Very dirty, I went to wash my blankets and both machines I used left my blankets soaking wet after saying it was finished. Half of the other machines said out of service and a lady next to me opened a washer and water gushed out and wet her. This place is horrible read more

Came here to wash a blanket and to me I would think it was worth it. I spent an hour there and $7 to wash and dry one blanket. It wasn't crowded and it's next to Sprouts. If you trust that no one will steal your laundry, you can go shopping at Sprouts or eat at McDonalds, Round Table, etc...overall, it was decent clean, not gross or too dirty. There are benches there to sit on if you want to wait. Several different size machines depending on how much laundry you have. According to someone else there, a few of the larger washers were broken or not working. The dryer was $.25 for 6 minutes on high heat setting. It cost me $1 to dry my blanket. I went around 10am and there weren't many people, by the time the dryer was done, it was starting to get busy. I don't think there was an employee there but there was a number posted if you had an issue. read more

It is fine for what you need- to wash your clothes/ comforter etc. The 1 load washer is $2.50 and the dryers are 0.25 for 5 minutes. They do have the mega machines for your comforter. There is no bathroom, but there is a laundry/ hand washing sink. They have single use detergent machine and quarter machine. It is a great location close to many shops to fill your time between loading and unloading. Thai massage, nail salon, thrift store, sprouts for a snack. Oh and sprouts has a smaller size unscented detergent for not that much money. read more

I volunteer at a cat rescue and so sometimes do the kitties laundry. I found taking in to a laundry mat is the best way to go. Every time I've come in here they have been cleaning machines and sweeping. They do keep this place really clean. The prices are comparable to other laundry mats. No complaints and the kitties laundry turns out clean. The machines are readily available and the dryers are huge. I will keep coming back for the kitties laundry. read more

I wish I had read previous reviews. This laundromat is quite bad. I came in to wash some large comforters. Added the money in the machine and then realized it was Not working!!!! It had eaten my coins without registering the amount!!! Luckily for me there was someone here emptying the change machine who gave me a refund. She marked the machine as out of order. I noticed there were several others also out of order. I Will NOT be coming back. read more

They suggested ways to save money while laundering clothes there, as well. The different machine options/prices were great. It's convenient and in a nice location, as well. This place is a dump. No person in charge. There isn't anyone cleaning up machines. Some are out of service. And half the washers were so dirty inside I wouldn't use them. It is a shame that nobody that owned this place cares enough to keep the machines in good repair and a clean environment. read more

VERY Dirty, broken machines, Actually had to re-wash my clothes after going here. I'm staying in a place that doesn't have laundry for a month, and I know that no Laundromat is great, but DON'T GO HERE. The front load washers smell awful (mildew), so I picked the older ones, some were broken and not marked, so it takes your money. Water was everywhere on the floor. When I pulled my clothes out they were soaking wet- and there was a bug in one of the washers (I know that did not come from me). So I took my sopping wet, very heavy clothes down the road to a new place to re-wash them. It's a bummer too since it's in a convenient location right next to Sprouts. But I'm telling you- It is GROSS. read more

The equipment is old & worn out. The out-of-order machines are not well-marked so that you are likely to put your money in before noticing. I put quarters in the dryer and it only registered my depositing 3 out of 5 of them. There is no bathroom nearby & very limited seating. I'm staying in the area for another week & won't be doing my laundry here again. read more

Id actually rate this negative 5 stars if I could. This place is a farce! Defunct machines, water spewing at you when you open the laundry compartment and the woman I called, wow, total defensiveness and unprofessionalism is what she has to offer. I cannot believe she would jeopardize her friend's business by being so unapproachable and nasty. Most available machines were broken (without signs and even though she said she knew about them earlier today!) in addition to the others that toss water at you when you open the laundry drawer. No, it is not common in most places and not acceptable as she claims. Nor is it remotely acceptable that two machines took my money without registering multiple coins. Funny who benefits from that "mistake." RIP OFF CITY! My bet is not on the remote chance these machines will even be fixed. Then you also have the fact that you cannot stop the larger front loading machine once you start it. Any other laundromat Im no expert, but I can assuredly say that other laundromats in San Diego definitely allow you to add clothes (contrary to her defensive claim that no-one does). I cannot dissuade you enough from saving frustration and NOT coming here...the time, money, and aggravation us not worth it. Or if you happen to waste time calling her, you can listen to her lecture you about how fine the launrodomat is. Yes, that's how to grow a business alright, deny, deny deny...your doors closed. read more

It's dirty and the machines are in disrepair. I had to call for a refund more machines are not working than are noted so if it's busy you have to wait. There is another one down the street that is more comfortable, cleaner and has management on site. They also have TV and WiFi. I think I'll stick to that one read more
