This isn't my first experience with a laundry service. In fact, I've had several companies do my laundry in the past before moving to Columbus. As far as the laundry that was not ruined, sure it was fine. A sock missing here and there. A text pretending my laundry wasn't placed outside for pickup when it was. No major complaints but then again I'm not that picky. Then a dress was returned that was completely ruined. Both the laundry care provider and the business owner denied knowledge of specific instructions for the article of clothing (stated clearly in text message (laundry provider has read receipts on texts) as special instructions have been communicated previously with no problem). But, as a consolation prize, I was offered a very meager amount compared with the cost of the dress or even the policy they have on ruined clothing on their website. After some back and forth about how upset I was and clearing up confusion over when this incident took place, no more communication was made on their part. In fact, I was ignored the first time I emailed about the dress until threatening to write a negative review about my experience. Stay away unless you don't mind when companies you pay absurd amounts of money to do your laundry have no accountability. read more
