Like an idiot I left my Laundry (wash & fold) after closing, and I called the "Emergency" number.

This laundromat is perfect for you if you happen to 1) be deaf and 2) not care about the state of…read moreyour clothing. Otherwise, you'd be better off cleaning your clothes at a Sepultura concert using nothing but a bubble wand for cleaning and a flamethrower for drying. Super Laundr-A-Mat is insane. At any moment there are at least 500 screaming children running around this place, attempting to kill each other. There are 4 ever-changing, always broken arcade games, as well as a jukebox which is constantly playing tejano music at volume that would normally be reserved for sonic weapons. The two TVs are always on soccer, wrestling or a variety show on Univision featuring a politician drop-kicking a pregnant woman. The whole place is a sensory overload. As for the actual laundering, the washing machines work quite well, and run the gamut from small one load machines to the Ultra GigantoTron, which costs thirty dollars, but will wash enough clothes to fill an entire warehouse. It is generally not that difficult to find an open washer to hold your clothes. The prices on the washers are a little higher than average laundromats, but that is because the drying is free. Now, as for that free drying, that assumes you can find an open dryer. The problem here is that there are more washers than dryers, and because there are so many ginormous washers, most people who only needed one washer need three dryers. So people stand along the wall of dryers, piles of wet clothes in their carts, waiting for one to finish, so that the instant a dryer empties they can pounce. Once you do get a dryer, you had better be careful with it. On the highest setting, those dryers could turn a steak into beef jerky faster than a Ronco food dehydrator. The only safe way to use them is on the lower settings. But if the timer runs out and you don't get the clothes out immediately, the owner of the laundromat will come along and, ever so helpfully, restart it, on high. You will then know your clothes are done by the smoke pouring out of your dryer. Finally, there is a decent chance that at some point, the owner of the laundromat will come up to you and start talking to/yelling at you in rapid-fire Spanish. This has happened more than once, and I do not speak Spanish. Whenever it has happened, she has ended up walking away without my ever figuring out what the problem was. I have never been able to even come up with a serviceable theory as to why she was yelling at me. So yeah, avoid this laundromat at all costs. If that means wearing dirty clothes until you can find a decent river to wash them in, you will be better off for it.

The post from 2010 is still accurate. And here's my experience: "Decent size lots of washers. Free…read moredryers..... Should be a good place but too many people wasting dryers because why not they're free. One piece of clothing here another there bit of exaggeration but you get the point) been there twice and same thing both times and the worst part, both times there was bleach left in the machine I used. Different machines both times but somehow I've got awful bleach stains on my black clothes. Saving money on the dryers does not help when you have to replace your clothes. There's lots of laundry mats in the area I recommend walking to a different one."
