Dr. Josh Bailey claims they do not have my insurance on file nor did they ever submit anything to my insurance. He told me I cannot expect their employees to always follow procedure however it looks to be a recurring issue based on the recent reviews. I believe something very strange is going on here. I have never been met with such resistance from any medical provider when trying to resolve a billing issue. I have attached a screenshot showing my correspondence with Dr. Josh Bailey and his refusal to send me a revised bill since I have a copy of our correspondence via email. I have never heard of anything more unprofessional from any medical facility. I still have yet to settle this bill because of Dr. Josh Baileys refusal to provide a correct bill. Well, Dr. Morgan, isn't like anyone I've ever been to, FIRST, she came out and said that after three visits for the same thing if she hasn't fixed me, she'll refer me out. Amazing, and the way it should be. Honest and too the point the entire appointment. Second, I work crazy hours and she is willing to work around them and find a time that works for me and her to make sure I can be seen when I do need it. Also, she adjusts way differently from how I have ever been adjusted, it's not a 10 minute jump on you crack crack crack adjustment, she'll crack you but it's by you using your muscle manipulation and getting the nerves involved, it's intense, and you'll feel it. She takes my insurance and she's easy to talk to. Not your typical chiro office or practice, but I feel at home here, even with the Cross-Fit gym shouting next door. Yes, there is a Cross-Fit gym right next to the office and it's not exactly LOUD, but if you're expecting an office with an old man with Enya playing in the background, this isn't it. The doctors are still great at explaining what's going on with me and tell me what I can do to improve. Few years later, i was in a back collision, and my back took a toll. Dr Swanson with his gate link method and the prayers of the faithful, restored me again. I had to go back once to restore an area from the link he does, but that was about 8 to 10 years ago. After I got a new job, I learned my insurance should cover his services. Unfortunately, due to his delay in billing, I ended up paying almost triple what I would have paid in cash because I still had to meet my deductible. Later, it turned out he actually owed me a refund. When my insurance agent tried to help resolve the issue, he was rude to her and refused to cooperate. Then, instead of communicating with me about my refund, he blocked my phone number entirely. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking and really changed my opinion of his practice. While he's good at what he does clinically, the way he treats patients and handles business matters is completely unacceptable. I hope he learns to communicate with more respect and integrity.
