Unfortunately I came here with my bedding as our washer has broken. I used the two large washers at the front of the store, while one worked well the other took my money, locked the door and then no water entered the drum and the timer did not decrease. I attempted to call the number on the wall multiple times, unfortunately it asks for a mailbox number that I don't have. I am unable to reach anyone for help with refund. One star is generous. Every time I've done laundry here, my clothes come out of the washer soaking wet--like, wring-them-out-by-hand wet. It's not just damp--it's borderline absurd. It makes the drying process take three times longer, and even then, clothes still come out smelling like they sat in someone's basement for a decade. This has happened three separate visits, so it's not a one-off. The place isn't filthy (which is more than I can say for other nearby laundromats), but what's the point of clean floors if the machines don't do the most basic job? There's always someone sitting here watching the place, but no one seems to fix anything. If this weren't close to my house, I wouldn't bother--and honestly, I might start making the drive anyway. A week ago, two bags containing all my clothes were stolen, and the store was supposed to close at 10 PM, but the employee closed it at 9:30 AM. I went there at 7 AM to pick up my clothes, and the staff told me I could come and get them at 10 PM. When I went at 10 PM, the employee told me that all the clothes had been stolen. Been coming here for the past year or two, but TODAY IS MY LAST LAUNDRY day here. Usually been paying 2.50 and an extra .25 cents for a bigger load, but still had me appalled . Been here last week and all of a sudden this change. Because of the owners choice.....hmmm, or to benefit his own bank account...shake my head ‍. Sarcastically speaking: It was a pleasure doing business here, especially avoiding the homelessness that hangout around the establishment (maybe due to being a corner store ( ?)). Stop by to do one quick load of laundry plainly of washers and dryer's. However the floors are dirty the washers and dryer's on the outside are dirty. The sitting area the bench is falling apart from the edges. This person Washer was leaking water all over the place someone could've slipped and fell There's no owner or manager on site this is a hazard's place to do your laundry. I would never recommend my friends and family to this place. read more

One of the washers was not working correctly, and I wasted nine dollars trying to wash my clothes. Machine was not marked out of order.

Mediocre at best. Prices are okay. The main problem with this place is the owner(s). I came in at 9:04pm to wash ONE load of clothes and the owner + her daughter(I'm assuming) had the audacity to tell me they were closing despite the sign on the door saying that they accept their last wash at 9pm. It only takes 45 minutes max to wash and dry one load. One time as I was leaving (9:45pm) and a Hispanic male came in to wash two loads of clothes and they allowed him along with one other lady to stay beyond closing until after 10:15pm. Not to mention the front loaders are filthy. They never clean the compartment that you put your detergent into so there's always old detergent and fabric softener from the last 100 or so people caked up around the water spout. Last but not least they have a sink and paper towels but literally NO SOAP. Who washes their hands with just water?? I only come here from time to time because it is closest to me, but I will be on the hunt for a better and cleaner laundromat with friendlier and fair owners. read more

Carla and Amerlia keep this place spotless. It's clean, safe, and the machines are new. The machines even take cards, and there is a bathroom with no meth heads lurking around. I love this place, but stay away, I don't want my special spot crowed. Go to one of the those other dirty unsafe places and leave this clean, safe, and well run laundry to me. This place sucks! Dryers dont dry. When u bring to their attention they dont want to address or rectify the issue.

This was the worst experience of my life, I should have left when I pulled up it is unappealing to look at but I gave it a chance, my clothes didn't get cleaned came out subbzy and soaking wet , the guy left and had to come back he kept making excuses I just wanted my money back and leave. 1 star for being open at least I guess.. Tried to go once and although there was 1 person in the place and hardly anyone in the parking lot, every washer and dryer seemed to be going.. Well the ones that were in service which weren't a lot. The machines are outdated and dirty and really who only does coin op now? The floors were so gross I would have had to burn anything that fell. Needless to say it's worth driving a few blocks to the next one. I don't recommend unless you have no way to get any further than this one. I would have taken pictures but I didn't stick around long enough to pull my phone out, I carried my laundry in and turned around and carried it right bacK out. read more

Please notice that my review is from 2007. I have moved from the area, so can't vouch for the conditions these days. Well, what can you say about a laundromat? (Except we need more in the burbs.) What gives it five stars: They're just two blocks away from PH City Hall, where you can get free wifi while your wash washes (that's where I am now). Washers work, have both front and top loaders. Many double and triple loaders. Dryers work. Sink and paper towels so you can wash your hands after you drip laundry soap on them. Vending machines that (usually) work. Bathroom. What more could you ask for. "Liquor" store next door so you can get sodas and munchies there. Starbucks one block away across the street if you need your espresso. Medium size parking lot out front, but no bike racks (yes, some of us take our laundry out in our bike trailers). read more

The owner is super nice. This laundromat is good for emergency washing. The machines are on the older side. The issue with this place is the homeless people / drug addicts around here are a problem especially at nighttime and that's why I really don't want to come back. The police in pleasant hill are usually good at keeping them in check but they're still here all the time. read more

Okay, few laundromats anywhere near W.C. For all the gripers posting, I've never had a problem with the machines; maybe you crammed too much into your machine, or used too much soap?. Coin changer seems never to run out. The new dryers look snazzy, but do not get as warm and take longer to dry stuff...that's a 'downer'. Relatively clean, but this isn't the Hilton folks, and certain times are busier than others. The super bad thing is the bench they have for you to sit on waiting for your stuff....most uncomfortable bench ever; better to sit in your car. Sometimes, the parking slots are full. read more

To the owner, FIX YOUR MACHINES CORRECTLY. So many broken washers and 1 of 3 of my loads broke down during my wash.

I headed launderland with the hopes of washing a comforter and all my other laundry. I used the high capacity washing machines and I felt that they got my clothes very clean. The high setting on the dryers could be higher, but that could be because I heavily loaded the dryers. There are a variety of washing machines that range from $2-$6, and I believe there are 2 types of dryers. There are also two change machines, and vending machines for detergent, snacks, and soda. There is also a utility sink and paper towels available. A few machines were out of service, but it didn't inconvenience myself or other customers. There are 2 long benches located near the front. The parking lot is a bit small, this is located in a small strip mall with a massage parlor and cigarette shop. read more

I've been coming here since I was big enough to walk. This place is always clean and well taken care of. The employees (who are only here at night) are kind and helpful. Some of the older machines tend to break down, but they are always fixed quickly and are never an inconvenience. The newer machines are amazing, and the snacks in the vending machine are delicious. They also have a soap center in case you forgot anything. If they don't have what you need, the cigaret shop next door definitely has it. The prices range from $2.25-$3.75 for a wash, and 5minutes of drying in any dryer for 25¢ (that's pretty normal for the bay and is actually on the cheaper side). All in all, it's a great place to wash your cloths and other necessities. Only down side is that they don't take debit cards, and the parking is limited. read more

Let's say this was not my first choice to do my laundry, where we always go had no parking we have never been to place but it was empty and had lots of parking spot, so the machines are old and so are the dryers the washer machine didn't even rinse I was there waiting to add my downy and noting then when I opened it the soap didn't even dissolve not cool, 2.50$ per wash at the other laundry mat u pay 2$ never had a problem there ,...There's no one to help you if you have problems with the machines there's no washrooms and its dirty flys every where!this will be a place I will never come again.. !!. read more
