This laundromat is super nice! Pricey but nice. It is cashless if you do not carry cash which is a plus. You can get a laundry card to pay or use the app. Depending on the washer size you get free dryer time. We used one 60lb washers to for two comforters total came out to be 20 bucks. We got two 35 minute 45 dryer spins. Which so total only spent 20 bucks which is nice. The dryers are super good we only used one for two comforters and the 35 minutes was enough to get the completely dry. Everything is clean staff is friendly. read more

Laundromax is such a great place to do laundry. Laundry is pretty cheap if you use large washing machine and get free drying.

This laundromax is my go-to laundromat. Its convienent and not to much busy lately. I had met the manager Rob and he such a nice and pleasant staff. He's helpful and considerate of what you need help with. Overrall has been clean. My concern is the trash outside that is completely full. Its really inconvenient especially if I need to throw away any trash of my own while I'm there. That is my least favorite of coming to this laundromax. read more

Only writing a review because Cristian, one of the workers at this laundromat, really left an impression on me. There were a lot of people having problems with the machine you load your card with and everyone was really displeased and In annoyed mood. Ive never seen someone be so patient and to be pleased to help everyone that were having issues. I, myself, would have lost patience. Huge laundromat, free dryers which is a plus. They have different size washers that range from four dollars to about 12 dollars. Washers are quick. You have to purchase a laundry card which is $3 (which isnt bad since the dryers are free i guess) only seen one employee working. Theres over 100 washers. Customers that go there are rude, dont say excuse me, bump into you and dont say anything etc. only about 40 dryers i believe and its usually packed in there-causing you to wait until someone is done with their dryer. Theres barely any seats to sit and wait for your laundry. Overall its clean and big. read more

I'm completely baffle by the horrible service I have received from this company and the audacity of them to ask me to settle for $75. I have yet spoken with 4 different people about my problem because no one seems to be able to face a problem and fix it from the beginning to the end. Cheap way to go about cleaning my clothes but there are some downsides. Because it's cheap and in a low-income area.. it's always packed. There's always children running around and the stench is pretty bad. The parking is plentiful and it's located next to an amazing Chinese Restaurant and also across from a shopping plaza that holds Staples, Marshalls, Stop and Shop among others. There are 2 massage chairs and an okay amount of seating for a midnight visit. Haven't been there when it's busy. Lots of washers though, you can buy detergent and dryer sheets there but I'd bring your own. 2 vending machines.. 1 for snacks 1 for drinks. read more

I might be able to see why so much negativity on here but overall I had pretty good experience here. Dryer went down last week, dirty clothes were really piling up with me, my girlfriend and put child. So we saw it was 24 hours and decided to go at about 11. There was more people then I thought, but there were plenty of washers available. We had no like 7-10 loads to do and ere able to use 2 commercial ones and get the all the laundry washed for about 18 bucks which I thought was very fair considering the dryers are free. Only bad part about the dryers being free is they were almost all in use because people were splitting their loads in multiple dryers to cut down on the time. Horrible. I dont know if it's under new management or something but it's gotten sooooooo bad. Over 30 dryers are broken and more than half of their big machines are out of order. Just save yourself the trip and go some where else. They're super cheap with water. The amount of water run during the rinse cycle is ridiculous. You would have to wash it twice....pics attach are the whole back wall out of order smh... Reply- About $12 for the big machine! Have I known the pipe was broken which cause the little water washed I would've gone else where. If you knew your pipe was mess up which caused most customers to wash their clothes twice why weren't the price temporarily dropped to accommodate the customer? In the employee was informed about this issue they kind of just shrugged and said don't put too much soap? The laundromax on Mineral Spring has ruined a huge aspect of my life. Their 24/7 business opened up across the street from my home and I am woken up at 2 a.m., 11 p.m., 3 a.m. from their patrons BLASTING their music with the sub literally vibrating my walls. It's always different people, so it's not like one patron doing it, it happens literally multiple times a week. Saturday nights it feels like there's a club outside my house. I call to ask them to tell their patrons to turn their music down. Nothing happens. My child is woken up from the noise many nights as well. Big fights break out in the parking lot which have also woken up my child. People blast music while doing drugs in their car while they wait to switch laundry I guess? Honestly I don't know how a 24/7 laundromat is allowed to be so close to a residential neighborhood. Especially one that can't follow a noise ordinance of keeping things quiet after 8 p.m. It's noisy during the day too but I don't even care about that. It's just night time, I want to not have my walls vibrating from subwoofer at 2 a.m. It's steps from my home. I love my home but am seriously considering moving only because of this. read more

