I went here yesterday to clean a large comforter. Ample parking and the area feels safe. The style was a little nostalgic, but everything worked well. I chose the 6X washer, which was $9. I probably could have chosen a smaller washer, but I had presoaked the comforter so it was wet and heavy. To dry it was $1.25 per 16 minutes. There are change machines, but I didn't see any machines that take credit cards. A bonus is that there is outdoor seats and a coffee place and several restaurants in the same shopping center, such as North Park Produce and Joyee. I would go again. read more

Laundromat are not my favorite place to go because everyone and their cousin go there. The experience can be daunting. However the owners at this particular location take pride in keeping the place clean and the machines are wiped down each night. I like that. The prices are also a good value. I haven't been in a laundromat since I was a child. I had nostalgia and really enjoyed my time at the laundromat. The washing price is reasonable in this economy and I am happy with the amount of washers available. I had a large load of comforters with blankets and towels in the dryer and I did need to pay 3 x to have them be almost dry. I did realize that I am able to open up the door to remove items so I will do that from now on. Besides that, I recommend this laundromat service. This place was clean and prices reasonable for a laundromat - have many different sized washers, dryers at the moment are 1.25 for 16 minutes, then .25 for each additional 4 mins. There are machines for change and supplies (soap, bleach, softeners), laundry bags, and vending for sodas and drinks. Two TVs mounted up and operational. Main reason I like this laundromat - the machines are CLEAN, a worker was present cleaning one when I arrived, and was helpful explaining how the machines run to a newbie. Will be back. read more

as with other reviews, don't appreciate a business where there is NO CONTACT for customer service except trying to catch the owner when he might be around. What a terrible way to run a business. I put my money into a dryer(#23), and the last coin jammed. I pressed the clear coin button, and then nothing happened like I didn't just put all my money in. I had to move the whole load to another dryer rather than risk putting my money in again without anything in return. Not a lot of $, just the principal, and I wouldn't want others to have the same thing happen to them, but no one around to take care of the matter and nowhere to report it. Also, the sink faucet doesn't work, and there is no bathroom, so you can't wash your hands if needed. Other than that, a basic laundromat with a functioning coin machine if you don't come in ready with all the quarters you may need. Thank goodness CVS is nearby for laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you forgot to bring them, rather than the pricey items from the vending machine. read more

I went to wash my king sized comforter and the washing and drying were to my satisfaction. Super amazing that in 16-20 minutes, it was fully dry (I went ahead and started with 20 minutes but I wonder if it would have been done in 16). While I was there, I saw an employee wiping down machines that already looked clean, and when she saw me and my spouse looking at the wifi password on the wall, she proactively asked if we needed help. Located next to Joyee's Dumpling House which offers many delicious options. The only reason for not 5 stars is because it's not like it was offering miniature golf, a live DJ, standup comedy, boba tea, coffee, alcohol, food service or tables to spread out and work. Came here to wash some big ass comforters that would probably take the entire day to get done at home. This place is clean. It's organized. It feels safe and prices are reasonable. As all other laundry places, cash is king. Parking is easy. There's a TV to keep you entertained if you decide to stay too. I highly recommend dropping by here if you have some comforters or huge items to get cleaned. Remember to bring a laundry bag, detergent, fabric softener and a roll of quarters. If you forget any of the above mentioned, no worries they have it available for a price. Everything comes for a price lol. I love this laundromat! It is very clean. It smells nice, too. The parking is very convenient. There are a couple of coffee shops in the same area. There is a CVS and a Big Lots store nearby as well. I have done my laundry at this place twice, so far. Since this is not too far from my work, I would prefer to do my laundry here more than the laundromat closer to my home in Oceanside. Lots of available machines here. It's relatively clean and well kept. They have change machines so you can get quarters, and it makes change with bills up to $10. Convenient! I find this to be a safe place, in a good location. Pro tip: swing by the North Park Produce cafe for a snack while you wait! Or grab a bowl of delicious ramen next door at Tong Saké house! Or even a bowl of pho from the nearby pho place. There's actually several places in that complex that are tasty and great ways to kill some time while you are waiting for your loads. Plenty of parking. No issues there. I don't think anyone was working there, or if there was I didn't see / notice them. Which is fine. Not too many options in the area for laundromats... I love coming to this laundromat to do my laundry, it's clean, plenty of places to sit and wait, and plenty of counter space to fold all my laundry. There are several washer and dryer options, that helps make the time here very efficient, along with a price better than what I would be getting at my complex. While the owner may not be onsite, he is able to fix any issues with the washers in a timely manner and is extremely gracious for any time spent at the laundromat. Its been a while since I have used a self service coin laundry, and I have to say that I was thoroughly surprised in many positive ways. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Free WiFi is offered in two different speeds. Change machine for even large bills. Regular up to 6x capacity machines. Dryers are the largest I have ever seen and only cost $1. Also, carts to move your laundry from your car to the machines. Well-ventilated and even a tv to watch. Best day to come is Tuesdays when they lower the machines prices to only $1.50. If I was this business owner, I would have run out of great ideas to make my customers happy and return. Maybe just add a Pac Man machine. read more

