Issue #1: this morning I was trying to buy a card after my laundry was already in the machine with soap because I realized I forgot my other one at home. The machine that customers buy the cards at was not working. None of the 3 worked. I spent at least 5 minutes trying to figure out how to get the card. I was so frustrated when another customer let me use their card and I gave them the cash. Issue #2: why is the bathrooms locked until someone is there? If your business is open and you can take my money then you should have your bathroom available or at least have someone working. I have a medical condition where I can't hold it and if I am in the middle of laundry and there is no bathroom available what would you suggest I do? Issue #3: Bathroom is locked so no where to change a babies diaper? Since you can't have someone working when you open that also means that if you need to change your babies diaper you can't until someone gets there. Issue #4: MY BIGGEST ISSUE, is about the ADA laws being broken but first I need to speak to an attorney before I say more. I will most likely avoid using your business in the future unless there is a change in these policies. It makes me very saddened because you are right next to my house.

The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend.

They have one vending machine with snacks, soda, water & laundry detergent. You will need powder detergent for these machines. They have a sink out but no soap which I found inconvenient after touching dirty money. Vons is next door in case you need to buy laundry detergent or dryer sheets.