First and last time here . I read the reviews before coming , I knew about the $3 card you have to buy. They hide the $4 and some change washers in the middle . Thats the least expensive, when I came I couldn't find them so I gave up and used the $7.39 . When I took my clothes out the strap to one of my dresses ripped off , keep in mind I have been using the laundry mat off of squire road for a few months now , never had that happen . Also a pair of shorts came out looking extremely faded , so idk if the prior person used bleach and it's still in the washer . They have free dryers , great ! Except they are all crap . I've been here for the past hour drying and I'm still here . Socks are still wet . They only allow 20 min on the dryer so you have to stay here and babysit it , live and learn . Do yourself a favor and don't come here . On the upside they seem very clean and they are a large laundromat. Not worth having your clothes ruined though read more

I feel compelled to edit my review after having had much better experiences at my local Laundromax. Keep in my mind- you MUST arrive prior to 7am when the place starts to get busy. I find the best time is around 5am, prior to the mid day heat when the humidity can be suffocating, and before the place turns into a mad house. Also, you never have to fight for a basket, or folding table or get into a heated argument over taking someone else's laundry out after watching it sit motionless in a dryer for 30 minutes while your clothes drip all over the floor. (The owner of said clothes inevitably always arrives as you are unloading their dry clothes into a basket and thinks you're trying to steal their Dora the Explorer sheets.) In recent weeks, they have added an ATM machine and all the dryers have been working! YAY! And the attendants are busy cleaning the floors and shining the dryers leaving the place clean and gleaming before the 7am rush begins. I know, 5AM is early. But never fear, the Dunkin' Donuts is a 3 minute walk up a small hill in case you need some caffeine while your clothes wash. read more

I recently went back to Laundromax and ended up losing a few bucks because their card machine was broken and ate my $5. They told me that they aren't allowed to handle cash and could not provide me with anything else but a credit toward detergent and such. Additionally, they wouldn't give me a $5 credit and said the card itself costs $2 despite the previous response from the business owner which said this was refundable and makes the card itself free. Perhaps it's a miscommunication between the owner and employees, but it's a little annoying that I lost my money and wasn't given the full amount in credit even though I had no need for it, as I brought my own detergent and dryer sheets. read more

Never coming here again long story short they hire the worst employees I been coming here almost all my life and one day finally come across an issue washing machine kept running water but it wasn't filling the machine up told the lady that was working and all she could say was it's like that you have to wait so I wait another 10+ minutes for nothing then finally she calls the manager she came out and said what cycle your using I told her she said well that cycle takes long to fill up an I said well after 10+ minutes the clothes were still dry mind u I just finished my other two washing machines because yes that's how long it took for them to realize that it wasn't working then she finally decides to turn it off and put my clothes in a different machine which I though ok I don't have to pay right but the fact that I just dumped the rest of my detergent Tide to be exact in this big machine the biggest one they have just to point out and I asked her if they can replace the soap she looked at me made a smacking sound with her mouth and grunted like if it was gonna cost her an arm and a leg and this is coming from the so called manager that was their I just felt like she thought I did something wrong because I choose a wrong cycle their no indication on the machine what cycle was best so idk why she got upset then she comes and gives me this little scoop of powder to wash my clothes first of all for the amount of clothes that little scoop wouldn't even do anything but I felt like it was gonna kill her to give me another one so I didn't bother by far the worst customer service ever would not be coming back here lost a customer that's been going here for years over rude employees read more

I usually don't go to the laundrymat. But what I noticed was the woman behind the counter just walking around. The whole back wall was full of pink stickers saying belongs to laundromax. I asked if she would be folding the clothes because the whole wall was being used by her. She said she wasn't going to touch them. I asked for the number of the person incharge she said she was. Lol. You know she's not the owner one person can ruin a whole expierience. They should be more efficient with the way they do things. Was here for 2 hours. And those clothes did not move from there. Also.
