BEWARE of angry old man running the place. But if you like being insulted, then this is the place for you!!! Oh, and if you need to run a large load it's $8.50 - in QUARTERS. read more

Great, happy clean place washers work really well and the stuff is practically dry when it comes out of the washer and the dryer's work really quick too. Had a few minor issues with quarters and the owner was there to fix the washer. A great place to bring your stuff when your washer is on the fritz or you are otherwise in need :-) read more

The floors and machines were clean. The pricing was not bad. They have $1.50 Tuesdays which helps a lot. There is a nice sized counter on which to fold your clothes. In the big washer it took 23 minutes to wash our clothes and the big dryer had them dry in 32 minutes. So, less than an hour for what was almost 3 loads of laundry. The washer was $8.50 and dryer was $4.75. Saving us time on our vacay was well worth the extra expense. read more

This place has been here for years I've only used the machines here maybe three times counting today.. the last time i was here I i was somewhat satisfied with the service. The place looked almost the same of a " late 70's Napoleon Dynamite" look, except they now have two TVs, one for sponsoring ads and the second for customer entertainment.. some POP on the walls, still the same as few years back. Today I wanted to go to my fave laundry place over in the 760 area, but i was running errands and i was running out a f time so i decided to here it was just convince more than satisfaction, and here is why Im never ever coming back to this place again: 1) its a coin laundry service and I have never been a fan of wasting time take like 5 minutes to start up a cycle so trying to get 19 coins in as well as spending half the time pushing the button like 100x to get the coins out from being stuck. 2) there is no ATM except the bank across the lot, BUT i dont bank with them so i get charged an extra fee on top of the withdrawal from this bank. 3) they charged extra for using the heavy duty HOT cycle really???as if the price isn't high enough?. 4) my forecast was to spend like $30 but not more than 35$... i end up spending a total of $50.75$, I used 4 of the 4loader washers 1 of them i paid extra for the hot water then i used the big ones which was 8.50 then 7 for the dryers which is .75 cent for 12 COLD MAYBE warm minutes i had to go buy something to get money out im think $10 ill just need 5 more dollars to finish up..... one of the dryers had my cover and a fitted sheet and put in a total of 19 minutes meanwhile im checking on my other clothes which I also had put 19 minutes as im pulling them out SOME ARE WET SONE ARE DRY SOME ARE dampened so i still have 5$ left ok ill get coins out NP,,,,, at this point i started to fold whatever isn't damp look at the dryers with the damp clothes that i put back and my cover dryer has stopped... ok cool I open it to get it out and AAAAAALLLLLLLLLL are still wet NOT DAMPENED but WET so i put in my last dollar which gave me 15 minutes go back when its finishes and they seem like they have dried up when i pulled it out one side was BURNT like crispy and the sheet is wet how does that happen one got burnt and the other still wet ??????????? Also the pants that went back because they were dampened.. were STILL wet I KID U NOT. And i couldn't tell anyone because there is no attendant on site I was furious spent good money, time, and torched a perfectly good blanket!!! I definitely will not come here ever I mean there is no complaint box or information or attendant on site. I rather drive longer to get the service I want and where theres an actual attendant cleaning walking around making sure everything is working perfectly.. laundries don't run themselves sure u don't need to attend every customer pay would be crazy but the owner should have a person to check up on the site every so often I rate this place 1 only because the coin dispenser was working and because they don't have a restroom for customer use or a working sink for those like me that was their hands. read more

I've gone three times to use the facility due to delays in receiving my washer and dryer and this place is always clean and there's an employee wiping machines and flooring. Everything works . No mask mandate some patrons are not wearing masks FYI read more

Mold galore. Rust and unmaintenance its the motto. Been here a few times, but never again. My uniform kept getting stains. I thought it was the silk material until I tried a new place, no more stains. My last visit, I need it water from the s sink.... it never had work. I needed a RR... there's none. I took a pic. Of the inside. They have never clean those machines. There is mold in the front loader gaskets. And rust, hair, lint, gunk in the top loader outer and inner rims read more

Launderland - Mold. Stay away from this dirty place - Laundry Services Near Me - Poway, California

This is a great laundry mat. Lots of stores nearby to walk to while you wait. The owner keeps the place clean and machines working.

how do you report a lost item? do you have a lost and found? great facility just couldn't find an item that I'm sure I left there.