Not bad. Clean atmosphere for the most part. It's kinda small so I would imagine it might be hard to find open washers/dryers on the weekends. I came in the middle of the day on a Wednesday and it wasn't very crowded. The laundry detergent machine did steal $2 from me without pushing out the detergent. There wasn't an employee anywhere around to give me a refund. A nice lady let me use some of hers. I would return here to wash my rugs and other heavy items. My wife and I visited Launderland this past week and will be returning for future visits. The business is located in a big shopping center. Inside, there are coin-only machines, but they have a machine that will break-down bills up to 10 dollars. The machines are fairly priced, clean, and neat in appearance. When we arrived there were employees actively cleaning and maintaining the facility. The washers accept high capacity loads, and dryers were fast. Nearby are several coffee shops, Starbucks & Coffee Bean, as well as other food/beverage businesses making it nice to stop and grab something in-between washing/drying. Come here to have an affordable visit, polite clientele, and clean machines. read more

I only use laundromats for my bedding since they need bigger washer and dryers. This place was busy but had plenty of available washers and dryers and they were newish and the facility was very clean! There was a change machine, soda machine and an area to purchase any essentials to wash clothes. The owner Dale was sooooo nice! He was talking to everyone and helping people like me who didn't know how to work the washer haha! I didn't bring enough detergent and he saw I was going to buy some but brought out his jug of detergent for me to use. I was blown away by his customer service. I brought my kindle to read but instead saw there were a ton of places in the shopping center to grab food like a Gyro from North Park Produce! Plenty of laundry baskets to wheel your stuff around and the dryers work so quick so u don't have to spend all day there. Prices were reasonable and again you're paying for the convenience! Been coming here for the last year weekly and today I saw something really disgusting. Upon walking in, I saw the candy man refilling the candy machine. The owners son, not the candy man offered a female customer who was handling dirty laundry some M&M'S, she stuck her hand in the M&Ms and grabbed a hand full. Caught off guard I went and placed my laundry from the washer to the dryer. I looked back over and saw the owners son grab a hand full of a candy and throw his head back and eat the candy. I then confronted him and he basically seemed like he wasn't doing anything wrong then acknowledged he was doing wrong and said he was joking. When I asked about the female customer sticking her hands in the M&Ms, he said she didn't and that he handed her the candy. Then the female customer said she did, only then did he apologize. I asked to talk to his father and he did call him. His father acknowledged but said, "worse things of happened". The vendor said he replaced the candy but I saw him fill more MMs on top of the the MMs the lady touched. Also the owners son was eating from mutiple containers and he was cleaning the store at the same time. Moral of the story....the business is great and the owners are friendly. Never had an issue, always clean. But, when I confront you about the candy sanitation. Accept responsibility, correct the action, throw all the candy away you touch. Children eat this candy. Tuesdays are $1.50 days for all top loader washers. Now, I'm not exactly sure how much they are on every other day, but this price seemed to bring in a ton of people. The top loader was your average home sized washer. It was big enough for 2 blankets, 1 being fairly large. Today there was an employee here, cleaning up, checking on washers, really making sure everything was running smoothly. He even had a friendly smile on his face. It's the little things, right? The machines appeared to all be working, as well as the change machine. They looked clean, as was the facility itself. That's all you could really ask for. I mean, it's a self service laundromat. No shady people or drug deals going on, but then again, it was a Tuesday morning, so I can't imagine that happening here. Tons of places to go to pass the time. Heck, you can eve hop over to Coffee Bean across the lot, or next door to Blush Salon or Big Lots to do some shopping. The options are endless. read more

