I have used the wash and fold service here for many years. I watched the prices repeatedly go up and up and all the added service charges stack up one after the other. Seems like every time I come there it's a new charge for something just to bleed your customers but recently when I dropped my laundry off to be cleaned, ten pairs of my boxer briefs were taken. Boxers of all things! I work hard to be able to wear higher end boxers and pay for wash and fold service just for my underwear to be stolen. I know they were stolen because the thief was very specific about the ones that were taken. All of my newer pair are gone and the older ones came back to me. Disgusting. Of course no one knows what happened to my things but I do. Beware of this wash and fold if you wear Ethika, PSD or even Fenty underwear. I have been coming to this place often but every time I come by the staff is always friendly n helpful...it is funny how some people bithmch about everything .. don't be an entitled person..this laundry mat is clean n I have no issues ..if you have to pay pay..besides you get help from the government for everything else.stop crying and pay the dryer fee read more

I have been using LaundroMax since I moved to West Haven over two years ago. When I moved to this town, I immediately searched around for a clean laundromat near my home (West Shore side of town). Unfortunately, several were not maintained well. I also prefer to wash clothes very early in the morning. Due to my early time of washing, I had the pleasure of meeting Claire, who at that time was working the overnight shift. The facility was immaculate! Floors swept & mopped, table tops wiped clean and the carts were organized in each row. I am now washing a bit later in the morning and still find the facility clean and organized. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE. COMPLETE RIP OFF!! they've increased the prices on all their machines, advertise free drying all over establishment and charge for drying. The Place is filthy, attendant outside smoking. No one cleaning, garbage cans are overflowing and the floors are wet and filthy. With dirty towels everywhere that I almost slipped and fell on. When I asked for help I was ignored and attendant shrugged his shoulders. No management on duty. No customer service number. No one to address what is happening in this establishment. They don't offer refunds. They charge for every single service for bare minimum. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NET EVEN ENTER THE DOOR. I spent over $70 today and 1000's of dollars more throughout the several years I've frequented this establishment solely because it is close to my home and this is how they treat their customers. I will not ever step foot in this dump again, they will never see another red cent from me. I'd much prefer to go out of my way to drive 20 -30 minutes to go to a laundromat that actually cares about their customers and maintains there establishment. read more

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!! Beware this place is a SCAM!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!! Reasons why this place is a scam: 1. It used to be free drying and they advertising free drying but now they charge 2. The jumbo washes were $9.99 last year now they are a whopping almost $16, basically $16 if you want hot water , because each water type is a different price but no one tells you that. As I am writing this review doing my laundry here, they are probably hiking the price as we speak. 2. They charge their laundry cards every few months to "new technology" on purpose and you will lose money on your "old" cards which look exactly the same as the new cards. I once lost $30 on a card. They can't do anything in store to help you. You have to deal with corporate. 3. Their cards are often disfunctional and stop working, AGAIN you may lose money. 3. They only accept cash dollars or card to load the laundry card. Sometimes the card machine part is broken and Apple Pay is broken, so they conveniently have an ATM there to charge you $5 a pop in service fees. 4. It's crowded there have been reports of theft here, so beware. Don't leave your finished stuff unattended. 5. In the off chance you go here against my better judgement, sometimes the washers hot water and warm water aren't working. CHECK THE TEMP OF YOUR water in the washer always, because THEYLL CHARGE YOU. 6. Unloading your clothes and accidentally drop something on the floor? Good luck, it's often dirty and wet and you won't want to use that previously clean towel anymore. The staff maintains this place as a pig pen. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!! read more

If you want your laundry done right avoid this place At all costs. They have stolen my hamper. And stained all my whites by washing them with red sheets that I asked be done separately. All my socks were missing. They combined everything of my boyfriends and mine into one bag. 40 lbs in one bag. what looked like a small child scrubbing the floor this weekend was the new manager. she had a lot of energy but that place needs it and she was tryin to help in anyway. I like the way this group works together everybody looked happy. been goin there years but never saw anyone scrubbing floor while making jokes. energy is lit for sure. read more

they are always changing the prices and it's very annoying. The card machine doesn't work properly. I recently put $20 on my card, it took it and load it up to then said I didn't buy the card from there. The employees there are no help AT ALL, they refused to give me a new card with $20 on it or my money back. the manager is NEVER THERE AND NO ONE KNOWS WHEN SHE IS COMING. I've been told she will be in on 2 different days and she has not been there. They Don't even know their corp number and don't care about their customers satisfaction. After my washing machine broke, I went to Laundromat. The manager was not wearing a mask and refused to put one on. Her assistant had his mask off his mouth and nose and when he started talking to me to answer a question, I asked him to pull his mask up onto his face. He refused and said why do I have to wear a mask if you have one on. I reported this through the state's Dept of Public Health online complaint form. read more

It has changed and got worse but even worse you get no customer service even for them to rectify their problem forget the fact the bathroom is always dirty it's crusty all the time and pet hair and all hair all over the place I got robbed like twice there trying to get a hold of that manager is just like it's my job like I get paid to do it and what bothers me is all the calls I get ignored I started to feel and I believe that they blocked my number which is ridiculous as much money as I put in that laundromat that little lady never pays you any attention she's always the way she talks to you is ridiculous makes me feel very uncomfortable and whoever she's hiring they could have at least responded wants to make me feel like I was a customer so unfortunately because of them I have to find a whole new location because I'm tired of thinking they're just having a bad day it's been a lot not a bad days and they never respond on the phone email Google or anything else and that's awful so I hope for the amount of clothes that was stolen out of there I hope it was worth it read more
