. The laundromat is bright, clean, modern and obviously well run Talking to Josh, I learned that customers come from all parts of the county. I CAN SEE WHY.

Which appear to be working. There's free wifi as well. It's a small space and a bit cramped but still manages to fit in 6 double-load washers ($2.50/load with 2 out of order), 10 regular washers ($1.75/load with 4 out of order), 2 giant washers ($4.50/load) and 18 driers ($0.25/8min with 3 out of order). There was only me and another person at the time so it was ok but if it was a busier time, the small space might be an issue. A few people came in while I was in here but they just put in their laundry and left. There's only one laundry cart so bring a basket or something to help you move your wet clothes to the drier. $0.75 packets of tide, Clorox or bounty are available in a vending machine as well as $1 soda cans and an assortment of $0.75 snacks. There are 2 change machines as well. I used the soda machine and the bounty machine with no problems. I did one load of laundry in a regular washer and there weren't any problems -- 32 min cycle for a warm wash. Another person used one of the double washers and it made a lot of noise and shook quite a bit while washing. The drier I used seemed to work fine. It took 23 min for my load to dry -- at 15 min I took out my shirts and towels that were dry and then let the jeans and dresses that were still damp go for another 8 min on their own. Window says that the laundromat is open daily from 7am to 10pm. I'd go here again. The price isn't bad ($1.75 wash + $0.75 dry = $2.50 total per load) and there are shops in the area to explore in the meantime.

The attendant who works here is super friendly and keeps the place extremely clean. There is a vending machine with different packets of laundry soap and fabric softener, as well as a machine that changes $1, $5, and $10 bills into quarters.
