You may be wondering how I ended up in a laundromat during a weekend getaway to San Diego…read more I was with a small group of friends to celebrate a birthday and traveled in two cars. On the route home, the first group experienced car trouble and had to exit the freeway unexpectedly in an unfamiliar area. We waited with them for more than two hours for the tow truck to arrive. After the first hour, we drove ahead looking for a bathroom, we tried three places from a 7-11 "convenience" store to a mini-mart, and they didn't have one. We spotted this laundromat and decided it was worth a try. The entrance had a "laundry store" to the right if you want to purchase detergent, etc. On my left was a row of washing machines and clothes dryers. It was a busy time for them as many customers were using the machines. Straight ahead was the coveted bathroom, however, a key card was needed and it was reserved for customers only. We approached the young girl (I regret not getting her name), at the laundry store and explained our situation. She was so kind and friendly and unlocked the door for us (phew, what a relief). Often times you encounter a public bathroom and they can be very messy and lack supplies. However, that was not the case at this neighborhood facility! We found it in sanitary condition and readily available for their customers. I wish to thank the manager for providing services and hiring friendly staff to assist those utilizing the facility.

Why would you have a business open at 5am but no one that works there till 7:30am? I think this is…read morecompletely wrong to do to customers. Issue #1: this morning I was trying to buy a card after my laundry was already in the machine with soap because I realized I forgot my other one at home. The machine that customers buy the cards at was not working. None of the 3 worked. I spent at least 5 minutes trying to figure out how to get the card. I was so frustrated when another customer let me use their card and I gave them the cash. Issue #2: why is the bathrooms locked until someone is there? If your business is open and you can take my money then you should have your bathroom available or at least have someone working. I have a medical condition where I can't hold it and if I am in the middle of laundry and there is no bathroom available what would you suggest I do? Issue #3: Bathroom is locked so no where to change a babies diaper? Since you can't have someone working when you open that also means that if you need to change your babies diaper you can't until someone gets there. Issue #4: MY BIGGEST ISSUE, is about the ADA laws being broken but first I need to speak to an attorney before I say more. I will most likely avoid using your business in the future unless there is a change in these policies. It makes me very saddened because you are right next to my house.

While visiting my family back home I brought my dress I wore at my wedding and my husbands shirt…read morefrom our wedding to get cleaned. We got married in 2018 and where we live we don't have a dry cleaners. Also the elements where we lived was causing reddish orange spots all over our clothes. They looked like rust stains but nothing medal was touching the clothes. I spoke with the owner and he said he would try his best to get the clothes and stains clean. I was in no rush so he had the clothes for a little over a week. When I got the call to pick them up he told me everything came out of the garments except on my husband's shirt. One of the darker stains was still there. When I came to pick them up and inspected them I was so surprised and impressed that they were looking like new and no stains. And as for the spot on my husband's shirt they were able to lighten it up so much it's barely there. I was so happy. The girl ringing me up asked if I was happy with the results and if I was sure I was okay. I told her yes because the clothes looked amazing and even the one spot had lightened up so much it was barely there. When I visit family again I'll be bringing some other clothes to get dry cleaned here. If you're local check them out.

I did not feel like I was pressured into anything and they did give me very reasonable expectations if the spotting was going to be a little more difficult to come out. Highly recommend in a pinch, but will look to come again in the future!
