I dropped off my laundry at the 1st Ave location and Angie was really sweet and told me that I could get my laundry delivered the next day instead of driving back. Dave was super accommodating and helped get my account set up so I could get my clothes delivered. He is pretty consistent with saying when he has dropped off your clothes and is readily available by text. Prices for pick up and delivery are reasonable but it's a bit of a crap shoot if your clothes get damaged: one of my shirts were not washed separately so it stained but I was able to remove it. I sent a picture to him but it wasn't really acknowledged, which was disappointing. The second time I used them, I made explicit instructions to wash some clothes separately, including my lab coat. I had a yelp coupon and he was able to comp it via the app, which was nice, but my lab coat came back dingy. FWIW the clothes smelled clean but based on my experience I am not sure I would use them again.

I also prefer to wash clothes very early in the morning. Due to my early time of washing, I had the pleasure of meeting Claire, who at that time was working the overnight shift. The facility was immaculate! Floors swept & mopped, table tops wiped clean and the carts were organized in each row. I am now washing a bit later in the morning and still find the facility clean and organized. Seems like every time I come there it's a new charge for something just to bleed your customers but recently when I dropped my laundry off to be cleaned, ten pairs of my boxer briefs were taken. Boxers of all things! I work hard to be able to wear higher end boxers and pay for wash and fold service just for my underwear to be stolen. I know they were stolen because the thief was very specific about the ones that were taken. All of my newer pair are gone and the older ones came back to me. Disgusting. Of course no one knows what happened to my things but I do. Beware of this wash and fold if you wear Ethika, PSD or even Fenty underwear. Someone there wants to steal them and wear them after you.

It looks like it is set up well to use the machines and they have those wire baskets on wheeled so you can move your laundry from the washer to the dryer. Wash dry fold is now $1.45 a pound (as of July 1, 2024). The people do wonderful job and are very responsive and easy to work with.

Then...you can finally use the washers. Then... when you get to the dryers, you use the card again. The first laundry machine took my money off the card but failed to turn on. The attendant fixed it. But then the beverage machine ate more of my money. I was so frustrated at that point, I didn't even ask for the money back. Now, I'm stuck with this stupid card with a $12 balance that I can only use... you got it... at this laundry mat. If this process wasn't so convoluted I might actually recommend this place.

On the night of March 10, 2023, I was ridiculed, harassed, and was subjected to having my private areas exposed to a group of men that were in the vacinity of the the bathroom, along with their young son. First I kindly asked to use the restroom and she stated if I was doing laundry? I said, no, however, she said that she never will turn down a female when it comes to using the restroom. Within five minutes, she swung the bathroom door open and stood there while I was trying to put on my sleeve as fast as I could while my bra was hanging out. My purse was on the floor and she saw an orange straw and claimed it was a syringe. However, when I showed her that it was just an orange straw from a drink, she told me to, "Get the Fuck out of my bathroom or I am calling the cops!" While this is going on, she is still standing there, while I am trying to untangle my sleeve (because I was wearing a one piece outfit). And yes and still stood there holding the bathroom door wide open where it couldn't be opened any wider because the wall barrier. I held my composure and asked if she can close the door and allow me to put on my clothes properly without an audience. She escorted me out and told me to turn the left corner so that the cameras can see my face. I did nothing wrong, so I simply was waving at the camera in order for management to remember who I was. She followed me all the way to the door. And said don't come back. And I walked out, said thank you and left. I have been going to your laundromat for three years now. I have seen many different workers by far this woman treated me like I was a drug addict. And I can not even count how many times she used the word "fuck" while I maintain my composure. I do not want to drag this into a court battle. I have never been treated this way. I have been coming to your laundromat for 3 years and by far she really made me feel like trash. And in fact, I am a college graduate, studying to get my masters. Above many violations of my rights- especially as a woman did not exist that night. I'm asking you to email me back as soon as possible with some kind of a solution. If nothing is done on your part to make this right, my lawyer will pay you a visit.
