The only issue is that I decided to go on a Sunday which is probably the worst day to decide to go to a laundromat. I'd suggest going on a less busy day/time. But even with it being crowded, we stood and stalked machines that only had a short amount of time left and hopped in when then people appeared to remove their clothing so I wasn't there that long. The machines were easy to operate. The least expensive machine was $3.50. It was REALLY SMALL inside but it did the trick. The dryers are only 25 cents and get REALLY HOT depending on if you choose high. My clothing dried super fast I love that they accept coins or you can pay with your phone. The place was also nice and clean and the attendant was nice and helpful. I am not super familiar with the area but it seems pretty safe. One man did approach my daughter and I in the parking lot asking if he could clean my windows but he wasn't a threat. While we are stuck in this hotel, I will definitely return when the need arises!

The laundry bay is opened on both sides as to allow air flow I'm assuming. I can't tell you as it is a rather chilly night for me! But the facilities is equipped with a large fan which is moderately and thoughtfully placed across from the folding tables above the vending machine if one needed more airflow! The prices are fair and the machines seem to be working as expected. Kudos to one of the better 24 he spots I've visited. Though a few things could use a little attention and less neglect. There are much cheaper machines though you just have to look for them. I believe the cheapest I found was $2.50.) The whole place was sparkling clean with bright colors, and there was someone (if not two people) at the front at all times to assist with anything. No foul attitudes. It is so well-organized and managed with so much dignity that I found myself putting the laundry carts back exactly where I found them lol. I saw other people doing the same, even to the point of making sure they were straight and not crooked. When you're a business that respects yourself, your customers will too and this is a perfect example. I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
