Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. I have been satisfied with the quality of their work. $18 for a pair of jeans hems up. It may sound pricey, but I get my jeans on sale and spend some extra for having them fit me for my go-to favorite jeans. They close at 5:00 on weekdays, so it's a bit tough to pick up after work, but they are open on Saturdays till 2:00, so that's when I go pick up.

The only thing I don't enjoy is some of the other guests. My partner and I have had extremist religious folks approach us and harass us when we said no thank you or directly asked them to leave us alone. So when my mother comes over on Sunday's she likes to do her laundry and she recently found Grande yet had a terrible experience with a employee named Karen. I regretted letting my mom go alone when she came home crying from her experience. Karen rudely commented to my mom that she can not use a basket while no cloths are in it then had took her basket away ( mind you everyone is using a basket without cloths in while waiting for the dryer to be done to use basket ) My mom notices someone else doing the same, not meaning to call anyone specific out she asks Karen about the other customers. Karen went to that customer then speaks in Spanish and grabbed the basket. This customer begins to curse at my mom in Spanish afterwards and trust me I am Mexican American so I know what curse words are in Spanish. My mom then whispers under her breath " whatever forget you " and moves on with her life. Karen then gets in my elderly mothers face and begins yelling at her. She rudely yells and stares my mother down to her car. Karen embarrasses her in this so called safe laundry mat that everyone is supposed to be treated with equality & respect at. Not only is this so profoundly unprofessional but scary for my mother who just wants to get her laundry done and go home. I myself have been to this laundry mat and have seen many people with a empty basket waiting for their cloths. Karen seems to let some customers get away with this rule ( which I do not mind at all, life goes on ) but how she treated my mother is unacceptable and will never be fine with me. Karen is fortune I was not present when she did speak this way in my mothers face. This is thee ABSOLUTE WORST place to get your laundry safely done. I highly recommend the manager get new help and fire Karen immediately or NO ONE come here. I do understand having no choice and if so just make sure to not let your elderly parents come alone.
