After my 1st appt I knew I was in good hands. Emily made you feel you were gonna do this and I was going to get better, and I did. She never pushed you it was all about what you were comfortable with and doing your homework. Here I am 6 months later there isn't anything I say no to. The gardening is getting done. Towards the end of my time there I had 3 different phone calls to try and reschedule a session to earlier in the day. The front desk told me it wasn't them and probably not the therapist. Eventually the therapist admitted she had them calling. Mind you I had told everyone I work a full time job and cannot come in earlier than my assigned time. Iced frustrating with being interrupted at work. Lastly I had mention 7 months ago that I was owed money since insurance was covering all of it and the clinic owed me money back. I mentioned it a couple of times to no avail. Well 7 months later I finally got the money I was owed. I had been a returning client. Sadly I will most likely not use this location again.

He made a rash diagnosis of there being nothing wrong and sent me on my merry way. Turns out he was COMPLETELY mistaken. After an MRI from my primary doctor he discovered that I had completely ruptured my ACL. Had Dr. Watters done ANYTHING he would have known that. My recommendation is to find someone, anyone else.

That was when I became a patient of Dr. Gorman. Recently, I had a serious motorcycle crash and was treated in the ER by Dr. Kessinger. Both surgeries went well, as did many post-surgical visits, including today. She takes the time to examine and speak in layman's terms. I also like that a patient can send a message by email, and it is answered within one business day.

It takes weeks to see my Primary care DR but did get to see his assistant who ordered xrays and MRI, This was 6 weeks after my initial injury. Ordering imaging also takes time and I got Xrays and proceeded to book Dr Rankin still waiting for an MRI. A week later I get an appointment for the MrI which happens to be 1 day after my appointment with the Surgeon. I decide to continue with my appointment and get told by his assistant that I would have to re Xray. Why? The imaging center is under the same corparation. I mentioned that I did have an appointment the next day for the MRI and was then told that I would not be able to see the DR because of my imaging appointment. My new appointment would be 3 weeks out.
