I came in with a full basket which I was planning on doing at least 3 loads, it was my first time here so I'm looking at prices and size , the man immediately starts telling me that I can't wash in those I can't use them and starts accusing me of overfilling the washers! It's too bad I didn't take a pictures but u gotta try this place out. There's so many sizes of washing machines for any amount of load u need. The place is big & it wasn't hot. There's multiple air conditioners. Also they have a coin changer & soap dispenser. If u want to kill time there's some arcade machines & a TV. a vending machine if you're hungry. Also they provide benches to sit down. Mr. Kim is cool he's there if you need help but also there's a lot of signs for what to do for first timers. First time I've ever been here. Place is dirty and the old man working wouldn't let me figure out the washing machine on my own. He kept taking the quarters out of my hand and doing it himself. I just wanted to be left alone though. He also was hovering over me for 10 minutes. I won't be back. i had a bunch of comforters that i needed to wash. Im new to the area and my neighbor recommended Launderland on Valley Pkwy. I am so glad she did. I was pleasantly surprised by location and cleanliness of the location, but what really blew me away was the customer service i received from Mr. Kim, the gentleman who works there. From guiding me through which large capacity washers/dryers to use...to pushing my cart out when I pulled my car up to the curb! He was a huge help without being obtrusive. Do not recommend! Over priced for the use of old and broken washers and dryers! We had 2 washers break down. One of them did not spin at all! The one next to it the all the water flowed and came out from the top! We took pictures of the machines to show the guy that runs the place. He sends some else and they guy literally blamed us for it! He did not want to refund us the money. And didn't let us wash our clothes correctly!! Instead he gave us " half credit" just rent and expected us to pay more to use a bigger washer since all the other small washers were out of service! Didn't even wash our clothes right!!! I visited this place for the first time yesterday and I will never return. I usually get my laundry done at another place but this time I didn't have my card for the other place and wanted to get the laundry done while I shopped at Vons. As I got it the owner seemed nice he helped me change my bills, but he was very judgy of how much money I was changing and told me to change more( I ended up with a bunch of extra quarters) I felt a lot of pressure in cleaning my clothes because he kept lurking and creeping on me and how I was doing my laundry so I got to say it bother me a lot! and what made it worse is that there was a homeless guy by the arcade machines screaming and cussing and he didn't say anything to him, he just kept creeping on customers Will never come back!!! read more

I've only ever been here on weekday mornings, so I don't know how busy the weekend gets, but there are certainly plenty of machines to account for everyone's needs. They offer the following: Single load: $2.00 Triple load: $3.75 Six loads: $5.75 Eight loads: $7.75 Dryer: $0.25/7 mins There is also a snack machine, beverage machine, coin change machine, a "Soap Stop" if you've forgotten detergent or dryer sheets, and a bank of four arcade games to play on while you wait if you so desire. Another plus to this laundromat is its neighboring location to Vons. Being located next to a grocery store, there is plenty of lot parking and you can be uber productive and do your grocery shopping while your laundry is in the wash cycle. Luis was super helpful and very friendly. My machine malfunctioned leaving my blankets soaked. What was suppose to be a 27 min wash turned into an hour. Luis calmly came and fixed the machine, turned it onto spin cycle and even gave me change for drying because I had been there so long. I will for sure be come back. I rarely go out to use public laundry & dryer. This morning, my sister and I came to wash some clothes. Since we got here, the owner insisted to help us, to put our clothes into the carts and as we put the stuff in he'd move it around trying to be "helpful." But the whole time we were here he would just stare at us, we'd move somewhere and there he would go too. We were talking about how she needed another load & he would just be over hearing and trying to get our clothes to a washer . I would get my clothes out and he'd walk to where he could see me, It was super uncomfortable being here the whole time. read more

The machines are cleanliness are fine, though several of the single top-loaders are often out of order. The customer service as several reviews mentioned is very bad. The owner indeed hovers over customers and will do various things that are belittling to customers. Just now he walked over to the triple load machine I was using while I was putting the detergent in and checked the clearly locked handle to make sure I indeed locked it. Prices for machines are already expensive enough to make the hassling unnecessary. read more

I'm giving this laundromat two stars for cleanliness and having plenty of machines. These are the reasons I've been coming here regularly for the past couple of months instead of using the machines at my apartment complex, even if it means I end up paying a little more. Unfortunately I had a negative experience today, which is why I'm writing this review. Sorry it's long. Usually when I come here, I use either the single-load machines or the triple-load machines. Sometimes I'll use one of each. It depends how much laundry I need to do that day. Today, I intended to use two of the $2.00 single-load machines. It can be difficult to bring the *exact* right amount of clothing to fill a washing machine. Undersized loads waste water and money. Oversized loads can damage the machine. I came into this laundromat today with ONE standard-sized laundry basket full of clothing. In the event that was too much stuff for two single-load washers, I would just fill the machines with the stuff that needed to be washed today, and do the remaining few items on the next trip. The other option was to do a third load (three loads in the single-load machines costs less than two loads in the triple-load machines), but I knew I didn't have enough laundry for that. I had barely started measuring out detergent for the first machine when an staff member came over and asked me if I really wanted to be using these machines. He pointed to my basket, and then pointed to the sign that said load sizes were limited to ten pounds. I said yes, I was aware, and that I intended to fill the machines only to their capacity. He went on to say that they've had "problems" with the single-load machines (well, why keep them in your facility then?) At that point I didn't feel like arguing with him, and even if I switched over to the triple-load machines, I was going to be watched like a hawk for the remainder of my visit. So I left. Now that I'm home, I think this person thought I intended to cram the entire basket of clothing into one single-load machine. It hadn't occurred to me to tell him that no, I intended to use at least two machines (I had assumed it was obvious). I was so caught off guard that all I told him was I didn't intend to overfill the machines, even if it meant I took some clothes home unwashed. Apparently this was not believable. If I had been more clear about using multiple machines, maybe he would have backed off. Maybe he still would have given me a hard time. I'm not going back to find out. At my first visit to this facility a few months ago, I saw the same staff member argue with a customer about giving a refund on a malfunctioning machine, so take that for what it's worth. PS- I weighed my load of clothes on my bathroom scale. Twenty pounds, almost exactly. Two loads, give or take one or two items of clothing, should have been just right. read more
