Been coming here for the past year or two, but TODAY IS MY LAST LAUNDRY day here. Usually been paying 2.50 and an extra .25 cents for a bigger load, but still had me appalled . Been here last week and all of a sudden this change. Because of the owners choice.....hmmm, or to benefit his own bank account...shake my head ‍. Sarcastically speaking: It was a pleasure doing business here, especially avoiding the homelessness that hangout around the establishment (maybe due to being a corner store ( ?)). Make sure to go to the one on Monument Laundry Coin (FREE DRYING ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY, specific hours till 2pm) THIS ESTABLISHMENT just became a RIP-OFF. The 600x got me laughing like crazy . Come on dude.....that drives the Tesla haha ^^* you really don't need another Tesla.

Stop by to do one quick load of laundry plainly of washers and dryer's. However the floors are dirty the washers and dryer's on the outside are dirty. The sitting area the bench is falling apart from the edges. This person Washer was leaking water all over the place someone could've slipped and fell There's no owner or manager on site this is a hazard's place to do your laundry. I would never recommend my friends and family to this place.

One of the washers was not working correctly, and I wasted nine dollars trying to wash my clothes. Machine was not marked out of order.

BE AWARE DO NOT leave the machine you are using the entire time you wash/dry here unless you want your laundry stolen. Speaking from exp :/

To the owner, FIX YOUR MACHINES CORRECTLY. So many broken washers and 1 of 3 of my loads broke down during my wash.

We did do some research to find a nice clean location and this one had solid reviews so we gave it a try. Right across from Safeway and BWP in downtown Walnut Creek, parking IS metered but there's plenty of it near the entrance which is key when loading and unloading. I have (literally) years worth of laundry that I've been waiting to do because my machines at home are too small. Duvets, comforters, blankets and towels galore. I couldn't take them living in trash bags anymore so we finally took them here to wash and dry. Yes, its expensive. We used the largest machines- 80lb machines- and it was $17 a wash load. Good news is, drying is only $1.50 each 16 minute cycle. But the peace of mind finally getting these items washed and in a clean establishment is most important. The staff member was super friendly and was seen cleaning them entire time we were there, probably a couple hours. $17 a cycle feels high, but if that's your one load for the week for 80lbs of laundry is sufficient for most people, and that cycle only takes 24 minutes then you're into the dryer. You can be in and out in an hour if you load your machines right. We went around 5p on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. 2 other patrons. Then it picked up and during the time we were there most machines were in use. No 5th star because its hot and stuffy inside. Theres a standing fan to try to help, but its broken. Wish there was AC.

There is no public restroom. There's a good selection of front-loading washers, mostly Dexters and a few Speed Queens, that can accommodate between two and six loads, and there are plenty of large Dexter dryers. Each machine has a credit-card reader and a slot for quarters. If you use the same credit card to pay for your washes, the payment system tracks your washes and your tenth wash is free. Although I've never used it, the change machine appears to be reliable; I've seen many people use it without trouble. There's an ATM, as well, but I've never used it. On my last visit, an Out of Order sign was on it. When customers have trouble with a washer or dryer (not often), the people who answer the posted Help Line are helpful and do their best to quickly resolve the issue. They have remote access to most of the washers, in case one needs a reboot or they want to give you a credit on a different washer. Moving clothes from washer to dryer is easier because of the two, large, stainless steel laundry carts that park under the tables where one may fold clothes. There are three tables that can accommodate five simultaneous folders. There's free Wi-Fi and a TV on the wall, usually tuned to KPIX 5, if you need some noise while folding. The TV shuts itself off at 10:30 PM. Every dryer shuts down at 11:00 PM, no matter how much time remains on the timer. After closing, a cleaning crew arrives to get everything ready for the next day. Recommended!

As I sit here in my car, waiting for my clothes to dry: I feel compelled to write this review. I…read moredon't know who in their right mind loves to do laundry... especially at a laundromat. But, I sure in the hell don't! Especially here. I come here purely because it's convenient and because I don't want to be walking around in stanky ass clothing. To be honest, I really don't even need to use this laundromat. There are two other laundromats that I actually pass before I get to this one. I actually have washers and dryers at my apartment complex. So, why don't I use them, you ask? Well first off, the washers and dryers at my complex are old as sh*t! Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. When they DO work, the agitator ends up jacking up my clothes... EVERY single time. Without fail, something always ends up getting messed up when it comes to my clothes. Now, as far as using other laundromats; I'm just simply a creature of habit when it comes to laundry. Even though I loathe this damn place, I'm used to coming here. I know how it works, I know when the best time to come is, and I can hog up all of the washers and dryers because usually when I come, there's not many people around and nobody complains. I used to really enjoy coming here when the old owner was here. He was super friendly and would always chat with me. The prices were cheaper and be never rushed me, even when I came in late. Fast forward to now, and the old owner has since then sold he laundromat to a new owner. This lady... really don't care for her. Whenever I come in, the girl is just cold towards me. She always starts cleaning sh*t 2 hours before closing time which really doesn't make any sense at all because people just dirty everything back up after she cleans it. She's always in the God damn way when I'm trying to wash. Always moving my stuff which just grinds my gears like no other. At 9 o'clock, this broad locks the door while people are still inside of the place. It states that the last wash is at 9 and that the place closes at 10, but you'll be lucky to even get in the door at 8:45 with her ass. I usually just sit in my car if I come in the evening to avoid being locked in. She's super loud and clumsy, always bumping into people and things. And God forbid that your laundry is still in there at 9:45 or later. This chick will stare you down like a hawk until you leave. It doesn't help that half of the effing washers and dryers are always out of service. Get that sh*t together, please! Doing laundry is already a nightmarish chore as it is, and that fool just adds to the stress and hatred of doing it. This lady literally yells "I'm leaving" 10 minutes to close... WTF? Don't you guys close at 10?? This ain't tor own personal schedule!!! I've been coming here for years, way before this chick was even working here. But, I'm on my last leg right about now. I'm tired of having to deal with the issues of this laundromat. After this, I will never come back here again!