A laundromat that's clean, inviting, and all the machines actually work. Definitely not what I'm used to living up the Ramona. Fortunately I came down the hill into Poway to do some shopping today and decided to check this laundromat out. Good job to the owner of this establishment. I'll definitely be a coming here to do my laundry instead of at home up in Ramona. read more

Very good place!! Clean, machines all work, and there is somebody hear to help you when you need it!! Hard to believe! Lots of washers and dryers! Who ever hones this place takes pride in it!! Thanks read more

I would have given it a four I'm a fan , if it wasn't for the xlge washers taking your first quarter, and if you change the setting it will take another quarter and if you pause too long between feeding it, it will take another quarter. So actually it's $8.50 per load or more if you're too slow. Make sure you have exact change and jam those quarters down!. I didn't notice a contact number for refunds... The place was clean enough, no restroom but there's a Coffee Bean & Big Lots next door. My dog beds came out really clean and body pillows smell so fresh now. They do have free wi fi and a nice TV. But really you should just charge the extra quarter instead of making people feel jipped. Karma's not worth it. read more

Went to Poway Launderland to clean camping sleeping bags. Unfortunately the coin machine did not accept a perfectly new $10 bill. After trying unsuccessfully for several minutes, I spent 10 minutes getting $5 dollar bills, which ended up working. This location does not have a customer service phone number or email. When an employee stopped by at the end of the day to retrieve coins, I checked with him regarding the broken machine and recommended listing a method of contact. The response, unfortunately was "they do not list a number, and if you don't like it here go somewhere else". I recommend choosing another laundromat with working machines and a way to contact the company for notifications regarding broken machinery. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

Their top load washers are old and no doubt break down from time to time. I went there for the first time and saw a hand written note taped near the coin dispenser. "There is no hot water, repairs are being made..." No time was given when they expected to have hot water again and no mention of when that sign was put up. There ARE 24 hour plumbers, jeesh! Loads of quarters needed. I ended up driving up north to a Grande Laundry location, which have state of the art facilities using credit type cards you pre-buy. read more

Have been go'n here off & on for yrs. It's always clean & the machines r generally in very good condition. Prices have gone up tho. $2 for a top loader, $4.25 for a medium washer, 4 $4.75 for large, $6.25 for a super wash, & .75 cents 2 dry (12 minutes only. Each additional .25 cents buy only 3 minutes more). read more

Very different group of people in this laundromat. No one works here, and there's no phone number to call if you run into issues. The XL machine is $8.50/load and that's if you put all the quarters in at once and don't change the cycle. The medium-large machines are $4.75 and ate all my $4.75 in quarters because I didn't press start quick enough. Do not go here!!! Seriously terrible read more

If you going to use this location please make sure that you have extra cash because half of the machines just take your coins without any warning that it's not working , there is NO information about owner or customer service number , right after review on Yelp I am reporting this so called local business To the BBB. I have left my phone number and note to the owner on the several occasions but never nobody called me back . I Call it FRAUD read more

Would give it no stars if I could! It's 7:15 and I have stuff to do! The lights are but the doors are locked!!!!

From out of town and needed to wash clothes. I came during the day it wasn't busy. The manager was there very friendly and helpful. I accidentally bought Downey instead of dryer sheets. He gave me my money back and free dryer sheets (other customers had left behind) :) this place was very clean I was able to wash, dry and get a bite to eat a couple doors down =) read more

Where is experience at the laundromat ever. He came here to wash my blanket, put it in a 6X load machine, paid $8.75 press start came back didn't even work so I put it in another 6X load machine paid another $8.75 and left and came back and only half of my blanket was wet. No phone number or any clue on how to contact somebody. This place sucks read more

In a pinch, this place works. I visited early on Sunday morning. The place was visually tidy but I didn't want to look too closely for fear of what I might uncover and I was simply on a mission to get the job done. My only real criticism is there was no functioning sink to rinse the soap out of the measuring cup or wash my hands. Nor were there any paper towels, basic stuff you would expect at a laundromat. Cost was comparable, no surprises there. If the need presents itself again, I would return but I will bring along some hand wipes. read more

Came here to wash a comforter that doesn't fit in my machine at home. Didn't fit into a double loader, so I needed a triple loader that costs $4.75 to run. I had a $5 bill so that should be enough, right? Except that the machine ate two of my quarters that I got from the in house change machine leaving me out $5 and still needing a quarter to run my comforter. There are no attendants that I can see to help with this and now I'm waiting for my wife to come back from Target to bring me a damn quarter. This is unacceptable. read more

It's your basic laundromat. Nothing fancy. It is clean and well-lit. I had to get quarters and used the change machine on $5 bill. Worked fine. I was doing one load of laundry and used the single-loader for $2.00 and used the dryer which is $0.75 to start and then you can put additional quarters for more time. It took less than an hour to wash and dry. read more

Hi, I used laundryland today to wash comforters and pillows.. washing was good then dryer work fine for first set however when I inserted coins to increase time I took my coins but no action. Unfortunately there is no help or instruction to get back your coins. I lost 5 coins of quarter today which is sad. read more

Launderland - Laundry Services Near Me - Poway, California

Idk what people are expecting.. It's a laundromat! I like this place. Change machine works, washers and driers work, there a lot of machines, and it's in a location with many things to do like grab a coffee at CBTL or Starbucks, go to big lots, north park produce, get a donut at Winchells, etc. For the month of August a wash is only $1.00!! The drier takes 3 quarters to start, I usually add 1 or 2 more to get my clothes fully dry. So for $2 I can do a whole load of laundry!! What's not to like!? There are NO bathrooms though... But you can just go in Starbucks! read more

