Four months ago, I was rear-ended at a complete stop. I went to another chiropractor in Kitsap County, but they only adjusted me and did not conduct any further assessment, x-rays, or evaluation. As a result, I still experienced pain. I then discovered Dr. Richie's office, and he and his staff have been amazing! Dr. Richie took X-rays and explained to me what was going on. Although I'm still experiencing issues on my right side, a combination of chiropractic care and massage has helped me move without being in excruciating pain. I highly recommend them for auto accidents. Their expertise, care, and friendly atmosphere are amazing!

I had to go back once to restore an area from the link he does, but that was about 8 to 10 years ago. I do my back exercises and stretches to keep my life normal and healthy, always cautious of not over do it that much, however during a remodeling we did in our house, I lifted up way to much and after helping move a 250 lbs board with my daughter, guess what? I'm going to see dr Swanson again. The visits are worth it.

I have never been a fan of chiropractic care, never tried it, and thought of it as not "real medicine". I came to visit and hang out with my grandson but my back was so debilitating, my daughter suggested I see her chiropractor. Hesitant, and not expecting any results, I decided to have her schedule me a visit. I thought it wasn't going to fix anything, but I'll sure give it a try so I can play with my grandson. I've recently had some cardiac issues in California, so I'm well versed with Western medicine. How was a chiropractor going to help?! Wow was I impressed! Drew asked specific questions, I actually thought "how did he know that"?! I was scared to death about my back being "popped". That's all I knew about chiropractors. He was gentle, calming, informative and explained the entire process as we're moving through the appointment. When finished, I actually felt immediate results. Questioning how. I've been to the doctor for this exact issue multiple times, all with X-rays and sent home with a muscle relaxer. Drew sent me home with NO medication, and relief! I was finally able to have a good nights sleep after being in town for 3 days. I was quite shocked at his knowledge, answering every question. Experiencing results as I walked out of the office, opened my eyes! Thank you so much Drew and to the sweet lady's running the front desk!

Yeah, I really don't believe in the whole "you need to come in every few days for the rest of your life, and subluxations will kill you" I believe that if I have a crick in my neck or if something is hurting I need to see someone, if it isn't fixed then maybe there is something wrong with the "fixin" process. Well, Dr. Morgan, isn't like anyone I've ever been to, FIRST, she came out and said that after three visits for the same thing if she hasn't fixed me, she'll refer me out. Amazing, and the way it should be. Honest and too the point the entire appointment. Second, I work crazy hours and she is willing to work around them and find a time that works for me and her to make sure I can be seen when I do need it. Also, she adjusts way differently from how I have ever been adjusted, it's not a 10 minute jump on you crack crack crack adjustment, she'll crack you but it's by you using your muscle manipulation and getting the nerves involved, it's intense, and you'll feel it. She takes my insurance and she's easy to talk to. Not your typical chiro office or practice, but I feel at home here, even with the Cross-Fit gym shouting next door. Yes, there is a Cross-Fit gym right next to the office and it's not exactly LOUD, but if you're expecting an office with an old man with Enya playing in the background, this isn't it. If you're expecting a Dr. that truly knows what she is doing, is honest, fair, and works with you. This is the place.
