I had been coming here for 25 years. Since the owners sold to Swedish, service has gone downhill…read more The receptionists try to push you to see a nurse practitioner. The OBGYNs are overbooked, overworked, and prioritize babies and deliveries over any patient that doesn't have a baby coming out of their body today. I tried hard and gave them many chances, but the service by the doctors is so bad, I am now in search of a new doctor. Both my daughters are unable to get in to see a doctor for a routine pap. First opening to schedule a routine checkup is 6 months out and even then, the appointment is cancelled, changed, and then the doctor arrives late: 1 hour late last year, TWO HOURS LATE this year. I am done. Avoid this place. I never thought I'd say this.

I made an appointment that following day with the office, not only were they professional but they got me in right away. I sat down with Dr. Bourne and he was so easy to open up to and talk about what was going on, and he genuinely seemed like he was concern. I have NEVER in my life have ever felt the way I feel about this doctor and the staff. They are so open and warm, they really do care about you, and the issues and listen to your concerns, instead of jumping to conclusions. Dr. Bourne is always there if you have questions or concerns. He or his staff always makes sure that they call you back right away, and they follow up with you. I would have to say I WISH ALL MEDICAL staff was like this.

Steer clear. This practice lacks both competence & compassion…read more In August 2023, I was seen here by Dr. Rona Ding & Dr. Reena Vasavada and had a horrible, traumatizing experience. In my opinion, Dr. Ding I particular was not qualified or ready to be seeing patients on her own as an OBGYN. However, both Drs. Ding & Vasavada were inept at performing a bedside ultrasound and should not be attempting these in-house due to that ineptitude. I spent an hour receiving alternating transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds, both of which were extremely poor attempts to confirm my pregnancy. Dr. Ding spent at least 30min haphazardly switching between ultrasound methods and barely attempting the TV method, making it no surprise she couldn't find anything. When she FINALLY called Dr. Vasavada in to take another look, the latter did the same thing. Feeble TV attempt, feeble abdominal attempt, back and forth, until finally she declared (unsympathetically) that I probably had had a chemical pregnancy. She took one last look with the wand and casually said she might see something after all. They discharged me and told me to go to the ER across the street. They didn't call over and give any context to the doctors there, so I spent 4hrs in limbo, explaining myself over and over and over again to multiple doctors, that Dr. Vasavada thought I may have an ectopic pregnancy. Several hundred dollars later, and much emotional trauma, the OB the ER EASILY confirmed a healthy, viable intrauterine pregnancy. He and other nurses/doctors in the ER were confused why'd id been sent over at all. Nothing was wrong. The pregnancy was clear. Dr. Ding & Dr. Vasavada should not be performing ultrasounds. They clearly lack the skill to do so. Even the way they did it made no sense. They had me empty my bladder multiple times, even though a full bladder helps an abdominal ultrasound. The way that the TV ultrasound felt made it very clear they had no understanding of how to manipulate the wand to get a clear view / multiple angles. In fact, I feel very lucky that their negligence & incompetence did not itself cause a miscarriage for me. To top it all off, neither doctor reached out after I was seen at the ER. Nor did they offer any condolences when initially telling me I was not pregnant. Nor any apologies when they found a potential sac. I happily found a new OB and have an 8mo daughter now. I'm so grateful their red flags showed immediately and I didn't face consequences of their negligence that could have endangered either of us later on.

I've had one appointment with Dr. Moe so far that has been awesome. The waiting area is quiet and…read morecomfortable, and the staff are friendly. My one and only complaint is fairly significant, however--scheduling a follow up appointment has been complicated. The doctor told me to schedule a follow up 2 weeks after the ultrasound, whereas the ultrasound tech specifically said do not schedule an appointment because the doctor will call you in a few days. A week later I still hadn't heard back so I call to schedule an appointment, and the soonest compatible appointment (I work 2 days/week) is 4 weeks after my ultrasound. So I schedule that... ...but a week later I get a call saying they had to schedule a surgery for a week from now so I need to reschedule my appointment. When they started suggesting dates weeks out I explained the situation, and after half an hour of talking and being put on hold they rescheduled my appointment. They wanted me to arrive at 1:30 for a 1:45 appointment, even though I had no paperwork to fill out. I explained that for my last appointment I had been waiting over half an hour even though I arrived on time, so it was important to me to not extend that potential wait time even further. Today I went in for my appointment, arriving at 1:40, and was informed around 1:53 that it would be another 40 minutes before I could be seen. I went home because my husband and I work opposite schedules and I needed to be back before he left for work. It's over a half hour drive each way for me to come out to my appointment, we don't have a lot of money to spare for gas. The office needs to do better at scheduling not just for the patients' sake, but for the doctors as well Its not fair to them either to pack their schedules so tight they're running behind and don't get a break. This is literally my only complaint. If they managed to be more organized about scheduling then this place would be 5 stars!