This is the first laundromat that has all working washers, kept neat and set up with washers and dryers right across from each other. Best place to do your laundry near Poway read more

IMHO, this place is very nice, especially compared to all the other ones that are near here. Below are my observations: 1. Most washers/dryers are stainless steel and they work very well. Yes, there were a few that were not operational, but things like that happen. 2. All size loaders are available. 3. Has WIFI, TV, Soda machine, and restaurants/stores next to here. 4. Owner is very nice and helpful. He was maintaining and cleaning the entire time he was here. Came in every other hour. He also took the time to talk story with people. Very friendly! If you need to use the laundromat, this is your place! read more

Eh. Thankfully, I only need to come here once or twice a year when I have a special load to launder. The place has plenty of machines, but is not well maintained in terms of appearance. The machines only accept quarters and are not debit/credit friendly. One positive is the location--it's in the middle of a strip mall with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. read more

The owner D. is amazing awesome, always keeps place clean, puts specials up all the time & more important supports Adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities by allowing their candy machine in his business! Thank You, D. read more

Typical laundromat. But it sucks when the washer (#29) eats up $5+ worth of quarters and doesn't even work and is stuck stating you need to put in one more quarter after you've put in an 4-5 extra (I didn't keep track). You can't contact the owner or receive any type of customer service because there is no number listed. It's ridiculous. read more

My experience at Launderland today was the first. Needed to wash a very large comforter. The manager was so very helpful. He helped me with the washer size, soap, and dryers. I don't have the need to visit a laundromat often but I will definitely return to launerland as it is so clean and reasonable pricing. Actually the manager was my high point . felt very comfortable with the help he gave me as I had a very large and expensive comforter I was laundering. Sorry I didn't get your name Mr. Manager!!! Made my experience much nicer!!! read more

Everything is very good the service, very clean. The only thing is that fans are needed, it's very hot.

I can't believe people didn't rate this place high! It is so clean. The owner(?) literally gave me an orientation to the machines, which I needed cause I haven't been to a coin laundry in years. There is a tv, benches to sit and wait, clean folding tables, free wi-fy! Couldn't ask for more! read more

Very clean. Different sized machines. Pretty good pricing. There's also a change machine, so that's super convenient. It's in a good little plaza, has Starbucks, the coffee bean and tea leaf, big lots, a couple restaurants, & 7/11. read more

I've never checked in here, or reviewed this business, so I intend to start now. I know that if you choose to "update" a review, your most current review will stand. So, for this one, I'm going to give a low review, hoping to get the response I desire, and my issues resolved, so that I'm able to adequately review the business and my experience, and provide a better review. I went in today to do some laundry. At 6 pm, I put a load of clothes in a double washer that takes 13 quarters ($3.25). I filled the coin dish, watching the needed number of coins go down 1 by 1. When it got to 1 & I put the last quarter in, the display said "on," for about 2 seconds, then flashed back to "13" as if I'd never put money in. The machine didn't start. I was irritated... Thought for a minute... Okay, let's try this again. Pulled all my clothes out of the washer, and moved them one to the right. I was skeptical, because, hey! The first one didn't have an "out of order" sign on it. So I filled it & reluctantly went through the same motions. The SAME thing happened!! ($6.50 + a lot of inconvenience!) I was MAD! I got online trying to find a number for this place... I searched everywhere... There just isn't one. I searched the building for anything... A phone number for assistance, maintenance... Nothing. You would think a business owner would have some set up of being alerted that something is going on in their business that is making their customers unhappy. So, after trying to calm down, I realized... Endgame, I need my dang laundry washed! So I sucked it up, reveled in the old saying "3rd time's a charm," and moved the clothes over 1 more spot. It worked!! Laundry's done, at home, put away... And here I lay, wondering how in the heck I am supposed to be refunded what I lost... read more

Machines don't work well and when the owner was there, he was extremely racist towards my mother who needed help with the machines since she does not speak much English. read more

As far as laundromats go, this one was fairly clean. $2 per small load, $8.50 for xtra large loads, 75cents per dry.

So I've decided that it is time to find a new place to do laundry. As if having to use a laundromat isn't enough of a hassle this place is over priced but I usually go anyway since it's close. Not any more. There was a man won I assume worked there that was rather rude today. I have 2 small children so before pulling out my clothing and kids to do laundry I ALWAYS first get my change. That way if the machine won't take my cash I know ahead of time. This man told me that I needed to bring my clothing in before using the machine. I told him I was waiting and I was going to get change first. He then said that well the machine would still be they're when I came in with my clothing. Yeah.not happening. I'll go elsewhere. I literally come here a ton and spend waaay too much. I have 2 small children so you can only imagine how much laundry that adds up to be. I recommend going somewhere less expensive and with owners/employees that aren't rude. Which btw this is the forest time I've even seen them in there. I've lost $ to broken machines and soda machines before with no way to recoup that. read more
