Clean and very organized! I was able to get everything done at once and the machines seem like top of the line.

Always has multiple washers " out of order", the larger washers don't spin properly the clothes are always dripping wet and take double the time to dry and the dryers don't seem to be on high, probably set to low so ppl have to keep pumping quarters in. Took my load of clothes out of a washer many times to find lots of animal hair covering everything and I don't have a pet, I find lots of human hair as well it seems the washers don't rinse or clean properly. The prices are the highest around and the place isnt well maintained. read more

I use the wash dry fold. It's great. Been doing it for 4+ years since I don't have a washer or dryer hookups in my apartment, never had an issue. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and my socks are matched correctly 98% of the time. Btw, the people who left 1-star reviews on here over the most nitpick items are ridiculous... "I'm going to write a negative review and not use proper grammar and make typos when I do so.. 1-star!" "None of my clothes were worthy of being stolen for a year, but as I soon as I bought a brand new shirt they stole it.. 1-star!!" "The prices have gone up over five years for some reason.. 1-star!!" "OMG, it was soooOOOoo busy.. 1-star!!" "I couldn't figure out how to get change for dollar inside a laundromat.. 1-star!!" ...yea those types of people, just ignore them. 30 minutes on high and my small load of laundry is still soaking wet. Not only are they scamming the dryers, but there's zero AC so it's a blistering sauna in here--there's literal condensation on the windows. Go elsewhere to get your money's worth. read more

I had been going to this laundromat exclusively for about a year now until recently. I dropped my clothes off for the wash and fold service as usual, but when I picked up my clothes, I noticed a brand new shirt I had dropped off was missing. When I talked to the owner, she simply absolved herself of all responsibility. She said that there was no way her staff lost it and I must've not included it. As a result, she offered no resolution. I will obviously not be returning and recommend patrons look elsewhere for a wash and fold service. read more

My washer at home needs repair so I looked around for Laundromats in the area. The Super Soapbox had great reviews so I gave it a try today (Sunday afternoon). Wow, what a great place! It's clean and well organized inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have boxes of detergent and softener for sale if you need some. The machines take quarters and there are two coin dispensers available that take all bills. There's also a small snack machine or you can walk to the Dunkin Donuts a few doors down in the same plaza. There are plenty of commercial grade washers and dryers of different sizes to accommodate small to super sized loads. I used one triple load ($6) and one double load ($5) washer to wash sheets. The machines can do several wash cycles, from hot double washes to delicate cycles. Cycle time for a hot double wash was about 30 minutes. I have more large loads to do and will be back to the Super Soapbox. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

The staff here was nice enough when I've come in, but the laundromat was absolutely packed both times I went. The one time that I used their wash-n-fold service, several of my items came back stained and I never received an apology or response when I called to tell them about the issue. I have not returned there since even to do my own laundry because I don't think that a place like that deserves repeat business. read more

I Love the Super Soapbox. It is conveniently located right of Montvale Ave, and next to a nail place, dunkin donuts, and japanese restaurant. Plenty of things to keep you busy. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how CLEAN everything is. There is NO laundry lint or dust, anywhere. The lights are nice and bright. Gabby, the woman who works there full time, is fantastic, really sweet, always very customer centric, and folds perfectly. I bring all of my linens from my massage therapy business to them, and they fold everything perfectly, and have it done the next day, no problems. The other thing I like is they will keep your laundry detergent there and use i for your stuff. I use an all natural detergent that I make myself, and they have no problem using it and storing it. I can not believe how ridiculously expensive this place is. If I were not in a pinch needing clean clothes, I would have driven anywhere else. The triple washers are $6 each- typically I pay about $4.50 for these. The dryers are $.50 for 8 minutes- twice the price I have paid anywhere else. While I admit the place appears clean, it wasn't worth the prices. I would expect prices like this from a more modern laundromat. Then again, I have gone to several more modern places with prices much lower. Extortion at its best. read more

This place is wonderful in every way. Starting with the owner Elizabeth, very nice lady. The other things that makes this place great: the hours, several working machines, place is always clean. I have been here many many times, and like me, I see repeat customers, that says a lot for the company. Everyone I interacted with there was very nice, and my clothes all came out clean and neatly packaged, which I appreciated. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I found about a dozen bleach drops on my husband's new $80 gray khakis. They had only been worn a couple times and never washed before. I just used the wash-dry-fold services. What a treat! First of all the woman was super nice. Second of all, it was a very reasonable price for about three weeks worth of my laundry. Third, everything was clean and she managed to get way more cat hair out of my clothes than I ever do. Just one old crappy pair of fleece pants that everything sticks to came out with cat hair on it. Everything else was pretty bare. Fourth, everything was folded so nice! Fifth, it was ready on time, actually early! My laundry smelled fresh, but not heavily perfumed which is really important to me. It was all nicely packaged in bags that I could easily carry to my car. I had so much fun putting my laundry away. I might treat myself to this service again! They don't accept credit cards, but they weigh and price your laundry when you drop it off so you know how much cash to bring when you pick it up. They don't have dry cleaning, but there is a place next door which seems convenient, though I haven't picked my clothes up from there yet. read more

I've been coming to the Super Soapbox for years! This is the only clean laundromat i've seen. The owner and workers are awesome and they will help you with anything. Everyone that works there is a warm spirit. The washer machines are great and so are the dryers! Best place to do laundry hands down.
