I get it sometimes places are severely understaffed but a courteous apology or even a simple explanation would've been decent. Then we were seated behind a couple that were on a business call full blast even though there were many other empty booths and tables. Then our sever took forever to come take our drink orders and then forgot to bring out one of the drinks. Then the food comes out. It looks good. I got to grab my silverware and it was filthy. I didn't want to complain so my husband was about to hand me his when a bug may a "c" came out of his silverware and ran under the table.