Awesome place. I had two large comforters to wash and did my research and thought ok I'll try this place. Immaculate. Friendly owner, great value. The owner explained to me about the various size machines, how much room my comforter should take in regards to the front loader size. That information alone saved me $2.00 by using a smaller machine for one of them. He explained about the dryers and how to not let it go to zero minutes but to check at about 5 minutes left to add additional dry time if needed. If not the machines reset to $1 verses adding another 25 cents to get you an additional 4 minutes. There are security cameras and he can check on his phone if he happens to be away but says there is usually someone there about 80% if the time they are open. Very safe, lots if good and shopping while you wash. read more

The four load machine fit my queen size mattress cover with room to spare. The dryer nearly got the quilted cover all the way dry on 3 quarters, to the point I just laid it out to dry the rest of the way. There were nice clothing carts for use, a pop machine and two arcade games. I don't believe there was wifi and there weren't any tvs. The only small issue was one dryer coin slot that was beat up and would not accept coins. I moved to the next and was fine. The floors and machines were clean. The pricing was not bad. They have $1.50 Tuesdays which helps a lot. There is a nice sized counter on which to fold your clothes. In the big washer it took 23 minutes to wash our clothes and the big dryer had them dry in 32 minutes. So, less than an hour for what was almost 3 loads of laundry. The washer was $8.50 and dryer was $4.75. Saving us time on our vacay was well worth the extra expense. read more

This place has been here for years I've only used the machines here maybe three times counting today.. the last time i was here I i was somewhat satisfied with the service. The place looked almost the same of a " late 70's Napoleon Dynamite" look, except they now have two TVs, one for sponsoring ads and the second for customer entertainment.. some POP on the walls, still the same as few years back. Today I wanted to go to my fave laundry place over in the 760 area, but i was running errands and i was running out a f time so i decided to here it was just convince more than satisfaction, and here is why Im never ever coming back to this place again: 1) its a coin laundry service and I have never been a fan of wasting time take like 5 minutes to start up a cycle so trying to get 19 coins in as well as spending half the time pushing the button like 100x to get the coins out from being stuck. 2) there is no ATM except the bank across the lot, BUT i dont bank with them so i get charged an extra fee on top of the withdrawal from this bank. 3) they charged extra for using the heavy duty HOT cycle really???as if the price isn't high enough?. 4) my forecast was to spend like $30 but not more than 35$... i end up spending a total of $50.75$, I used 4 of the 4loader washers 1 of them i paid extra for the hot water then i used the big ones which was 8.50 then 7 for the dryers which is .75 cent for 12 COLD MAYBE warm minutes i had to go buy something to get money out im think $10 ill just need 5 more dollars to finish up..... one of the dryers had my cover and a fitted sheet and put in a total of 19 minutes meanwhile im checking on my other clothes which I also had put 19 minutes as im pulling them out SOME ARE WET SONE ARE DRY SOME ARE dampened so i still have 5$ left ok ill get coins out NP,,,,, at this point i started to fold whatever isn't damp look at the dryers with the damp clothes that i put back and my cover dryer has stopped... ok cool I open it to get it out and AAAAAALLLLLLLLLL are still wet NOT DAMPENED but WET so i put in my last dollar which gave me 15 minutes go back when its finishes and they seem like they have dried up when i pulled it out one side was BURNT like crispy and the sheet is wet how does that happen one got burnt and the other still wet ??????????? Also the pants that went back because they were dampened.. were STILL wet I KID U NOT. And i couldn't tell anyone because there is no attendant on site I was furious spent good money, time, and torched a perfectly good blanket!!! I definitely will not come here ever I mean there is no complaint box or information or attendant on site. I rather drive longer to get the service I want and where theres an actual attendant cleaning walking around making sure everything is working perfectly.. laundries don't run themselves sure u don't need to attend every customer pay would be crazy but the owner should have a person to check up on the site every so often I rate this place 1 only because the coin dispenser was working and because they don't have a restroom for customer use or a working sink for those like me that was their hands. read more
